Cool midcentury modern vibe at this breakfast spot in a bright cheerful space. Extremely popular at Sunday Brunch. We were lucky to avoid a 40 minute wait by snagging first come first served spaces at the bar. Iced Lavender Latte Strawberry Shortvake Dirty Soda Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up w Poached Egg Bella Bella Benny Poached Egg w Sausage and Hash The food was freshly crafted and well presented. Very friendly, efficient and attentive service. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I love Snooze, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we sat outside in 90+ degree weather. It's hard to fully enjoy brunch when you're sweating profusely before your coffee even arrives. That said, our server was fantastic, and the food was every bit as good as I remembered. We had the biscuits and gravy, the Denver omelet, pineapple upside-down pancakes, and the standard pancake flight, which is an absolute must for any table. What I love about Snooze is that their savory and sweet dishes are equally strong. That's not easy to pull off. I'll gladly keep coming back, but I have to admit, this Southern California guy appreciates San Diego weather a little more when brunch is involved

Busy! But cute and service was ok (assuming it was slow because it was busy). Unsure about parking because we walked, but there's a parking lot by the Trader Joe's or a parking garage a few blocks down. Got the seasonal gingerbread latte which was tasty. The burrito was GOOD!! Recommend. The Spuds deluxe bowl was very bland so would not get again. Even after we asked for salsa it still wasn't amazing.

YUMMERS! I was concerned when I arrived and saw the long line out front on a Saturday morning to get in. By the time I found free parking in the back lot (major score) and got around to the entrance there was a table for four of us ready. Ruth was our server and she was fantastic. Very attentive and kind. The Rejuvenate drink was refreshing and tasty. The Bravocado Toast was delicious and enough for leftovers to enjoy later. The Sweet Potato Vegi Smashup was also quite good. I enjoyed the diner feel of this place with open seating and attentive service. The food was fresh and delicious!!

I can't say enough about this place and the staff. The food is ALWAYS delicious and creative. I had the Bella Benedict which was better than I expected! Perfectly crisped thick crostinis, topped with prosciutto, poached eggs and a unique creamy Italian style hollandaise sauce with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. This was magical! My finance always gets the corned beef hash, because it's that good! The establishment is always up-kept and clean and usually busy during breakfast hours, as expected, but we just love to use the waitlist feature on yelp and have not had a terribly long wait. The staff here is very friendly. You can feel the energy of unity and camaraderie amongst them and that energy buzzes around you when you are there. A special shout out to Courtney, our server this last time. She has a genuine warmth and enthusiasm that made our dining experience that much better. She took great care of us, checked in periodically, and provided excellent service with a smile. Needless to say we will keep going back and highly recommend Snooze for their excellent standards overall.

Big ups to snooze! Our server, Emmitt was great. Bro got that down to earth vibe. Knows how to talk to people. Our food was filling and very tasty. Didn't know there was one in Huntington Beach, CA where we live so we'll definitely be pulling up one day for brunch. Colorado you have been great.!!

Basil & The Bee: Burrata Toast. For those that longingly remember Snooze's "Lower East Sider" breakfast... there's been nothing on their menu that I've loved as much as that for the last several years, until today. The flavor combos were so deliciously perfect. I hope they'll keep this one on the menu! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Juice was delivered before we even finished placing order. The greens were very green flavored, kale and cucumber dominated taste. The Bennie's were both excellent, the pork belly habanero with bacon jam was very flavorful but I actually preferred the more traditional ham iii but both were exvellent. The shrimp and grits were also full of flavour and although I am not a fan of grits my companion really enjoyed them. The nutty mocha smoothie was a very strong coffee flavor, but it only hit after you tasted the chocolate. Great experience and nice location. Worth the visit!

Amazing place to eat a fantastic meal (vegetarian friendly!) with good vibes and top notch service!! I had a few hours to kill while waiting for my airbnb check-in time. Had the matcha latte + egg white scramble + the OMG french toast. I absolutely cleared my plate. It's also a great spot to get some work done, I wasn't the only one who had their laptop out. :) This is my first impression of Denver food and it's a strong start!!

I'd easily give this place 5 stars if their waitlist system worked properly. I checked the online waitlist all morning before heading over, and it consistently showed no wait. When we arrived, the line was out the door, yet the system still said there was no wait. It was definitely frustrating. That said, once we were seated, the food was great and the service was really solid. If they fix the online waitlist, this would be a top-tier brunch spot.

Came in on Presidents Day. There was a 15-25 minute wait, but it went fast because there was coffee and corn hole available while we wait. Host personally came out to retrieve us for our ready table and our server was so nice. She gave me the opportunity to try the new item first before ordering. Everyone was very pleasant.

Love the variety and creativity in the food. Service is good with a overlapping group approach for ordering and delivery. One question though, why are all the coffee drinks delivered at room temperature? This is the only place I cannot get a hot cuppa.

Snooze has a delicious and unique brunch menu! There's truly something for everyone. We loved the pancake flight - what a great way to try the different kinds of pancakes they offer. The fried rice was yummy, savory with a hint of fruity sweetness, and filling. The portion sizes are great. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is that every time I've been to snooze, while cordial, the staff is never particularly nice or welcoming. They're still great and quick, they just don't get us feeling super welcome. But overall, we love Snooze and find it fairly priced for the Denver area. The food always tastes amazing, and the restaurant itself has a cute theme and lots of unique seating.

Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. As our walk got longer and extended we found ourselves in this little pocket of business area in the Park Hill neighborhood. Come to think of it, I have utilized a good handful of the restaurants in the last 5 years or so and Neighbors was one of them. I remember one of my friends (out of touch) and I came here for a flight of mezcal or tequila or some sort. The Yelp review I wrote back then dated over 5+ years. It all of a sudden became a moment of "walking back the memory lane". The time was 8:40pm or so. Although the restaurant doesn't close until 10pm, the kitchen was about to close (at 9pm.) Our stomach was still quite full from the dinner; we only needed after dinner drinks. Monday night at 8:45pm, the bar barely had any people in it. Dimly lit, the ambiance was quite exquisite. We noticed all sorts of wine cork art decorations on the walls and even the ceiling The kind waitress of ours allowed me to sample a few different reds (a Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi and a blend from Washington state.) Although the blend smelled better on the nose, the Cabernet tasted better on the palate. Decision making as to which one came easy: the Cabernet was the winner. I'm not much of a jammy Cabernet person. This Cab from Lodi, no wonder, appealed to me. Very structured, not necessarily velvety either and yet it's got a good character to it. The name of it is Klinker Brick (and the vintage is 2023). As of early June 2026, a glass of this solid Cab is/was $14.25. It became a nice "after dinner" wine to settle into the late night. As I stated earlier, this is a little picket of neighborhood that's mostly consisted of beautiful homes with $900k ranges. Unless you specifically do searches for restaurants in the very area, this will easily escape many people's notice. But that's the charm of it. Being away from the so-called "hip town vibes", I like this little quiet spot. And this wine bar's existence in it perfectly fits the description.
