Quantity is alright, but Price on the higher side for what I would pay for 1/2 Meatball 1/2 Sausage: 4/5 and 6/5 The 4/5 for the Meatball. It alright. I like how thick the meatballs were but flavors were lacking. The sausage is the real star here (6 out of 5!). I think this is the best item in the restaurant. Amazing Flavor! Definitely order the sausage with any of the pasta combos. It'll add the flavors that's missing I saw a photo of the appetizer platter and it was Titled the "alright platter". It's like borderline alright. 2/5 for me. Would not order again. Wings a little overcooked, cheese sticks weren't fully heated (center still a rectangle stick), zucchini sticks were really mushy inside and very small, probably 80% batter. fried mushroom was ok. Frantone's Special- Loaded with various ingredients, including anchovies, the Frantone's Special was a decent pizza. The crust/dough didn't have the chew of a fire cooked pizza, but was filling. Frantone's didn't skimp on the toppings, and an ample meal was had. Service was good. I printed out the FitPerks promo, but was told I couldn't redeem it because the paper didn't mention Frantone's or the 50% off any pizza. So, I had to redeem the points again and show the redemption code via my phone. Ample seating inside. Tables have red & white checkered tablecloth, and there is also a private banquet room for large gatherings. Keeping with the old school vibe, there are 3 table multi-game arcade machines located in the waiting area. Frantone's is located on the west end of the Home Depot center, between Staples & LA Fitness. The Frantone's Special pizza tasted great. However, for regular price, too costly, in my opinion. I'm not big on Italian food, so I doubt being a regular customer is in the cards. Frantone's does have various specials, including Spaghetti Wednesday Family Spaghetti Night (half order of spaghetti w/ meatballs or meat sauce, salad, garlic bread & coffee or soda), which looks to be a good deal, for those so inclined. The place is nice. Decor a bit outdated (I never understood the inside umbrellas or innings). Went there for a birthday party. There was a buffet style that was self served. Wished it had the names of the things in each one, to know what it was. I visited Frantone's on 7/10/2026 for lunch with some family, I have been coming to this particular location since I was in Excelsior union high school in Norwalk late 70's. Friendly staff and service, the ambiance was a bit dark for the middle of the afternoon. We ordered and the food came out very quick which I like, I ordered the shrimp scampi with linguine it was delicious my niece and sister ordered the beef raviolis and both plates were delicious as well. They spent a significant amount of money on this special event. Apparently, there was quite a bit of food left, and the staff came in and started tossing it without mentioning it to the host. We should had gone with either Pinas or Downey pizza company. So we placed our order for two pizzas and spaghetti and meatballs. Spaghetti was hot and pretty good. Served with garlic bread and salad. Now on to the pizza, they gave us hard as cardboard old lukewarm pizza. So old, the cheese had a tinge of pink color to it. Shame on you Frantones! My kids who happen to love pizza, didn't even want a second serving. What happened to your pizza? It is gross. We went inside and wow I liked the old school pizzeria vibe. Arcade tables, checkered tablecloths and those dark red plastic drinking cups. Oh yes. You order at the front, they give you a number and bring your food to your table. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana like I do every Italian restaurant or did I? I sat down and I received my food. I swear I said Chicken Parm but for the noodles she recommended fettuccine so maybe the wires got crossed up. The chicken was good as was the Alfredo but it would have been better if I had marinara on my plate instead. I was super hungry and the day was already long enough so I wasn't going to send it back. Our server was very friendly and kept the drinks full. Since I don't live in the area, I can't see myself going back to Frantone's. I liked the feel of the place and the food was decent.
