I don't think the baristas knew how to work the machines when they first started... but now latte's, macchiato, espresso, and even the drip coffee has been 4-5 stars for 6-9 months. This place, is exactly what was advertised when I searched for a coffee shop. Yelp/google Navigation directions worked, street parking a block away on a busy Saturday. The door fixed fully open on a cool fall day, the smell of coffee and sounds of a coffee shop hit the senses when stepping onto the wood floor interior, and the space opens high with ceilings to the sky. White marble counters, international accents and languages, smells of perfumes, gucci bags, and mixed in the crowd is locals, and of course, me, vagabond pilot, in town a few hours. The smells are good, there is a hint of breakfast toast and coffee with fresh baked goodies. I opted for a custom sourdough egg, cheese, and avocado sandwich and a couple donuts. Don't judge, Botox will fix whatever I wreck. The staff is uniquely friendly, the three I've interacted with are centered, on top of details, produced a strikingly good quality Cortado and keep the place clean. The register line was a couple people, I was served within 2-3 minutes of stepping in, and the flow of patrons over the last 15 minutes or so has been steady, smooth, with seemingly super content customers. I'm a wanderer, so I'll check out other places, but as I drive here from the airport I passed other shops with lines out the door. Clearly this place is less discovered, or those other places are giving free gold. Why not give more or less stars?? Well, because I came to Wyoming and the statute at the airport showed me a cowboy riding a bronco with his hat waving in the wind. This coffee place lacks the smell of horse dooky, there's no spurs clattering in the background, no cows, no cowgirls (or cowboys)... so, I love this coffee shop, but I came to Hollywood Wyoming... it's a sweet place, I'll come back, and grateful for the service and expectable prices not too high, but where is Wyoming?? Loved this coffee spot right on the town square. We were greeted upon entering & baristas described various pastries. Ordered a couple of lattes and a chocolate brioche to eat. Drinks were outstanding and I really enjoyed the brioche when I ate it early the next am before a Yellowstone tour. Place is bright & clean with seating upstairs & down. It's a nice little, modern coffee shop. I've been there twice now and both times was able to get a parking spot right in front of the place. (Though both times were before 8:00am) This morning I had black coffee - which was perfect. A cinnamon roll - which was great but make sure you ask them to warm it up. It's only so-so when not warmed. An apple fritter - which was pretty good. A glazed donut - which was slightly sub-par. Though it looked amazing. I don't think it was a cake donut, but it sure had the internal texture of something baked and not fried like a real donut. The folks working at the roastery were super friendly and the cafe had a very mountain town vibe. This is a family owned roasting co. and you can tell by the quality they maintain. We walked in to get a coffee at 2:54 pm. The place was not busy. Maybe four people in the lobby with no line. We wanted to order an iced coffee after our hike. However, the associate told us it would be a 20-minute wait to make coffee. It is a nice decorated place, but it takes 20 minutes for iced coffee. There was no line at all. They give you a number & bring the food to your table. Ok let's talk drinks/food- YUM! Best veggie breakfast burrito I've ever had, no exaggeration. I'm a veg & typically get bland or watery burritos, but this was dense with well balanced flavors. It came out quick too, so I'm unsure if they make it in store or just pre made them. The rancho eggs Benedict had multiple sauces, meat, & perfectly cooked eggs on top of a bed of bean patty. The French toast had a sauce that wasn't too sweet. It was a fruity flavor. I wanted to drink it. Moving to drinks- perfectly balanced. They have unique concoctions like mocha & orange which makes this spot very unique. Delicious. Top notch! I ran in here twice in three days for a fix - the first was on accident but the second was a craving for what I'd had the day before! And, when eating at a nearby shop, they had this same coffee so I had it again! They have a delicious drink on the menu that is an iced espresso of their White Spider blend with a little honey and splash of cream. Super delicious and just right. They also have some seriously good pastries and I purchased my husband a white chocolate blueberry cookie which he basically inhaled upon presentation in the car. He loved it. I can only imagine how good the pastries and donuts were. They also had grab and go sandwiches, salads and breakfast parfaits. The inside is beautiful and open and contemporary with all open space and lights and a nice upstairs open loft seating. Really liked this shop. Would come all the time if I lived here.
