Initially I had gone to Mango Car Wash. But I found the place pricey. The attendant told me to go to Drip and ask for Jr. because their prices are more reasonable. I went to Drip today. No one approached me as I drove in. Once I got out, Jr. appeared. He showed me two car wash options. I chose the more moderate one, $38. He charged me right there but I didn't leave tip beforehand though the machine prompts you to leave a tip. They clean the exterior and the interior of your car. I waited inside where you can purchase desserts and beverages, including a $7 cappuccino. Once my car was ready I drove off. I arrived at the grocery store, and for the life of me, I couldn't find the key. Usually they put it over the sun visor. The only thing that fell off was the receipt. I searched all over. An employee in the parking lot suggested that I check under the seat. Nothing! It was hot. I called the car wash multiple times and they didn't answer. I wanted to know where in the world do they place the car keys? I didn't want to return to the business. But I had no choice. The key was behind the windshield wiper, in the exterior of the car. I told the the attendant that gas is expensive. I will never leave a car wash again without knowing where my key is. I'm glad the key didn't fly off while I was driving. read more

S with new owners of this what used to be a great place to get your car washed and get a hot or cold drink is now gone to a Zero in my opinion, they canceled all unlimited Wash plans under Car Wash buses went up by $10 higher than their very next-door neighbor Car Wash... so I take my car next-door to get it washed and for $27 and go back to the drink bar to get a coffee and guess what their went up there too. I like coming here because they haven't scratched my car. From the previous reviews I've read, they were just disappointed with the higher tier washes. I say just go for the basic wash. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is they are inconsistent with wait times. If there are 10 cars ahead of me or 2 cars ahead of me, you won't know if you'll be waiting 15 minutes or 1 hour. I legit waited over an hour that had only 3 cars ahead of me. A cool spot for having your car hand washed and cleaned! They have a variety of carwashing options to choose from. I came in during non-busy hours and got like 3-4 people working on my car at once! Talk about efficiency. My only complaint is that I still had residual bird waste in a few different spots on my car that I had anticipated would be completely cleaned or much more removed. With that being said, the interior was very clean! What sets this place apart is the fact that they also offer food, drinks, and hookah so a one stop shop lol However, I haven't tried any of their other "amenities" yet. read more

My group "houston Jeep gang" normally have a monthly meeting here a few times a year. We probably had about fifty or more members to show today. Great place to get car washed because the cafe inside is comfortable and has good brunch and dinner menu. Or if you just want a snack they have healthy smoothies too. They have done a great job with my car each time. It does get busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour. They have WiFi so you can bring your work with you. If you need your carpets shampooed or an intense interior car detailing call ahead. I was upset a few times making the drive over there and not having a person there to do it. I wound up having to go next door and giving them my business because it had already been a couple days that I had a smoothie fall on my carpets and they couldn't complete the service. read more

They honestly did a great job. My car was pretty messy and they left it very clean. However my car had recently gotten towed and they left the markings from the tow there. I'm not sure how that makes it. I called to let them know and they said I could come back the next day to get it removed but I don't live close enough for that to make sense. read more

Where in Houston can you get a car washed and smoke hookah?!! Haha I love the business model, very creative. I've been here several times and never had any issues with my car being left uncleaned. I get the basic car wash each and every time without any issues. I haven't tried the food but have gotten a strawberry daiquiri which was good. This is my go to place for car washing. read more

