We stopped in here with a group of 15 people, 11 kids and 4 adults. We unknowingly came on "Cow Appreciation Day" and the place was packed. We were able to find somewhere to sit but we're expecting to wait a while for all of our food to come out. Within 2 minutes of ordering, all of our meals were prepared and brought over to our table. Every part of our meal was made correctly, we didn't have to go back and fix anything. Reminded me of a mini interstate interchange. 3 different lanes, one for ordering, one for party pickup/uber and the other one for people who ordered online. Stopped just to get a Frosted Lemonade. First of all, for it to be one size of a basically smedium (small/medium) cup, its quite pricey at almost 6 dollars. I went through the drive-thru, and waited for 10 minutes, there was no one in front of me. For them to bring me out a strawberry milkshake. I told them it was wrong, it was to be a frosted lemonade. Then a few minutes later they brought me a small regular lemonade, which was still wrong. Third time's a charm, right?! Then they brought out the frosted lemonade to my car. Messed up part was she tripped and part of the shake got on my car before she handed it through the windows. Do you think she bothered to give napkins to wipe it off the side of my car? Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-A? Their food is always the same, which is a good thing. Fresh and hot! My only complaint with this location is a little slower than most. My favorite is the eight piece regular nugget meal. Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce. It definitely takes it to the next level. My choice drink here is unsweet tea or diet Dr Pepper. Their tea is really good. Sometimes for lunch, I get the kids nuggets. Here's a secret hack. You can say you would like a cup or small cone of ice cream in place of the toy. Yes, please! Extremely busy, run over by a hoard inside with a line nearly to the entry, I used the decently cleaned bathrooms before realizing I wouldn't have time to try waiting before my appointment but still took note of this established standard in fast food reminding me why people come here. A large appetizing menu that does all the kid friendly parent approved essentials, it's all chicken as you know. Sandwiches, chicken nuggets, I'm sure just as easy to eat here as elsewhere! Large clean spot too, staff looked like they were doing their best inside and outside. The one star substandard reflects their corporate policy of bragging about quality and flavors while using artificial flavors and colors in many menu items. There is absolutely no excuse for this backwards junk treatment of what is promoted as the best in fast food if not even better restaurants. I can't see the appeal with this mess of both high prices and degenerate ingredients. I personally avoid Chick-fil-A because of this unfortunate surprise. I'm really sad about how poorly this CFA has aged. When it opened, the food was always hot, fresh, and well portioned. Now it looks like this. There's about a 25% chance that the food is actually hot when I come here, but it's only the chicken sandwich. I am so done. I was waiting for 10 minutes in the chick fil a line. I just moved to Zionsville and this is not a good introduction! Once I waited I got my food (I only got one chicken sandwich with pickles on it nothing else I didn't get any other food) They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. They didn't even remember my pickles. After that when I went back and politely told them that I got a spicy sandwich and showed them my food and showed the bag which said regular sandwich, they said "To bad man." I ordered around 515 pm through the drive thru on 5/17/2021 it was not busy. All 3 grilled chicken nugget counts were way off (like only half or so). Also a diet coke had a bag in it. Yes a bag inside the diet coke (barely any ice, barely any diet coke, and literally a bag). Yuck! I hope I don't get sick and I probably should call the board of health. What a great experience! I did my order on the app and finished placing my order as I had just parked in curb side pick up. In 8 minutes my order was brought to me. Many reasons why this was impressive but two reasons specifically. First I had a big order, 3 meals and 2 kids meals and it was all correct and plenty of sauce and napkins. I travel across the USA and this is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. No toilet paper, no paper towels. An employee came in and I told her, she didn't care and when she came out didn't tell anyone about it and just started delivery food. I was second in line and it took forever to get order placed. Their was one cash register open at noon and this place wasn't o early busy. Cashier was a wreck and was not with it. She didn't even give the correct table info so they couldn't find where I was located. Asked for light ice and she filled the thing up. No manager to be found. Takes forever to get a drink refill yourself, they don't come around and ask. They don't have ketchup out where people can get them themselves. Place is filthy and disgusting. The drive thru girl with short pigtails giving bags of food is working her tail off! This place inside was maybe 20% full with dinners inside at NOON and it was still this horrible. Cannot recommend and I'm a huge Chick-fil-A fan! read more

