In late April it became two to three times daily. Rather than return it to Les Schwab and be told for the fifth time that the battery was fine and that my car had Parasitic Battery Drain, I used Claude (AI) to research shops that specialized in automotive electronics in our area and was pointed to these people for their glowing reviews. The following day Terry assured me that the car had no parasitic drain and that the battery would not hold a charge. I highly reccomend this shop and the people who work there. They are honest and direct unlike Landmark Ford that assured me the cost to locate the faulty module causing parasitic drain could cost thousands of dollars and that my best bet would be to trade it in and cut my loss or the Westside Les Schwab that repeatedly assured me my battery was fine. A new AGM battery, required for the Escapes trim package, was installed and I've not had to use my jump box since. THANKS!

They offer complementary tire rotations with the oil change service which I thought was nice. They did it the first time, but not the second time. I even confirmed THREE times that they were going to rotate the tires and they still didn't do it. I was taught to mark my tires so that I can confirm whether they were rotated are not. That leaves a reallly bad taste in my mouth. Don't offer something if you're not gonna do it. I thought about calling the business about the issue, but I imagine they would ask me back in to do the rotation and maybe some tech would get in trouble for not doing it in the first place and now he's upset, so I don't want my car to be in their hands again. I work in customer service, I know how people can be. Places to get an oil change are on every corner and now I will consider other places if and when my car needs attention.

The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks! The carpet looks as good as when it was new (maybe better)! I would never have believed this was possible, but we could not be more pleased! They worked on it for over 8 hours! I opted not to proceed with replacing the part since I'm likely replacing the car soon and did not feel pressured at all to change my mind.
