i had to have electrical and plumbing redone because my bathroom didn't pass inspections by the City of Long Beach. the plumbing leaked and I had to have the wall removed and plumbing repaired, it wasn't installed correctly. The tile floor squeaks. They did not insulate the bathroom ceiling. Jorge told me i didn't need permits but I did. The workmanship was terrible. read more

We were introduced to Jorge and his awesome team after our original tile contact told us they wouldn't install the tile we wanted around our swimming pool. They said it was impossible to make it look nice. Jorge came over and said he would figure out a way! He communicated with our (not very professional) general contractor and did a beautiful job on our tile installation. I think the best thing is that when I noticed some items that I wanted done a little differently he had no problem coming back to "fix" those items and made sure the job was done exactly the way we had envisioned. This is without a doubt the worst tiling job I have ever seen. This guy legitimately screwed up my entire shower and floor. I honestly have no idea how he got his license in the first place. It's only been a few days since he finished and the grout on my floor is breaking. It is literally crumbling into little pieces. There are holes all in the grout work in the shower. Areas where there isn't any grout at all. Also, the tile work itself is crap. The tiles he cut are mishapened! He has no clue to what he is doing. Do Not hire him! Because of his rushed work, I have to hire another guy to go back and fix all his damn mistakes! read more

We used this company and chose them for there promise of integrity, character, and guarantee of their work at any time. it has been over a year and they have not finished their work. However, they have all the money. The work they did was good, but they damaged the baseboard of the sink cabinet, the sink counter, and the tub. I would give no star but yelp wont let me. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone but Jorge. He and his day laborers have no respect for your home or your belongings. Jorge only works 1/2 days and leaves these guys he picks up off the street in your home alone. His work is horrible and that is being nice. He doesn't demo correctly, leaves old paper and staples and simply throws backer board on top. He doesn't know what a straight line is as all tile is crooked and then tells you he will remove and redo and never does. He is very lazy and does not take time to do things right the first time. The day laborer that grouted a shower was literally on the phone asking someone how to make the grout and how to apply - yes true story. I was warned by other contractors that worked with him in the past that he rushes his jobs to get in and out and collect money and deal with issues later and being dumb I thought "how hard is it to tile a shower and floor" - well after Jorge putting a hole in a brand new tub because he was lazy and didn't put plywood on top to protect and not finishing up the job as there was a lot of missing grout I contacted him and he now doesn't answer my calls or texts. You work hard for your money and save to spend thousands on a project to make your home more beautiful and the heartache and headaches Jorge gives you because he has no integrity is not worth it. He and his day laborers will also help themselves to your tools and even use your trash cans that you will never get back. I had to hire another contractor to come in and spend a full day fixing his mistakes and not too mention stress about what to do with a hole in the tub that Jorge still to this day 2 weeks later hasn't replied to any messages.
