I was in and out in a couple minutes and had my part without waiting for shipment or an appointment. Ed's is a little like an auto parts store, but for HVAC - go in, tell them either the specific part and size you need, or give them a model and they'll look up options for you. At the register next to me a contractor had an old fan motor that the staff were helping him match based on size and specs. The prices for parts here are quite competitive and the staff is friendly and helpful. In addition to parts, they have a wide array of maintenance items, from tools to cleaning solutions. They take cash and card, in addition to P.O.s for businesses with credit accounts. There is plenty of parking out front.

The price was less than I expected and the AC is already running great. He vacuumed up the water overflow in the drip pan, cleared the pipe running outside that a previous owner had caulked over, and then cleaned the unit and topped off the freon. As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets.
