I think Snooze is just ok. I'm definitely not understanding the long line every Sunday morning. Their food is always seasoned but always needs salt? It's just not great. Lots of people obviously love it here and it's a cute place that's easy to get to. Parking garage is right next door so plenty of parking. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing? My husband and I always enjoy our breakfast at snooze. We have our favorite plates like the Snooze classic, Juan's breakfast tacos and their omelette. We also always get a pancake. They are so tasty! I have to give a shoutout to Candace. She is the best waitress! If you can, ask for her. She is always on top of things, refills our drinks before we even have to ask and is so sweet! The food was as advertised. The cinnamon pancake was our favorite thing. I liked the Chile Verde Benedict, but it needed more of the sauce. That was a common theme with the food; it needed more sauce or syrup, etc. However, other people might feel that what WE like would be too much, so I take that into consideration. I went on a Friday morning. I think it was unusually busy but since I was dining solo I was able to snag a spot at the bar pretty quickly. I ordered a strawberry martini mimosa and the strawberry shortcake pancakes with a side of eggs. Both were delicious. Staff was really nice and attentive and the food came out quickly. I love this place! There are several options for vegetarians, which is super appreciated! I've been here three times, and I've always been happy with the food, drinks, and service. If you arrive during peak periods on the weekends, expect a wait. You can order a drink while you wait though. I've had the choice mimosa, palomimosa, and blood orange mimosa. All three were very good. I usually get the smashed avocado Benny, which is really good. The avocados are fresh, and the eggs are properly poached. The kids have ordered French toast neat, OMG French toast, and blueberry pancakes. All of ti was really good, but their pancakes are especially delicious. We had one pancake of the day on June 13, 2018 that I wish I could remember the name of. It was their pancake of the day, and it was the best pancake I have ever had! My son always gets the breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, black beans, cheddar & jack cheese. You can add veggies and cheese (or meat) for additional charges. The burrito is massive! He's also had Juan's breakfast tacos, which he said were fantastic. Other vegetarian options that I have not yet tried include bravacado toast, sweet potato veggie smash up, goldilocks porridge, garden harvest omelet, vegan banana pancakes, huevos tostadas, and tofu scramble. The service here is always timely and friendly. The food is fantastic. The drinks are great. 5 star, for sure! read more

Kiera and PJ are just super fantastic . Love them. I am especially a fan of the young man PJ who is the host. This establishment does not realize how lucky they are to have a young gentleman who is so welcoming and attentive . He sets the tone of the experience . The food is good - not the best but really good. Ask for Kiera - she's a great server. Very attentive and engaged . They make a great eggs Benedict and their crab cake is good too. This place was so busy when I went! The service was good and ambiance was more of like a diner type feel. I got the sweet potato veggie smash without the egg and a mock tail. The drink itself was okay and the smash was also just okay. They had already drizzled the maple syrup on there, but i really couldn't taste any sauces. The actual flavoring of the dish didn't really sit well with me either. If I ever come back, I definitely will try something different bc this was not my favorite. read more

My family and I have been coming here almost every Sunday for brunch for years, and it's truly become a special part of our week. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is Megan -- she's simply the best! She knows our orders by heart, always greets us with a warm smile, and brings such a positive, fun energy to every morning. The Cinco Ranch location all around is the absolute best! It's rare to find someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome and taken care of, and Megan and the team at Cinco does that effortlessly. Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up- 3/5 , the sweet potatoes were really good and the sauce was delicious. The avocados and egg tasted pretty decent as well. Mocha - 1/5, it was a really small mug and it was cold, the whipped cream was the good part. Not bad if it was hot. Blueberry pancakes - 4/5, the pancakes were so so fluffy and thick. They were so good and not too sweet for those who can't handle too much sweetness. It had a type of cream filling which is what pushed it to a 4 star, really amazing. Strawberry Pancakes - 3/5, they were soft and fluffy but lacked a strong strawberry flavor. I do think if they topped it with something other than pecans it would give a stronger taste. Love their quaint location. Food options were plentiful. Food came out quick. But no one really checked on us much after. Coffee not refilled after we were asked if we wanted refills. Pineapple upside down pancake was disappointing. We asked for sauce on the side and everything was put on side. So then it was just a plain pancake. Disappointing.
