I know at some point it'll run its course but the price of new cars is too much. So I'll have to keep fixing my car. In February 2023 I heard this throttle or cranking when I brake. Took to a repair shop and guy can figure out what's wrong. One shop even told me it could be the transmission. I called Victory and spoke with Greg (owner) made an appointment to drive the car to Van Nuys. He drove my car as I waited at his office and when he came he said I need new brakes. He went to his computer and then he gave the estimate and I agreed for him to do the job. December 2024 I hear a grinding sound on the right side of my car. I called Greg and I drove to his shop. He drove my car and came back and said it's the wheel bearing. He gave me an estimate and I had him do the job. Feb 6 2026 my car will not start after a few tries of trying to crank it, my husband said it wasn't a battery issue. I called Greg and he said to have the car towed to his shop and it'll take about 2-3 hours to see what's wrong with it (he works on a lot cars on a daily basis). I called AAA and had my car towed to Victory. I called Greg around 3 pm and he said there's nothing wrong with my car he drove it around and every time he stops the car and the car starts again. We drove to pick up the car and this is simply astonishing Greg did not let me pay for any diagnostic to check my car. It's rare any business gives free service these days. Greg is simply reliable and honest mechanic/ auto shop I've been to even driving from SCV to make sure that my car is take care of!!

On Monday June 30, 2025, at about 7:35 am I, met with "Steve" who represented to be in charge of…read morethe repair service BMS INC (BMW MERCEDES SERVICE located at 4357 Woodman Avenue Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 for an estimate of repair for my Mercedes Benz 2011 ("MBZ") for overheating. Mr. Steve stated that after his mechanic arrives, he will have the MBZ inspected and an estimate for the repairs would be provided. Mr. Steve asked me to sign a document entitled BMW MERCEDES SERVICES, BMS Inc. ESTIMATE in which I did. At later time, same day, I received a telephone call from Steve stating that his mechanic inspected the MBZ and the thermostat, the cooling tank and the water pump had to be replaced. Mr. Steve explained the cost and the labor to repair the BMZ as being $1400 OR $1300 (if paid in cash). I declined. I went to pick up the BMZ and I was charged $50 in which I paid. I then took my BMZ to another mechanic shop in Oxnard Street, in the city of Van Nuys. The mechanic fixed the BMZ for $450 (IN TOTLAL) by replacing only the thermostat, the cooling tank and its cap. After having my BMZ fixed, I demanded that BMS, Inc. to return the $50 that was paid to them immediately and few days later Steve sent me a check returning my $50.00. You decide if you like to take your car for repair to this shop located at 4357 Woodman Avenue Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. OBVIOUSLY - I NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AS IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME.