When I pulled up all I felt was confusion. There were no signs with directions to tell you what do do. There were no people to conduct the area. I had to chase someone down to find out what do. And when I did find some he was very rude & didn't give me full instructions just said pull up & walked away. So I chased someone down again but the shoooed me away & said no English. So just imagine my irritation it was 99 degrees with the sun beaming with all the employees sitting & no assistance. Anyway I would've gave this place a 1 star if it wasn't for the nice black women at the hibachi grill. She was so nice & helpful. And the hibachi was hittin, I got chicken & shrimp. So overall I wouldn't go here for the car wash but the food & the hookah lounge saved my experience a little. I've been going to Drip car wash for at least a year. My last visit was in January and I could tell there were some changes (management and car wash team). You could tell the new manager was in training; I told him I wanted the usual which was the "Very Clean" service for mini suv which was $55 (I have a model Y Tesla). When I went in to go pay the owner was at the register and charged me $65. I didn't realized it until after and when I picked up my car I told the manager and he said if I came back next time he'll give me a discount on my next service. Just last week I called and spoke to the same manager and he told me that the price I was charged is the current and correct price. They just didn't update their price change on the website and their sign. On top of that the side that they use to detail/polish the interior of the car was closed. I notice the product and job they did on my seats was not the same level of service I have received in the past. I actually had to go back and ask them to re-apply the product on my seats a 2nd time. The manager is very professional and polite, but this is not how you do business. If you charge a different price you should let customers know before they receive service, not after. I was very disappointed in the way they handled this situation and will not be returning. read more

I've been here for a few carwashes and my most recent visit was to get my car detailed. I do feel like they tend to rush through the washes. When I got my car detailed I had to take it back the next day because there were still visible stains, no tire shine, & no air freshener in my car and I had already paid & tipped in the beginning. The seats were still wet so it had my car smelling like the wet seats. They did fix those things that I mentioned the next day. read more

First time here, getting a Presidential Car wash and Wax on a new paint job, a bit nervous. All being done by hand. Food and beverage is served, sadly the first person I asked how their operation works spoke no English. He directed someone to me who answered all my questions and gave recommendations. I arrived at the counter to pay, but was concerned when I asked who to give the receipt to, so they know what I paid for. He said give it to them when they finish. How will they know what I paid for, I asked and his response was they will know, but how? I see no markings on any vehicle stating how the vehicle is to serviced, so I can't help but wonder. There is plenty of seating, Food and Hook-a while you wait. 35 minutes is promised but I don't expect them to meet that time. I have more vehicles to bring it this trial run works out. Ok, I see the guy who brought me in is the person moving the vehicles through the line, so if his memory is good he will know which vehicle gets what service. The wash was fantastic, and they had great attention to detail (They washed the INSIDE of the windshield - LOVE IT) But the above and beyond was when I accidentally left a key at the location. One of the many "managers" here said I could not receive a refund and the person who I spoke to on the phone that claimed to be a "manager" said all I need is a receipt and the original debit card to get a refund. I was visiting from out of town and was looking for some place to eat and came across this place that also had a car wash (which I needed). To start, it would be nice if there was an attendant or an instruction board upon entering. Luckily I called their number and the lady who instructed me was kind to tell me what to do. The service itself didn't take too long and the wash was great. I got the basic wash and it worth it. The attendants accidentally knocked my phone holder off the dash during the wash and were quick to help find it when I realized it was missing. Luckily it was on the ground at the wash station. I did order a taco while I waited and it was good. The hostesses were friendly and I'd come back again if I need another wash while I'm in town. read more

My sister recommended this spot to me for a backseat shampoo. I called and spoke with Julio who is over shampoos. He quoted me a BEAUTIFUL price that I absolutely could not resist. In comparison to other places, man...this was a BLESSING. I came right over and there was little wait, but it was super worth it. I waited inside the cafe with a book and it was clean, quiet, and spacious. The customer service here is of the highest, friendlies quality. The work is impeccable. There was one spot remaining, but I can pour a little water on it and get it out later. I could have just taken it to a regular car wash. I paid $65 for something that a $7 job could have done. The inside was not cleaned and my car left with scratches on it and paint coming off. This is not acceptable. The man was nice enough to try and help out but I had to ask multiple times if this service was included in the package I choose and it was indeed included and I did not receive the job done. Did an amazing job detailing my car and cleaning my fabric seats. They had a whole team dedicated to my tiny Yaris, felt very taken care of. Afterward my car smelled amazing and car looks brand new. Pic is of my car about 3 days after - still shining pretty. I waited inside the drip coffeehouse and had a relaxing time enjoying a latte.
