They have soo many options from hawaiian shaved ice, acai chunky monkey and halo halo which i hear is some of the best. Nice clean place and they have a bathroom. Customer service was good. I ordered the medium halo halo and it was a lot better than Jollibee's. I wish there was a less sweet option but it was good nonetheless. My son loves Snowflakes AÇAÍ BOWLS so without question we had to have SNOWFLAKES CATER his birthday party. They were very accommodating with my budget and very easy to work with. We had them delivery to Skyzone, Cerritos since it was down the street from their store. We ordered 50 açaí bowls. They were all individually packaged and ready to serve so it was super easy and no mess. It was a BIG HIT at the party. The dole had a a nice tart/sweet pineapple flavor which wasn't overpowering and is a great choice for those who enjoy a fruity and soft texture flavor. Also tried the Cookie Monster ice cream and was pleasantly surprised by the texture. There was soft oreo cake pieces and some crunchy oreo cookie pieces. I noticed cookie dough pieces too that had chunks of chocolate to bite into which is great for people who enjoy that crunch into their treats! I've had Snowflakes many times over the years and I've never been disappointed in the taste and quality of their frozen desserts. Every time I'm in the area, I have their halo-halo or a pitaya bowls and I've been completely satisfied with the flavor and experience. Their halo halo is made with shaved ice rather than crushed ice - which is superior in texture and mouth-feel. The Ube ice cream + other mix-ins round out the dish - which is my favorite I've in SoCal. When it came time to find dessert vendors for my own event - Snowflakes was on the top of my list. I requested 100 servings of halo-halo and the owners (Kevin and Erica) were efficient and friendly while serving my hungry guests. I noticed someone in the other reviews rated low because they felt they couldn't change the toppings. There's nothing that says you can't and they don't charge extra... all I did was ask and they were happy to. The woman who took my order suggested macadamia instead. SOLID recommendation that paired well! Was honestly the best I've had in a long time. My boyfriends açaí works bowl was really good too! The açaí was not too icy or creamy, it's just right. However, I couldn't really wrap my mind around sweet corn as a dessert topping. I don't really like jackfruit or red bean as toppings either. You order at the register instead of them building the bowl in front of you. Not only does Snowflakes have acai bowls, but they also sell smoothies, ice cream, and other frozen treats, which is perfect for summer. We decided to build our own bowls; one with a matcha blend + original chia and the other with an acai blend + original chia. They were refreshing and super tasty. Snowflakes even has toppings that I haven't seen elsewhere, which are pretzels, goji berries, and chocolate chips. Although I didn't get pretzels, I think it's cool they're offered as a topping. Two regular 16oz bowls cost $24. Each bowl was $12. The serving size was a bit more than other places I've been to that also sell acai bowls!
