Third time at the Traders Point location we got incorrectly prepared food. The sandwich had NO bacon on a Tomato Basil BLT. The salad was to have been a SW Chicken Ranch but it had NOChicken. Traders Point location and once again they completely messed up my order and didn't even offer to fix it. No apology or concern. Conversation went something like this: ME - "Hi, sorry, but this isn't the sandwich that I ordered" PB - "Well that's what it says on the receipt." ME - "Well, I don't really care what it says on the receipt, this is not what I told the girl up front that I wanted." PB - "Well, we just make what's on the receipt" ME - "Ok,...well somewhere between what I told the cashier and....nevermind I'll just eat this sandwich." PB - "Thank you have a good day...". First of all, love the location. In the spring and fall, the amount of outdoor seating is fantastic. It occasionally needs cleaned up, but overall, it's great to have a place to sit outside. The inside is clean, yet not very inviting and very sterile. The inside just doesn't seem as inviting and relaxing as most traditional Panera Breads. Todays order was typical, from a product standpoint, and also from the fact things are USUALLY missing. I've learned to check before I leave the pickup area. We had our bag to pickup and it was missing the cream cheese. I find that the employees seem annoyed to have to help you. The front is rarely staffed and everyone typically is in the kitchen and when you ask them for help, they seem annoyed. Overall, food is typically fresh and good. Quick dinner grab and go from Panera! I preordered using the Panera App from a location visible from the highway. This Panera is not immediately accessible once off the highway. You have to travel a 1/2 a mile east of Panera in order to turn off the main road to travel 1/2 mile west back to the location. My food was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. I did the pick 2 for the broccoli cheddar soup and an AMAZING Panera exclusive sandwich called the Green Goddess Caprese Melt. Everything was nicely prepared and visible upon my arrival. I love Panera, and the food is always great, but sometimes the service at this restaurant isn't the greatest. I order through the app often, and a lot of times this location is out of bread or other things that make up the majority of their menu items. Depending on the day that you go the employees also aren't the greatest, like in my most recent order in which I ordered through the app, and got a notification that my order was ready. When I went inside to pick it up, it wasn't there, so I waited for a few minutes before checking with the employees if it had been started since it wasn't on the screen. They confirmed they were working on it, so I sat back down, but ended up waiting another 20 minutes for it to get ready and had to ask again if the baguette I ordered with my sandwich was ready since they set out the sandwich but not the bread. They had forgotten to check back in on my order apparently, and were out of full sized baguettes. I eventually got it substituted for the smaller baguette slices, but it was a little frustrating waiting 20-25 minutes for a mobile order that was only two items, just to find out that one of those items was gone. I still love Panera, and the food was good, but the situation wasn't handled well and the smaller pieces of bread had large air pockets to the point of being almost hollow, so I definitely didn't get as much food. I think I wouldn't be as aggrieved if the employees currently working had seemed like they cared or if they had been actively working, which it didn't seem like they were. read more

This visit left much to be desired. My partner met me in the area for a quick bite before an appointment. We wanted something light and close, and Panera looked empty. I eat Panera a lot, so I have the Panera card and earn a nice amount of free cookies and teas. I knew I had a free cookie coming this visit, and as we waited in line, I took note of how good their chocolate chips cookies in the bakery case looked. Big chunks of chocolate in fresh looking cookies. But when I ordered my cookie, I was given one, already packaged, sitting in a basket beside the register. The cookie was neither fresh, nor did it have the nice big hunks of chocolate like the cookies on display. I typically go thru drivethru more than dining in, so it's not something I'd noticed before. It was really cold in the dining area, so after our food came up, we went outside to eat. The outside seating area is simple, yet enjoyable. I found the benches to be the most comfortable and partially shaded seat that time of day. Neither of us enjoyed our sandwiches much. Mine looked good, at first glance. But once I started eating, I quickly realized the bacon on my sandwich was all fat...cold fat...gag. The lettuce and tomatoes were also not at all fresh and squishy gross. The hubs was pretty disappointed with his bland steak and cheese. Also, the tea in the dining area must be warmer than the tea they keep in the back to fill drivethru orders. It melted my ice quickly and made it much less enjoyable. I dumped it before leaving and got fresh, that's how quickly the large cup full of ice melted. read more

