It was okay. Nothing spectacular, honestly. The food itself is 2 stars, the service is what gives this place hope. I decided to try a family dinner since I am responsible for feeding 3 super hungry males. I got the special for the evening, which came with pizza, salad, and a small side of my choice (wings, of course!). Honestly, the salad was probably the highlight of the meal. It was a basic house salad - iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, you know, the usual suspects. The wings were big but bland - the sauce was interesting. It wasn't that usual tangy buffalo sauce - it seemed to have more of a tomato base, which didn't work that well. I am a wing snob, my standards are pretty high, but I see nothing wrong with that. The pizza was probably the biggest disappointment. Everything was bland - EVERYTHING. The crust, the sauce, the cheese, even the damn pepperoni was bland. Costco's pizza has more flavor! (in Costco's defense, I love their pizza - it's yummmers) The prices are what I expected, so no surprise there. I did order fresh garlic on my pizza and they didn't charge me extra - THANKS! PROS: NIce staff, clean restaurant, reasonably priced specials, good wings, updated video games, lots of TVs, CONS: Pizza was on the thin side and taste was average, regular prices on the menu more expensive than one would think, ice tea was so bad we had to dump it, seating was uncomfortable. If you're looking for a low-key night with delicious food excellent service, look no further!!! This was my first time here and the family and I wanted to hang out and watch the game without waiting hours to be seated, so we decided to head in to So Cal pizza, and we were not disappointed! We walked in and there were televisions everywhere, there was no way you could miss the game from any seat you decided to take! As soon as you walk in, you order and choose your own seat. Might I add the the girl who took our order was so patient with us since it was our first time and we had questions, she was polite and even suggested how to order the appetizer in a way that'd it'd be more affordable. We ended up ordering an XL pizza, salad and wings for four people. I wish we would have only ordered one large Pizza, since they're so big. Everything tasted so fresh, and the wings were quite possibly THE BEST WINGS I'VE EVER HAD, and that's saying a lot since I like to consider myself a bit of a wing connoisseur. Really good pizza! Probably the best veggie pizza I've ever had. Love the cheese they use on their pies. Dough isn't too thick. Crust makes great breadsticks to dip in their delicious ranch dressing. Multiple TV screens to watch any sporting events. I believe they also carry the UFC fights. I honestly have never dined in, I always phone order/pick up because I live so close. I like the layout of this establishment. It's roomy, has lots of flat screen televisions on the walls, and retains a family-oriented sports bar vibe to it. It seems like a natural place to have a 12 year old's birthday party or watch an NBA finals game, however, my experience here is coming in to grab some lunch after appearing at the Norwalk courthouse across the street. I surprised my boyfriend by bringing him to a new pizza joint that we have never been to. I chose this place because of the many appetizers they have and because of the reviews. First thing first. It's a really nice place. They have a small arcade area, many tvs (more than 10) on all the walls. It isn't loud which is great because I can actually have a conversation with the person across from me. We got 2 personal pizzas and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were a 5/5. Very good. I ordered a personal pepperoni and my boyfriend got the personal pepperoni and jalapeño. The pizza was pretty big for a personal and the price was great! Everything about the pizza was great except for how greasy it was! The cheese was just sliding off and my crust was pretty much soaked in a puddle of grease. ): it was very good though. Lunch specials are great, i've had several different plates (not all at once) and i'd order every one of them again. the chicken parm sandwich is really good, pizza is tasty but if you get pepperoni and sausage, it can be a little greasy...but of course i still eat it :) sandwiches are big so either get the 1/2 sandwich or expect to have the other 1/2 for dinner. staff is friendly and easy on the eyes, lunchtime can be a little bit of a wait if you dont get there early, but you'll know your food is fresh, i've never had a bad experience with the servers bringing our food or not accommodating us with additional or different condiments. i teach class near by and always recommend it for lunch! read more

This was our 2nd time eating anywhere since covid started. Everything was clean. They had only about 6 tables inside spread out and a patio area for dining. The servers had masks and shields on. I just picked a pizza Togo the pizza is super greasy but it's not bad love the bread soft inside crispy outside but the cheese it gets very chewy after you eat it. The place was packed but way to many kids running around unsupervised and there was someone in a microphone super loud. The food tock 15-20 minutes not long. This is my second review for this place. I've been here about 5 times now & this time I tried something other than the pizza lol. I had the cheese ravioli, which was delicious! I love ravioli, but most places have a weird gritty texture to the filling, not So Cal Pizza! The filling was so creamy & flavored great! I also had a side salad that came with my ravioli, which was all fresh & the jalapeño ranch is to die for good! Tried the pizza bones, it was good but idk why I was expecting something else, it was basically like a cheese pizza with no sauce as u can see in the picture. I would have gave 5 stars but I took one off for the garlic bread that came with the ravioli, it lacked flavor all together & was burnt. Garlic bread should taste like GARLIC not just butter.
