I had the mango snoice with lychee & strawberry gel toppings. It was awesome! The flavor was very natural, not to sweet. The snoice is very light and refreshing. The presentation is also very nice. I can't wait to go back and try another flavor. One of daughters had the child's scoop of ice cream with topping, it was a perfect size for her. My other daughter had the strawberry boba tea, it was good. I would have given this place 5 stars but today was extremely hot inside and out. Amazing halo halo and shaved ice, not to mention excellent customer service. perfect amount of flavor, sweetness and texture for their shaved ice. my wife, mom and dad loved the halo halo and the way you can customize what you want in it. Snoice is one of my favourite places to treat myself. I've been there many times before and their service never fails to make me happy. Their staff is incrediblely nice, and make you feel at home. If I ever need to change your drink or make adjustments, they have no problem doing so. Their shaved snow and ice cream is a tasty treat to have on a hot day. I've never been a fan of halo halo before because it was always too sweet and overfilled with unwanted toppings. But since I've had Snoice, I've literally been getting their halo halo at least once every two weeks. I love how you can customize it. Also, the place is clean and staff is friendly! After introducing it to her, one of my friends who also was not a big fan of the dessert now regularly goes there as well, along with all of her family members that she's introduced it to. Service was ok. I don't understand the hype. I was excited to learn they served Okinawa milk tea since no one in San Diego as far as I know seems to have mastered it. But it was nothing like I expected so I'm disappointed. It has no real tea taste to it and I don't even taste the brown sugar. More like non dairy creamer, a splash of tea, and regular sugar, IMO. We hired them to do the boba teas for my daughters party last night, even though they were an hour late to deliver it but there was a valid reason, it was worth the wait. The boba was freshly made, still warm and the teas were so good. We ordered Taro, mango & Okinawa milk teas and My entire guests loved it . We offered SNOICE as a dessert station for our May wedding and they were a huge hit! Their shaved snow in 3 different favors (think shaved ice but smoother, almost creamy) was offered with a variety of custom toppings each guest could choose from like fresh berries, pocky sticks, mochi and more. Apart from the delicious dessert, dealing with SNOICE was also VERY easy - they were responsive, clear & concise, and professional overall. Snoice was kind of a hit in some ways but a miss in other ways. I ordered the mini size shaved ice, and by looking at the size of the cup, I thought I was going to be pleasantly surprised with the amount that I would get. However, I got so much toppings than the shaved ice itself, so I was very disappointed. The shaved ice was very smooth, milky, and not icy at all, which I enjoyed; hence, I wished that I got more shaved ice than toppings. Service was great because the cashier actually took the time to patiently explain all my questions, so kudos to him. I wish the Snoice would have better pricings. So, for instance, I think that with 5 bucks of shaved ice, I wish I could've gotten 5 bucks of shaved ice and top that off with the 50 c per topping, instead of making up for my shaved ice with more topping. Or, offer something where it's like, a mini size comes with 2 toppings, extra toppings the customer has to pay more. read more

Had some of the best, most refreshing desserts at Snoice! It is sonoice to have a location like this near my home to get an icy treat, especially to beat this summer like heat. I guess I'm rapping now. Anyway, I was a little hesitant to try the Avocado flavored Snoice, but I am so glad that I did. It was not too sweet but sweet enough, fluffy, delicious, and just super refreshing. There's a good variety of toppings you can choose from too, and I opted for the captn crunch (I love cereal as toppings), and fresh strawberries. One suggestion to the owners, is maybe add another cereal topping, like fruity pebbles! The location is very unassuming which adds to the overall charm of this place. It almost feels like my own secret dessert spot. I give it 5 stars for the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the workers and owners, and most importantly, bc my Avocado Snoice was bomb.com.
