The third just stood behind the counter and just observed the chaos. And the people who were working, didn't seem to care very much. There is a sign stating if you were to guess a trivia question, you would get a free topping. The server who took my order, I asked her three times and she just ignored me. When I finally made it very explicit I was trying to guess the trivia question, she told me she didn't know what the answer was. I'm happy to pay for any toppings, but what is the point of having this "trivia challenge" if the workers don't even know the answer? When I received my cup of ice cream, it looked like it was mostly melted - if you look at the photo, you can see I took this at the shop as I received my order. I honestly had a few bites and ended up throwing it away. I did also purchase a pint of their Mexican Vanilla which was quite good. When you visit the website, the pictures look amazing. It's too bad what you get doesn't even remotely resemble what is in the photos online. It's just ice cream!

When I then asked if I could please have a knife (I'm seven months pregnant, for context), she started to walk to get one, took two steps, turned back and said "you can go get it yourself". We stayed for a while after and watched her standing by the counter organizing utensils, so it wasn't a matter of being too busy.
