He started with the interior, treating all the spots I was noticing ants coming in from, and then proceeded to treat the exterior. It's been a few days and I've only seen 2 ants so far (compared to the hundred of ants that were creeping in before) so I'm very pleased with the service so far. He determined it wasn't a gopher (likely a ground squirrel), told me how to handle it myself, and even sent me links to the DIY traps I'd need. David was wonderful, communicated when he was on his way, arrived on time, walked through the place, and talked me through what he was going to do. We had removed our dishwasher so he could put poison behind and he laid bait on the dishwasher, which was outside, too. He was thorough and came back for a follow up.
