I had a very disappointing experience at Smoothie King. I went to pick up my order and was told that someone else had already picked it up -- which was not me. It was frustrating because it was not my fault that the order was given to the wrong person. When I asked about a refund, I was told they couldn't process one because there was no manager in the store at the time. I was also told a manager would contact me, but I never received any follow-up. I left without my drinks and without a refund, which was extremely disappointing. Ordered drink online 10 minutes ago and it took 15 minutes AFTER I showed up for my order for it to be ready. With 4 people working you'd expect the service to be reasonable on time. However it's super slow. I think they need some time management training as well as some hustle for getting. I am a regular at smoothie king and came in today (5/25) and while the smoothies are always great, the experience was ruined by one significant issue: there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Given the hot weather, this made for an extremely uncomfortable visit. And, I noticed this has been going on for several weeks. The employees are sweating and it seems like an uncomfortable environment for them. it's unbelievable that a company would require their employees to work in such unsafe conditions. Also, I can't imagine how the food stays fresh in 90° temperatures. It's hotter in the store than it is outside. Peoples to go orders were melting while they were waiting to be picked up. I could see other customers also looking uncomfortable!! Smoothie King, known for providing a refreshing break with their smoothies, really needs to ensure their environment is equally refreshing. A properly functioning air conditioning system is essential, especially during the hot summer months. Until this issue is resolved, I will reconsider my visits! read more

Walked in. No customers inside, just people at drive thru. Young person takes my order, I sit down to wait. Another person walks in, places an order, takes a seat next to me. Shortly, they call his name, takes his drink and leaves! I ask, why am I still waiting? service person says he works the drive-through, yet though he took care of the person that walked in after me . He had fixed my drink prior to the guy coming in and left the drink sitting behind the counter! I asked for my $13 refund, took it and left. Do not buy from places that disrespect you. I'm becoming quit fond of this brand of smoothie. The Blueberry Raspberry is what I've come to like the most, very smooth and creamy, not overly sweet. Very good. This location, today had the A/C broken, it was very warm in there. Despite that discomfort on what was also a hot day outside, they staff was still very chipper. I ordered a 20 oz vanilla gladiator with pineapples and mango and when i received my order it looked and tasted like it was hardly blended at all. There were still entire chunks of ice cubes as well as mango and pineapple chunks in the smoothie. There was also some sort of seed casing which makes me call into question if they even cleaned the blenders beforehand. I ordered a 20 oz gladiator and watched a guy by the name of Cameron make it, he had bloodshot eyes and look like he hadn't slept in days and assumed he was on some sort of substance. While he was making my smoothie he didn't use gloves or scoopers and just scooped the protein powder out of the tub with bare hands. Their smoothies taste off 8/10 and the squeaky high pitched Hispanic girl that answers the phone pretends to not have a manager on duty every time you call and ask for one. I deducted a star because the sign is hard to read! We have only used through the drive thru the past few times we've visited, and although it is lit up, the way it is positioned to you cannot read it from the passenger side. I had to get out of my truck and stand in front to even see the options. Maybe position it to where it's actually pointed towards the drive thru. Other than that, customer service could be improved, they try to say the least amount of words to me as possible it seems. But my orders have been accurate and tasted great. I'd probably recommend this location seeing as how they have dairy-free options which is perfect for me, but it's about $6 each time for the small. Not overly expensive but it can add up. read more

Don't recommend the service here. The staff looked very lazy and seemed like they didn't want to be at work. We came in and the vibe seemed awkward and depressing. Apparently 5$ fridays only work for the 32oz now(medium). Back then they used to do the 40oz(large) for 5$ also. Not satisfied here at all! I do not recommend this place. We got here at 8 pm and the cashier did not want to take our order. He started out by telling us they were closing at 8 which we know they close at 9. The female worker left to answer a personal phone call and was gone in the back for 40 minutes which we could all see from the lobby. No one worked our order for 40 minutes. The other cashier had his headphones in. I have seen sloths move faster. The male cashier also did not wash his hands from transitioning from cashiering to making the smoothies. I have been to other locations and they got our smoothies out within a couple of minutes but we have been waiting for 40 and our order has not been started yet. This store is not up to par with any Smoothie King in the area. For the managers reference this is Thursday June 15th. After an hour they finally make our order, we ask him which smoothie is what and he goes I don't know. They also got irritated when more people walked in. read more

Such a great product but it's so sad that they fell short with their customer service. No greeting when we walk in and we had to ask to be helped when there was no one else in the store. This particular location has a drive-thru which understandably makes them more busy but still as an individual who was in the store with no other patrons I felt as though I was intruding on their space.
