Subsequent pieces destroyed my initial impression. This business seems to be using very low quality cuts of meat, filled with fat and gristle, making the meat very difficult to chew and eat. In addition, some pieces of the meat taste old, as if they are close to rotting, kind of a nasty flavor that made me not want to finish the skewer.
