Rates .....$45.00 hour regular house cleaning, 30.00 travel fee for homes outside the direct vicinity( 30) min max travel time to address, appliances (inside) upon request and scheduled at an additional $25.00 example... the refrigerator, with the exception of Air B n B clean as then the fridge is always wiped out. Air B n B rates are 200.00 and up. Some commercial cleanings are quoted by the “JOB”. Weekend scheduling has an additional $50.00 surcharge. Vacation cleaning such as Pinecrest start at 200.00. The occasional Move Out is 75.00 per hour. I do limited indoor windows such as sliding glass doors , French doors and kitchen area with a view. I do not skimp on product value. I had requested a move out cleaning after the house was empty- which means everything is cleaned. They only sent one person who tired quickly. I told her no floors, no walls/ baseboards, and she stayed all day but still toilets and cabinets and oven were still terrible. I complained and she came again the 2nd day, but only outside of cabinets were cleaned. I hired a different cleaner - not LGG- to come clean the toilets after she left and replaced the flooring baseboards. Good flexibility. So-so cleaning. Don't hire if you need heavy cleaning. Only good for light cleaning.