I love chick fila and have been to many locations and have never sat in line longer that 8 minutes.... but this location yes the line was long i ordered a regular #1 large and 2 soicy chicken sandwiches. I felt so sorry for the girl who was on the register at the drive thru. My 2 spicy sandwiches were not ready and she apologized and said they would be up in a minute. I sat....she asked about them again....i waited. She apologized, she waited and asked again...what really irritated me was there was a lot of workers standing around one being the manager and all she did was stand there and talk to one of the otger coworkers as the girl asked about 5 times about my sandwiches as i sat in that drive thru for 20 minutes. First let me say that I love a chick-fil-A. So I was very excited when the one in Whitestown opened. We went Saturday a little after 2 pm and it was jammed. It was a long line and we waited at least 15 minutes in line to order. It looked like only 2 cash registers were open but there were at least 5 or 6 staff hanging out at the pick up area. It looks like they had all got off a work and were drinking eating and chatting away the entire time we were waiting. There were at least 3 staff members sitting at tables eating meals. Perhaps management needs to work on scheduling. I will say that once we ordered the food came out very quickly and was excellent. The place was also dirty- food all over the floor. As we were eating one person came by and half heartedly attempted to do some sweeping. I will be sticking with the Chik Fil A on 86th. That one is always fast efficient and clean no matter how busy the place is. read more

That being said, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal and was given the chicken strips instead. It was for my husband and he wasn't upset at all. I'm sure they're still working out the kinks so no love lost. I was in and out of the drive thru within 6 minutes on Friday at 6:00. Not bad for being new. Please be gracious and allow a longer than average wait time since this location opened less than 2 weeks ago. All of the employees were incredibly nice. I was so excited to try the new location in Whitestown but was very disappointed. I ordered my food on the mobile app right after I parked the car, then headed in the store. I was first greeted by a custodian who was washing the windows of the inside doors. She told me to "open that one" and sprayed the cleaner all over the other door right as I walked through. Awkward. So we sat down at a table (and glanced at the insanely long line), then I scanned the table number with my phone. Great! Our food should be out in no time...I thought. I got a notification on my phone about 20 minutes later saying that our order was ready and then the order disappeared from my app's screen since it was processed and "delivered". We waited and waited. I got to the point when I was about to ask someone what had happened until I saw a server walking around the dining area SO confused. It literally says the table number on the receipt. And the table. It shouldn't be this hard. The entire time we were there I noticed these two servers making several laps around the restaurant before they were able to find the correct customers. They even asked a couple tables if they had received their food yet! There's a very clear and organized process each Chick-fil-A uses to deliver the correct orders to the correct tables and customers, but these servers were struggling hardcore. So I'm sure you could take a guess at this point, but what else could go wrong? We were not given any sauces even though we very clearly selected them for each meal on the app. So I went up to the counter and had no idea that I had just cut a family of 4 in line for drink refills. Whoops! I just needed sauce... and ketchup because apparently they don't stock that at the condiments stations at this location, ugh. Took about 3 minutes before I could ask a staff member for sauces (I felt really rude at this point). Finally made it back to the table and then our food was cold. This location is not representing the Chick-fil-A franchise well. I'm not planning on coming back for a few months once they get things more figured out. I would suggest avoiding it for now, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

I love this CFA! It was a little slow when they first opened a few years back, but they're really fast now! We love their playground that opened back up in June and they do family nights once a month with free ice cream and face painting that's really fun. The staff is always friendly and in a goes above and beyond and the double lane drive through is really efficient. Curb side is always the best though!! read more

When this place first opened the food was great. Even through the pandemic they killed it with food and customer service. It has been a while since I've came back to this Chickfila due to moving and it has gone so bad. My family and I are constantly getting our orders wrong and it's to the point non of us will be returning. I would rather drive to the one on Michigan road, which is way out of my way. Another reason I will not be returning and would give zero stars is due to how the employees ( mainly those on cashcart, who are outside on extremely hot and cold days taking orders) have been treated. Now I doubt this has happened a lot, but whoever is In charge of positioning people, telling them where to go, and rotating those positions, needs to do a hell of a better job. Today it's around 90 degrees and I pulled up to order and this poor girl looks so exhausted. And not like tired, like she's gonna pass out from heat exhaustion. She flushed, can't catch her breath, and holding herself up on the metal box they have as shelter. Which had no fan and she did not have water. Literally had to get two other employees to help the poor girl Inside. I didn't mind waiting a little longer to get my food cause they had to find a replacement. But no one should have to endure that, especially a kid. I know when I had a job as a kid it was so I had a little extra money so if I wanted to buy clothes or something I could, and also so I could save. But with what CFA pays these kids, it's not worth having to almost pass out from heat exhaustion. read more
