This is my first time trying this location. I am not sure if I have had a Smoothie King smoothie before but I am glad I stopped. I did the drive through. Service was quick and they have a lot to choose from. They have other dishes and drinks as well, but I was really craving a smoothie so I went with that. I picked the 20 oz size and it is huge! I have one specific order and every time I order it they make up a ridiculous price for it but also, I drove there this evening for a smoothie because I've been sick all weekend with a sinus infection and I just really wanted a smoothie and I pull up to the window (20 minutes till close) and she asked me if I had a mobile order which I responded no and then she proceeded to tell me that they are closing early and will not take my order. read more

It was our first time here and it wasn't a good first impression. Staff was not friendly. Didn't explain anything or ask do you have any questions? I asked if I could sub Greek yogurt for regular yogurt. She straight up said no they'd don't have any other yogurt.. Ma'am...it's on the menu but okay. So I did t order anything. My husband and daughter ordered two smoothies. They said they were okay. I will say the restaurant was extremely clean in the customer area. I visited this location on Saturday. It took 26 minutes to get a smoothie bowl. The cashier was not familiar with the menu and could not comprehend what I wanted. I had to remove the POS picture from the display and point to the Go Coconut bowl. After she debacles my daughter's order, she made herself a smoothie and left. Of the two remaining workers, only the female actively worked to fill orders. Unfortunately she prioritized fulfilling drive through a mobile orders. In the 26 minutes we waited, there was only one other in store customer...it was not busy. By the time I got my less-than-full bow, I had zero time to eat it in the store. I went here with my friend and received horrible service from the lady that took our order, she was rude and had an attitude and had a smell of a drug. I went through the drive through to purchase a small angel food smoothie. As I was ordering I was going back & forth between workers & repeated my order several times. I asked for an angel food smoothie with almond milk. I got to the window & saw no one anywhere to be found within the store. I couldn't see a single worker so I waited patiently at the window. A worker came to charge me for the smoothie & seemed under the influence of some kind of recreational drug. She charged me & we waited another 10 minutes at the window. She brings me I kid you not half of a smoothie the color of milk. The cup was half empty & the normal pink color was a pale-ish white color. I was dumbfounded that she was trying to hand me this half filled cup. I asked her where the rest of it was. She said "sometimes this happens". I asked her if there was a measuring system they had to ensure that cups would be filled & mentioned it looked like she was missing an ingredient because of the color. I am assuming she forgot the strawberries. She remade it & another 5 minutes later she handed me a normal looking angel food smoothie. I just can't believe that people like this exist to be 100% honest & shame on anyone seeing her working on in this state & allowing it. Went there last night at 8pm ( they close at nine) and said the wait was going to be 5-10 minutes to take my order. There was only one other car up at the window, but I waited. Then they proceeded to tell me they are understaffed and trying to get the place closed so they can't make any smoothie bowls. If ur that understaffed then close, or at least let us know that u can't make everything that's on the menu! read more

The service was helpful in making my choice. However, though my drink was good it was extremely over priced for what it was.

The new Smoothie King is located in what used to be the Pie Five. The inside was super clean and bright. They have a wall of healthy snack options that you can pick-up while you're in line. The menu is a little hard to read because the font is pretty small but they have paper menus that you look at which was super helpful. I got a coupon in the mail for a small 20 oz. drink for $3.99. I think regular price for a small is $5.79-ish. Prices are a little high here but you're getting quality ingredients. I got the Angel Food Slim. It has strawberries, bananas, nonfat milk, turbinado (refined sugar) and vanilla flavor. The "slim" version of Angel Food has about 50 calories less than the regular Angel Food which was a nice option. Like I said earlier, the inside was super clean and bright but the only thing I didn't particularly like was the lack of seating. There's only 2 small tables and 1 tall table to sit at. I'm assuming (and hoping) that they'll put some seating outside once it gets warmer but people had to stand around while they were waiting on their smoothies. Maybe they think people wont stay to drink them but it would be nice to have the option to stay. Since this location is new and the employees are still learning the ropes, my drink took a little bit longer than I would've liked to make but this location JUST opened. You have to give the employees time to learn. Please be patient and understanding if you're stopping in over the next few weeks. Major bonus: they have a drive-thru which is a nice option if you don't want to brave the line on the inside. I really enjoyed my smoothie and will definitely be back! read more

Basically its a fake sham operation. There isn't really any smoothie or fruit that you get here. And the proprietary syrup used to make "healthy" smoothie has zero fruits. So stop questioning yourself how this shop manages to sell 40oz of blueberry shake for $8. I also posted this review on google and the response i got was we use whole fruits and no syrup in sight. Which is a plain lie because i say them using syrups to make my smoothie. They don't have single whole fruit except frozen banana. I get it that none of the chains are really health conscious -; be it mcd , burger king , pizza chains etc. But for a shop to call its slushy as whole fruit smoothie is a lie of a different level. read more

I have been here about 4 or 5 times and have never been disappointed. We just went through the Drive Thru and it was a pretty quick and easy process. I got the immune builder and he got the lean one chocolate and added banana. I like mine, it is VERY berry, so if you're not super into berries then maybe opt for another option. He liked his and said it kind of had a protein shake taste but does say it feels lighter than a normal smoothie. I think the only thing that I could complain about is the price. For 2 smoothies it was over $15. But other than that - it was great. We will be going back again. read more

Great location! This brand new Smoothie King has the corner spot of a strip mall located in front of Meijer. It is very bright and welcoming inside. I was impressed by the music playing both inside and outside. I can tell there's not going to be enough seating inside for when spring and summer comes and they get more business, but for now I could see most people taking it to go. Once the weather gets nicer they will probably have seating available outside. Their menu varies from smoothies with vegetables, meal replacement smoothies, fruit smoothies, etc. Then you can add ingredients for an extra charge if you want. Note- the smoothie sizes are HUGE. Well worth your money for what you get. I believe the middle size is a 32 oz. They seemed very well staffed last night and all the employees were very friendly. I can already tell this will be the new place to hang out after school/work/practice for those who live nearby. I will definitely be back soon. read more

I love smoothie king but I had the most unpleasant experience today. I tried placing an order (the same order I always get) and for some reason they "didn't know what I was talking about." Needless to say, they got my order wrong so I tried to call again to explain and I received a lot of attitude and lack of cooperation & customer service. They didn't seem to even try to understand what I was asking for and just threw something random together that honestly tasted awful. If you have no customer service skills then maybe you should consider getting another job. read more

What a horrible experience. We ordered 5 smoothies and all of them tasted horrible. They were more like slushy then smoothie. The taste was very muted almost like they did not put the right ingredients in. Very disappointed. Where should I start? My love for this place dates back to college. And the opening of this establishment did not let me down. The service here was actually quicker then what I remember beside they have a good setup like a factory line where you pass it down. Smoothie king provides fresh smoothies with a large large variety of options for you to order and add on. They also offer different healthier snack and alternatives in the store to buy as well. The sizes are definitely large, which is of course obviously a plus, so if you're not sure I would definitely recommend the smaller size. If you're looking for a pretty healthy place for a grab and go meal supplement or just looking to eat relatively healthier I would recommend smoothie king hands down. I was looking for a tropical smoothie but this was a nice replacement considering it was none in the area. Nice selection and they have the option to add energy which is kinda important to me and most smoothie drinkers. I've only been twice. The second time I came thru the drive thru and the person taking my order remembered my name and my voice and asked me did I want to repeat my first order. Shocked and amazed at the same time.
