The issue is I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I keep leaving voicemails and NO ONE gets back to me to even schedule. What am I paying for? Also, they are using AI to handle customer phone calls which is insane. We're already looking for a new company.

Ant baits work when ants carry the poison back to the nest and feed it to the others and queen ant. This collapses the entire colony. Last year Ryan came out and found 6 colonies and I had no more ants, but this year it did not work. THE ANTS MULTIPLIED AND DOUBLED. When Ryan left last week, he said to call him if I had any problems, however, when I contacted him via several text messages and 3 phone calls, here is what I got: " He texted that he had a birthday party and would be out of town till early next week." I texted back and asked when he'd return and be available. He texted and said Tuesday and Wednesday. Moving forward, he never contacted me further, he choice to TOTAL GHOST ME. I'm a nice kind person and I did PAY RYAN CASH, however, I refuse as a customer TO BE GHOSTED AND TREATED IN SUCH A DEPLORABLE MANNER. I do understand that ants can return and I HAD INTENDED TO PAY RYAN MORE MONEY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, HOWEVER, HE TOTALLY BECAME INVISIBLE. I'm always nice, polite, professional and kind. I'm a senior citizen and very respectful to everyone. I never had any negative words nor did Ryan when I saw him last at my home, HOWEVER I TOTALLY REFUSE TO BE TREATED IN SUCH AN EGREGIOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. If I could give RYAN A ZERO, INSTEAD OF A ONE, I WOULD DO THAT. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN AND CONSIDERING HOW HE TOTALLY GHOSTED ME, I WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE! I did receive multiple quotes from others and have consultations with other pest control companies but ultimately Jason was very open and honest about what his service includes and what to expect from it which was a plus. I also think his pricing/plans he offers are very reasonable and fair for the service he provides .

They just left it sitting up there tucked under the insulation. I called QuietCool and got transferred to customer support where nobody ever answered. Emailed them too. Nothing. The fan itself is fine, but if you buy a QuietCool, I'd definitely have someone else install it. And apparently check the attic when they're done.

Called five other companies before finally found their number again. EVERY OTHER COMPANY WAS $100-$150 more expensive than Enviro Tech for a one time treatment!!! Let's be real, they all use the same stuff to some degree. They all do the same thing. That is not a dig against enviro-tech. That's is just to say what are the other companies doing that they charge that much more? Even if I wanted year round service, at once a quarter I would pay around $600 per year at my discretion. Or call one of those other companies and be stuck in a contract for the same amount or more! One time or year round, do yourself a favor save and get great service, call Enviro-Tech today!
