Wanted to wait a while before we left a review. Purchased our AWD Ford Explorer here and we are pleased with it. It did come with a smell that we finally rid the car of after a week as well as a small dent in the bumper which we fixed for a couple hundred bucks. When we took it to our mechanic they said the only thing it needs mechanically is a tune up. We have been good ever since! Drove it to the bay area twice without a hiccup. Terrible experience working with these guys. They were unclear about my financing situation making my loan higher then what the car was even worth when I traded in my Infiniti G35. Consigned with them shortly after for them to sell the car I had just bought from them and 3 months went by with the car only being advertised on there website and not on autotrader or any other car selling websites/ apps. When I picked my car up after 3 months of them failing to sell the car it had flat tires, an empty gas tank and a completely dead battery. Worst car experience ever - not trustworthy and will tell you anything just to get your business. Phil made a promise to see a demonstration on our product, which is a FREE dinner, IF we did business with him. His line was continually "do we have a deal"? AFTER we purchased the car, he said Thanks for the offer - we aren't interested. Best of luck in your venture. So he got our money and didn't hold up to his promise. That's just the start of it. Two months after we purchased the car, we still hadn't received the car tags and registration. So I texted him and he got back with me and said he had JUST processed it and he forgot to do it. They FINALLY arrived!! So then 8 months later, we received NOTICE OF DELINQUENT RENEWAL on the 2 cars Phil bought of my dad's (now deceased) as a trade in!!! The DMV added penalty fees on each car and said failure to pay these will result in wage garnishment or bank levies. Excuse me!! So I texted Phil and he said the DMV doesn't know we sold the cars to someone in Mexico and soon they will stop sending you notices! He basically said to ignore it. So I sent an email to the DMV to tell them we hadn't owned the cars since August of last year and hopefully we won't have to deal with this matter anymore.
