We really enjoyed the combination of the ice and the vanilla bean. I personally liked mixing this flavor with my ube bowl. The strawberry flavor wasn't as strong when adding ice cream, but the bowl was still tasty. Next time I'd get with extra purée if I were to get ice cream.
