We had a very attentive waiter which was good considering it was about 6:30 in the morning (Black Friday shopping) haha. Ambience: Always super busy and it has very breakfast cozy vibes. I had a fantastic experience at Snooze the food was absolutely perfect, and the atmosphere was really lovely, especially thanks to the friendly staff. However, I didn't enjoy the behavior of a person who seemed to be the managera tall, bearded man who was quite rude to the hosts, DoorDash drivers, and some guests. We also heard very loud shouting from the kitchen, as if the staff were being scolded. That said, we know Snooze is always packed for a reason it's just that good! And we don't mind waiting, because we absolutely love this place. read more

Great breakfast spot!! We had the Parmesan Crab Cake Benedict and the E'Lote Breakfast Pasta. Both were incredible. Yes, pasta with an egg for breakfast works wonderfully, especially for a hangover (so they tell me). Also had their Espresso Martini & Thai Bloody Mary... both excellent as well!! Very disappointing attempt at an online order this morning. Ordered 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees to go. The restaurant was busy so I anticipated the order would come out a little later than the pickup time- it was within 5 minutes which was very reasonable- except for the coffee. So I continued to wait thinking it would be just a few more minutes. The coffee station is behind the bar and very visible. After another 15 minutes, it was clear that no one had begun the coffee portion of the order- all the while the food is sitting out on the counter. I asked the hostess, who was friendly and polite, for a refund for the coffee portion. The manager then came up and asked rudely "You the guy who wants a refund?" I stated yes I would like a refund for the unmade coffee so I can leave with the food. In a huff he said he had to go to the back to do it on another system. Took another 10 minutes all the while the food sits on the counter. I asked for a refund for everything as the food had been sitting out so long. The manager obliged but was clear in his attitude he couldn't care less. It's a shame because the food in the restaurant looked pretty decent and everyone else was trying their best. This location was great to visit early on Labor Day. There was surprisingly not a long wait around 9:30 AM/10AM, which meant we were able to get off the waitlist as soon as our party arrived. They were doing a bacon-themed special menu which include the bacon and egg pancakes, which I wish they would implement all the time because I LOVE a savory pancake, waffle, or french toast type of dish. The food also came out quickly. I also got the Bacon But Different, and it was deliciously sweet and spicy. I highly recommend it! I also tried the Strawberry Lavender Lemonade, which didn't have much lavender but was still good. This I might not order again since it was also quite pricey. Our server was pretty attentive too, which made the experience quite enjoyable. It was a nice way to start the holiday. I highly recommend getting on the waitlist through Yelp. read more

Great food, swift service and nice staff! We were a group of 5 so had to wait about 15 minutes. It honestly doesn't matter what you order, most everything is good. This day I decided to try something I hadn't tried before. Crab eggs Benedict! So good! Wow, wow, wow! Not sure its like this at all locations but I was delighted. Founded in 2006 by two bothers Jon and Adam Schlegel. Headquartered in Denver. The first-ever location is the Ball park location. Did you even notice how each location has their own vibe? The Union Station one has that fun upbeat one. You will feel it in the air! Then there's the Westminster location that I've been to recently. It's in the Orchard Town Center. I like this vibe. It's just enough. It's relaxed but not sleepy at all. Just alive without the crazy mad rush. I loved the counter seating we managed to snag just as we walked in. This is not saying any of the locations doesn't have a line. They do and will always. I would line up for what we had too! A tall glass of the best Blood Orange Mimosa! It was boozy! I was happy happy at 10:00 am!‍ I wanted something without meat and the Crab and asparagus omelet was perfect! Crunchy asparagus and there's actually crab meat mixed in with my nicely cooked fluffy omelet.they use three cage-free eggs and a salad came with it! I really liked how delicious this dish was! It's like I fell in love with our dear old Snooze. I spied more yummy things to try like the sweet potato pancake. The Blueberry Danish pancake was equally amazing! Moist and no need for syrup. I visited the Orchard location again over the weekend for brunch with friends. Even though we had a party of 8 on a busy Saturday morning the wait wasn't long and we were seated and served quickly. This time I tried the pancake flight which was great because I'm indecisive. I had the pancake flight with the blueberry danish, pineapple upside down, and sweet potato pancakes. The pineapple upside down was my favorite followed closely by the blueberry danish. The sweet potato one was delicious too but the ginger butter served on to was too strong for my liking and overpowered the entire pancake. I had a side of their famous bacon and I asked if they could do a side order of the cheesy grits which were outstanding. I usually get a mimosa but this time I tried their honey oat milk latte which was the perfect pick me up. I wish it was a larger size but other than that it was great. I LOVE snooze. I've eaten at a number of locations and they all rock. I usually get the breakfast burrito and it's amazing.

