Time is of value when visiting Disneyland. So when you set up a time to meet and they delay their arrival it is like a domino effect. It will set you back, be prepared for your set back when dealing with them. One of their employees tells you one time, another gives you another time. Those at the location of pickup they said they will be here at 7:30am, but the location of pick was not at fault it's just a pickup location. This is a review that I have a very hard time with, they are very friendly and have great customer service. The issue that we had was more to do with the models of scooters they have. I have taken time to think this through before posting a review, because I am quite torn here. Before I get into too many details, I do want to mention that we had just come back from a trip to Disney World where we always get spoiled by the company we rent from, so that has to put some of this into perspective. The company in Florida includes at no additional cost: a Fan, a Captain's Chair on the Victory 10 model, cup holders, four ponchos, two shower caps (to cover the tiller and basket in the rain), USB ports to charge cell phone and a free additional accessory. We normally do the Victory 10 and/or Maxima with them. They use only extended range batteries and replace their entire fleet every 6 months, refurbishing their old equipment and selling it off, so the equipment is always relatively new. Again, I mention this just to put the rest into perspective, as I am sure this also colored our experience here. Again, I want to say Bobby was nothing less than stellar; however, the models that they had that worked for us were the Panther HD 4 and Prowler 3410 and honestly they are gigantic, with a very wide turning radius and to turn them is an upper body work out. Their prices were very good and they provided a discount since we were renting two scooters. We met someone who personally owns the Prowler and he loves it, so I know it works for some people. Again, just wasn't a good fit for us personally. I feel really bad leaving a less than stellar review, as the condition of the ECVs were great, the customer service is amazing, just the models they offer that can accommodate us aren't a good fit for us unfortunately. One did run out of juice just before we were done; however, that is likely our fault for going back and forth so much in the park. The bottom line is if you like the models they offer, use this company; however, just be aware of the larger turning radius and that for us they were difficult to turn, but that may not apply to everyone. read more

Soaring scooters came to the rescue when I needed to rent one just for the day after waking up and realizing I couldn't walk on my left foot due to my plantar fasciitis and all the walking I had done the previous day! They had great customer service! The scooter was dropped off at my hotel and picked up the next day. All taxes and fees were included in the quoted price! I had called a couple of other places that did not answer their phone and another one that answered but was $50 more and had another added fee for drop off at the hotel on top of that! I couldn't find a scooter available for a last minute Disneyland visit so I found soaring scooters online and after reading all the wonderful reviews, I felt confident enough to book them. They were extremely communicative before drop off and everything in regards to the transaction moved smoothly. Pick up was easy too. Just call them in advance for drop off and be available to meet up because the hotel will not be responsible for drop off or pick up. But that's not the company's fault.. Another company lost my reservation the day before rental and would not give me another scooter. Called soaring scooters and Bobby and they were able to get me a scooter at the last minute. Decided to book a scooter last minute for my trip to Disneyland tomorrow and was worried since it was past 10pm that I wouldn't be able to find an affordable scooter at this time of night! Dangerous and unsafe! I rented a lite rider last week and was given a scooter with broken brakes. I rolled backwards when I was going uphill and almost tipped over and hit the people behind me. Then they exchanged it with a different scooter with a broken battery indicator. It kept showing full battery then towards the end of the day it was still showing full battery and when I pressed the gas lever, it depleted to one bar. Bobbie said I needed to charge it in the middle of the day but the scooter that I rented the day before, (which was the same) and had no problems with the battery, just the broken brake. Then It died inside Disneyland so we had to manually push to look for an outlet. Luckily, we found an outlet and charged it so that we can get back to the hotel which is only few blocks. When we unplugged it, it showed almost full battery then while we were crossing the street, the scooter died in the middle of the street to my husband who had gout had to push it manually so we will not get hit by a car. I was very disappointed with the quality of scooters given to me and sad to say, I will never rent from this company again. read more

Had a 3 day disneytrip. Walked equivalent of 10 miles on day 1, 5 miles on day 2. Left leg was being very painful and found Soaring Scooters as first recommendation online for scooters. Ordered ahead for day 3 and then called them and Bobbie was very friendly and helped answer any questions I had. The scooter lasted a few hours and I had problems charging at one point. Great company to work with. Scooters were there when we arrived at the hotel and the pickup was easy and trouble free. The scooters were in great shape and fully charged. We were at Universal Studios for 2 days and they kept their charge with no problems.. so many times with other companies the scooters wouldn't keep their charge. But not these ones, they were ready to run all day, and had plenty of power to navigate the steep hills throughout the park. I would recommend this company by far above any other company. Omg I love this companies service! Made arrangements a couple weeks out. Told them which unit I wanted. They asked me when my flight was coming in and then gave me the number to call when I wanted the scooter. I called from the airport.... Scooter got to the hotel within minutes of getting to the hotel. Now with my body pain, comfort is very important to me. This scooter was amazing, this is a much better chair than anything Disneyland or any other scooter company has... and while you can very easily dial down the speed to go the speed of most people walk..... well the model I got is called the panther...... this can go fast when you want it too!!! And this is still a very stable unit.... I saw someone in a cheaper model that had only three wheel hit the side of a cue line pole....the poor thing fell off her scooter, the only thing that caught her was a cue line rope. I am sure she will have a bruise! The panther has four wheels... super stable..... as a test I went as fast as the panther could go(very fast) and then turned sharp.... Did not tip like some units... I guess that's why they named it after a cat..... very fast and always lands on its feet(wheels) now Ricky dropped the scooter off, he was very friendly and made sure I understood the controls of the scooter. And when my trip was over I got to meet the amazing Bobbie... she is the office Manager I believe,or at least she should be! But she helped me from start to finish with my reservations! I was told they were in short supply and put on hold while she tried to find something. She came back on and said we were in luck as she found two scooters to fit our needs. After breakfast went to hotel lobby to find scooters waiting for us. One had a little damage on the front but both ran well and comfortable. I called my hotel a few days before checking in to see if they had any recommendations for scooter rental and was given the number for Soaring Scooters. When I called in, I was connected with Bobbie, and she was incredibly helpful. We chatted like we've been friends for years, and she gave me a great price for a 3-day weekend rental that included a brand new model scooter delivered to my hotel the night before my stay. I did have an issue when I got to the hotel, wherein the hotel lost track of the scooter key. I called Soaring Scooters and was connected to Bobbie, where I discovered that it was her night off! She stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour to try and get the issue resolved, and tried to find some other way to help me, even though she was no longer working and the delivery guy had already left for the day and wouldn't be back on shift until the next morning. Well the customer service and follow-up was absolutely fantastic, I can't say the same for my scooter. It arrived with parts broken (mirrors not working, fiberglass machine in the front broken, arm rests not working).
