I haven't had any vast array of tacos in my life, but in my 19 years, the Ribeye Taco is the best taco I have ever eaten.

Jeff as our server was a delight! He took good care of us. We stuck around long enough that we hated to see him moving on to the room for a party celebration. We even tried to order a second meal but they had to make way for reservations! We will be back! Our food was soooo good! I had the B-Fast Sandy and one pancake. My bestie had the shrimp & grits plus three different flapjacks! The pancakes/flap jacks are huge. This was a perfect location to celebrate Woman's History Month since this is an award winning restaurant, owned by a woman.

It's always a busy time for establishments, especially when it comes to holidays, but we repeatedly kept getting seated and "unseated" (the hostess would seat us, but then take us back to common area as the tables were either dirty or not ready). I didn't personally care about this, but I definitely noticed my party getting a bit frustrated by the experience as it happened about 4 times before we officially got seated, which also exceeded our initial reservation time. The service itself was okay. I wish they would've come around a bit more as we were out of water while eating our meal, but I know it was super busy that day!! I ended up getting the soft shell crab sandwich and it was pretty good! I think it would be even tastier with more sauce on the bun, but overall a nice pick. I also tried the lobster bisque; it had a nice texture with the little lobster bits, but found it overly salty. Hush puppies were a nice, crispy texture and I loved the sweet butter with it! One thing I absolutely loved about this experience was the mother's day flower pop-up stand! The cutest way to walk in and support another local business.

I ordered a burrito along with chips and salsa, rice, and beans, and everything was absolutely delicious. The rice and beans were especially good--I ended up eating them with my nacho chips and it was the perfect combo. The burrito was packed with flavor and made just right, which is exactly what you hope for when trying a different location. The only small difference I noticed compared to the West Bloomfield location is that there, they brought out the chicken and salsa right away with the drink cup and even provided a container to dump the chips into. That said, it's a very minor detail and definitely doesn't take away from how great the food was here. Overall, Taco Bros on Woodward delivers the same high‑quality, tasty experience I've come to expect. I'll absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for solid, flavorful tacos and burritos.

This is the Royal Oak spot. I ordered the burrito with al pastor, rice, beans, lettuce and tomatoes, ran about $13-14. The al pastor tasted like a marinated rip off, the kind that's cooked on the flat iron once a day and dropped into metal bins with pre-measured scoops, instead of shaved off a traditional trompo (the vertical rotisserie, the spinning top). Not the real thing. One thing I'll give them is the service was A+. The manager or owner was nice and very polite. The wait was fast too, ordered and out in under 6 minutes. Price was decent for what it is. If you're craving "authentic" Mexican it's worth a try, mostly because the quick service options in this area are pretty limited.

Left in the capable hands of Edith H, our server, we thoroughly enjoyed the beverages, food and overall experience. My cappuccino was perfectly executed - frothy and hot. The large portion of Smoked Salmon Scramble was delicious - fluffy eggs, large chunks of salmon and melted creamed cheese goodness with buttered English Muffin. My companion declared the Lump Cake Crab Benedict the BEST EVER. NOTE: a 20% Gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Edith was kind enough to encircle the charge when she handed us the check. Just one more wonderful thing about her and the excellent service we received. Parking is complimentary with plenty of spaces just behind the building. Total bill was reasonable, considering the quality of the service and tip worked into the check at just under $70.

I will definitely return.

Immediately when we walked in the vibes were off. Right off the bat, a stranger came to sit at our table. While we were excited to have him as company, the server told him to move. We moved past this and then we ordered the chip trio and I got a bowl of lettuce, chicken, and veggies; my friend got a kids quesadilla. This was not large portions, but our waiter came to clear our plates and shamed us for how much we ate. He exclaimed "WOW! Yall really liked your meal you cleared it right up". This was really hard for me to hear because I've struggled in the past from an eating disorder. I'm sure he meant no harm, but waiters should be more careful when they make these comments because they won't know how the customer takes it.

The Mr. went with build-your-own tacos, and the kids got rice bowls . I ordered through the app (I use their rewards a lot), and it's nice getting a little back on future orders. They've also been really consistent when it comes to food allergies, which I appreciate. Everything is packaged well and done carefully. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience at this location. Definitely a go-to for us when we want something easy and reliable.
