    I called after two weeks to check on our order with two weeks to go for delivery. Salesman told me that we wouldn't get the refrigerator until the first of the year. January! And he had told me delivery would be 11/17! I called and talked to Hubby. Then I left a message with Snow Bros to cancel the order. Hubby went over after work to confirm the refrigerator was cancelled. The salesman did not apologize or try to save the sale. He was very calm. Shady dealings is what we think. So much for wanting to support this local business. Then, a girl friend tells me her upsetting story about a repair. Maybe the shop has changed and it's not good.

    The store is huge. They have so many appliances. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. I think I heard someone call him Cory. I don't think we caught his name or if he introduced himself. That was not his fault we swarmed him with questions about cooktops. Everyone including this appliance store is so heavily back ordered on most things. Since we are stuck in our homes everyone has noticed there out dated furniture and appliances. Why did we all decide to do it now!? Lol. They have unusual brands of refrigerators that are very tall. They have the Creme de la Creme Sub Zero refrigerators, I can afford it (in my dreams). I like the fact that our sales person was knowledgeable. He seemed to have been training someone as he was being shadowed. The store was full of customers which was great to see.

    These guys are good at what they do! Came in and made it a smooth move. Tee and Keith were very friendly and professional. They came in and made a plan really quick for the moving process. They took the doors off to get the fridge out/in and replaced them properly. There was a tiny hiccup, but they fixed it immediately. Props for the quick fix and all around good work. Thanks boys ! EDIT: it would have been nice if they removed the protective coating before installing the handles. I had to take them off to get the plastic off Just recognized that they also knocked a sensor for my security system off and threw it away as garbage when removing the doors to get the fridge inside. We have to replace it now.

    Never leave reviews. Felt this was warranted. BUYER BEWARE-if you purchase a machine and it doesn't work you are married to it for better or worse. You will be mocked by the owner Bill for "first world problems" if you get upset the machine they sell you is broken. (100 years and Bill will be the demise) Recently purchased an appliance ($3000 ice machine) from Snow Brothers, machine worked for about a day and broke. Paid in full upfront for a broken unit. Took about a week to get a technician out, another week to get the parts that were missing from the unit....still waiting on the parts. Why are they selling units that have missing parts? Owner Bill is disrespectful, called this a "first world problem", and mocked us for even being upset about the experience with them. Explained that we just need to go through the process because Snow Brothers did not make the machine. Wouldn't give clear path to either getting a new machine or fixing this one. Again, brand new machine. Honestly? Chastising a customer and shaming them for complaining when an ice machine is a first world luxury? The motto in the store you'll hear from everyone you talk to is, the machines are made by humans and humans make mistakes. They follow it up with we'll find a way to make it right that's why we've been in business 100yrs....we can't tell you how but we'll cross that bridge when we get there, it just may take three months and an insurance claim or manufacturing warranty submission. Honestly, go through ANY OTHER business but Snow Bros, or be prepared to receive some factory second unit that breaks and pay a premium for it. Don't sell first world appliances and then mock your customers for buying them and being upset they're broken. Unbelievable, this guy is probably the worst businessman I have ever come in contact with.