The Caprese sandwich was amazing and so was the Autumn soup, HOWEVER the entire restaurant was filthy! The floor in the food prep area was filthy, the floor under the tables with booths was filthy. I ordered a to-go container of coffee online for a work meeting and it was ready on the shelf when I arrived. You just grab it and go. They included cups, cream and sugar. The container kept the coffee hot for hours, and the coffee was good! $20 for 12 cups of coffee and condiments is not a bad deal. The lunchtime hustle is real! This Panera is surrounded by tons of offices and is therefore packed most days, all day (when we're not in quarantine). There's usually a line, yet it goes super quickly and there's miraculously always somewhere to sit. I've camped out here a few times to work, as there aren't many coffee shops in the area. Panera as a company has recently made strides to use more pure, healthier ingredients and I appreciate that I can get a quick salad to go. Their mac and cheese is incredible, but everyone already knows that. I just wanted to come on here and give a clap to their team for handling the weekday business so well! read more

Beautiful pastries greet you at the counter with a few seasonal specialities. Today, heart shaped cookies. There is a coffee and drink bar. They give you a cup and you serve yourself. Once you sign up for the app, you can order online a pick up your order to avoid the line. They also have automated ordering at the front if you don't want to wait in line. I confess, I love the thick creamy soups. So hearty on a winter day. The lunch salads are excellent and the healthier option. I won't even talk about the window cashier and their terrible customer service () After a rather large business order in March (where items were wrong AND missing) I chatted with the manager and he gave us 5, pick two coupons. Because of all the trouble and effort my boss gave me two of those. Trying to give them a chance I went back and used the coupons. Both orders were incorrect. A little disappointed after today's visit. We ordered our drinks on the tablets and made sure the customizations were correct, paid, then got a buzzer. Thought it was strange that we were given a buzzer yet they call out names instead of turning on the buzzer. Just a little distracting if you're trying to focus on work or talk with friends. Then when we got our coffees and brought them back to the table we realized that neither of them had whipped cream or chocolate/caramel sauce that is supposed to come on our drinks. Panera bread is a great place to find both some delicious goodies at breakfast time and some wonderful sammitches, salads and soups during the rest of the day. My current favorite is their chili - with cornbread sprinkled on the top to balance everything out. From a sammitch standpoint, the chipolte is my favorite. It has a nice "kick" to it and goes nicely with some tomato soup (or the aforementioned chili. Drive thru NEVER open. Apparently, they don't realize people come there before work and can't count on the drive thru. Very nice people but no acknowledgement that their consistent customers depend on drive thru quick service. Management offers excuses and no apologies or acknowledgment that customers drive there specifically and continually must get out of their car to get service. When we are on the way to work and need food--working 60 hours a week, it matters. Three cars were outside today when I went out of my way to get to Trader's Place where this store is--whenever I try to stop there there's nothing more than three cars! read more

It looked like the place had been abandoned. Tree limbs were rubbing against my car as I was going through the drive thru and signs were knocked over or bent. I've had my order messed up here numerous times and cashiers are very rarely friendly. The music is loud and they have extremely quiet people saying names for orders. I didn't get a puck to know when my food was done and when I grabbed my food, another lady waiting for hers said it had been waiting up there for at least five minutes. I didn't have any headphones in and was listening, but someone saying a name in regular volume is not going to get their attention, especially over the music. This review is only for this Panera Location! I truly do love Panera! This location is the closest one to my work so I visit them often for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, in the many many many times I have visited this location I have only had a handful of perfect experiences! Often they will give a baguette when I have asked for chips or an apple instead. When ordering through the drive-thru, I cannot tell you how many times they have left out plastic silverware! Giving the wrong sandwich all together on a you pick 2 option! But today was the one that drove me to write a review for this location.... The avocado on my sandwich had huge brown spots! Not just one, three spots! I am kicking myself now for not taking a photo before I threw it away! I know this location is always busy at lunchtime but I think they need to slow down!
