I've been struggling with whether to write a review wanting to give the business the benefit of the…read moredoubt but I decided this business practice is not acceptable when I saw a review from three months ago with the same complaint. The company's website has incorrect daily pricing (website says $35/day whereas they told me when I arrived in person the pricing is $65/day and they didn't share the revised pricing with me even when we corresponded over email until I came for a tour in the middle of a work day). The disregard for my time and the bait-and-switch pricing is nothing short of a scam and is a completely unethical. To make matters worse; we scheduled the tour because we were looking for a boarding place for our dog. I was informed upon arrival that all dogs must have done day camp for 15 days (about $1,000 and three weeks of time) before they can be boarded. Also not disclosed on the website or via multiple email prior to our visit. It's a shame because the facility seems nice and the employees seemed otherwise helpful and professional. Unfortunately I can't convince myself to do business with them given the shady business practice. Over three months to update their website is no longer reasonable. Update: Just noticed their Facebook also isn't updated for services and pricing. Completely dishonest.

I needed to board my dog back in September and had heard about Creekside. I decided to call and no…read moreone answered. I tried calling for a week probably over 20 times. I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

This is our second time doing a weekend overnight and they never fed him, gave us all his food back. We watch the staff rip my dogs collar off his neck to get him for pick and we heard him talking about our dog not listening. I was hoping to pick him up Sunday before 5 and they told me they would call me back. I left a text and voicemail and I got nothing back. They seemed extremely understaff and poorly staffed. We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place.

Apparently THIS VETERINARY OFFICE is unable to provide such a service and their Vets, Dr. Eibey and Dr. Tomlisson couldn't be bothered to talk to me face to face or via phone to discuss the matter. After being relegated to the office manager Wendy, she stated they do not provide that type of service however as I explained 3 other Veterinarians within 5 mile radius do she certainly had many excuses why they couldn't do it......too many things can go wrong, we don't have the time, and yes we would charge $100 if we did, etc. ? So I contacted Wilderness Veterinary, 1 block away and they do provide the necessary letter, detailed information about dog's condition and prescriptions in Spanish that is required when taking a pet over the border. Additionally, Wilderness was bewildered why Mountainside couldn't pull that off, ME TOO. Unfortunately, but as expected I had to establish my dog as a patient at Wilderness Vet and pay $100 that I should not have had to pay if Mountainside was a reputable Veterinarian. In addition, I found Mountainside Veterinary extremely EXPENSIVE, $1000 for blood work, 2 xrays, 2 prescriptions and consultation......I've gone to emergency services for 1/2 the price.

She has been my preferred veterinarian for 15 + years! She has cared for so many of our pets, with care and due diligence. She's never let us down. I have had some health issues that have caused a gap in our using Dr. Clardy for while, but hopefully she'll take me back, as I have a beautiful lilac point part Siamese kitty who needs her helping hands. She's fine, she's getting older and needs her yearly checkup. and I really want to change veterinary hospitals. So I am calling her.

She works to save me money by cutting down multiple visits (for multiple dogs) into one visit for example. She is also fully capable of working with large dogs who don't like to be handled and they still love her afterwards. And most importantly, she is compassionate and so very kind when the end comes for one of our sweet dogs. She is calm, capable and caring. My dogs and I have been lucky to have her as our vet. And, yes, she will want to be paid when the services are performed because she is running a business and that is part of the deal. She came highly recommended from another person and I've recommended her to others without worry.
