Very delicious and very kind workers, they are always messing around but in a good way where everyone enjoys their time. When you walk in you automatically feel happy. But the reason I gave it four instead of five is because sometimes I feel uncomfortable because the tictok looking boys in there are always staring at you. Less than one. I ordered two speciality smoothies with probiotics, spinach, a couple other items but PLEASE NO BANANAS. I am highly allergic to bananas I mean even a fork tip of banana. It was $18 for 2 drinks which I don't mind if it is for my health. However, upon starting to drink my first drink I started getting sick and now 24 hours later so I'll like I get from bananas. I could not taste bananas but somehow it was there. I threw out the other $9 drink and am still in the bed sick. So I won't trust them with my severe food allergies again. read more

I placed an online order and when I went in to pick up my smoothie, the order was not ready. I had place the order 10 minutes before I arrived and waited an additional 15 minutes in the store. A snooty teenager said that she had to make all the smoothies for the customers who placed their order in-person before the online orders even though my online was put in before the in-person orders. If that was the policy at Starbucks then I would never get my beverage! I will not be returning to this Prosper location as I have not had any problems at the Frisco Smoothie King with my online orders. read more

I stop in frequently, and it's not only clean, the staff is good and courteous, always. Despite it being obviously a part time job for them, they seem engaged in their work and happy to serve. I would recommend downloading the app, as that has made the experience even better. Only criticism I would give is that occasionally they hurry too fast and small chunks of PB or other ingredients are not completely mixed, but it's rare and appears to be a hustle mistake, not laziness. I walked in and there was about 5 or 6 teenagers behind the counter and I was the only customer. They completely ignored me. After standing there for almost 5 minutes at the register, I had to actually ask "hello can I order?". Then one of the teenagers finally steps up to the register and says "yes".... Only for her to immediately turn around and talk to the other workers about a football game. None of them acknowledged me. I again asked "well are you going to take my order or not?" Like I've never walked into a store and been completely ignored and thought I was just better off walking out. But I walked in carrying my 2 year old looking to get a smoothie for her. Like whatever manager on duty this afternoon/evening was not doing their job. The smoothie was delicious and the staff were friendly. My only issue was that I had a buy one get one free. I ordered two smoothies and The gentlemen only rang up one. He offered to take a dollar off the second one after the mistake, however, that wasn't what I came in for. She made my experience so nice and was so helpful in helping me figure out how exactly I wanted to enhance my smoothie. Generally Teenagers working and thats fine. Yesterday I went in with my mask on and while i was waiting, 4 more people are in and only one had a mask on. Its a requirement now and the staff said nothing to them as they all knew each other. the law should be followed and you should know that they are not worried about your health here, makes you wonder just how careful they are about other rules that have to be followed with food service. read more
