I purchased a car from So.Cal Performance in Jan. In September there was a problem with the transmission. I took the car to Ford and they told me that there was a safety warranty recall but I had missed the timeframe for Ford to repair it at no cost. So, I reluctantly agreed to pay to get it fixed ($998.00). I returned to So. Cal Performance to find out why the recall hadn't been taken care of before I purchased the car. Larry informed me that the car had been taken to Ford prior to me purchasing it and that Ford had missed the recall on the car. He contacted Ford for me and got the $998.00 back for me that I paid to repair it and even gave me a loaner car to drive. I was so pleasantly surprised at the links he went too to help me out. I went there expecting to have to put up a fight, but Larry went out of his way to resolve my issue he even told me if I wasn't happy with the car that I could trade it in for another car.