Cute place, but it's very loud in there. I think the loudness helps you to wake up with the addition of consuming your favorite breakfast beverage.(coffee,tea,etc...)The food items are creative . The consistency is hit and miss. I had the sweet potato veggie mash up, it was amazing the first time. The second time the sweet potato was undercooked and hard as a rock. The service is on par. The service was not good. I sat at the bar and the servers were more interested in chatting instead of serving customers. The bar tender server had the attitude that they were doing me a favor by doing their job. I ordered a classic egg Benedict and it was so small and with tax it was close to $17. We ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage, as well as the Juan Breakfast Tacos. The biscuits and gravy was delicious! Their sausage is also so good! The Juan tacos were a bit bland. The decor was an interesting MCM vibe, unusual because servers were generally dressed in their flannels, beanies or hipster vibe clothing. Still made for a unique and memorable experience. The restaurant was warm and welcoming in freezing temps. Below freezing temps. SUB ZERO temps. I'm from S. California and well...glad it was comfortable in there. Snooze has always been one of my favorite spots, but after our recent experience, I can say without a doubt that they have the kindest team and most generous spirit! The manager, Rob, donated a beautiful gift basket for our school and even told us to come back every month for more donations to support our STEM LAB SCHOOL! He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely eager to give back to the community. On top of that, I eat here regularly because the food is consistently amazing--hands down the BEST pancakes around! I always use the online waitlist (a lifesaver), and while we wait, my kids have the best time playing cornhole and giant Connect 4. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Snooze- only bad thing are the lines but if you add your name to the list early, then by the time you arrive, your physical wait time has been reduced majorly. The lavender latte was delicious and something different. It might have been seasonal (not really sure) but the latte had a hint of lavender flavor. The cup was small but delicious and worth it. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was delicious. The jelly that came with it was very yummy and the way the toast was made just made it more than a bread in a toaster oven. There's a reason why this is such a popular brunch chain in Colorado and I'm glad there are more branches open throughout Colorado now. read more

We decided to come here for breakfast. The restaurant was full and only has to wait a little bit before we were able to sit down. Service was great and got me started on coffee right away. My wife and son ordered their OMG! French toast and their pork Chile verde Benny. Both of these were excellent. It's rare when we order something sweet for breakfast and we knew we couldn't go wrong with their French toast. We decided to do a half order and do not regret it one bit. The French toast were stuffed with mascarpone and topped with vanilla crème, strawberries and toasted coconut. Absolutely delicious. The eggs Benedict was also a really good choice. I decided to order their Smothered breakfast burrito. It didn't come with any meat which is why I regret it. For being smothered, it came very dry and with pico and cheese sprinkled on top. It's a shame because the chili itself was flavorful. It had a nice citrus flavor to it. But I wouldn't order it again without adding a protein to it. read more

Second time coming to Snooze, not this location specifically, and it was full house packed. I didn't know how popular this place was until the queue time was an hour or more. Food was what I expected and the interior was nice on the eyes. Although, their protein pancake was quite dry and the peanut "syrup" that was served with it was quite small. My friend got their wisdom teeth taken out and ordered five soft scrabled eggs for $17. Did not expect eggs to be that pricey. Forgot to take pictures. read more

The omelette was pretty light on the veggies, so if you like lots, I would ask for a little extra.
