Let me just say that Brian and Julie are amazing! I made an appointment to come see their showroom, it had so many options from tile, to quartz and flooring! They helped me narrow down what I liked and worked with me on what my budget could handle! I went to so many places and this hands down was the best experience! We met several times and she introduced me to a great tile factory in Gardena that specializes in high quality spanish tile. This review is based on my customer service experience. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I'm currently in the process of remodeling 4 bathrooms. So I thought this would be the perfect place to start for tile. Parking was fairly easy to access, it's street parking right in front of the location. I entered the store and saw a blonde lady helping out a customer. She placed tile samples on the floor for him to see if he liked the product or not. I was like sweet! Can't wait to start looking at product. The man at the front desk never actually even greeted me. I introduced myself and told him I was looking for bathroom tile. All he told was to look around. Yup, that was the end of the conversation. I thought, okay I'll look around and at some point someone will come help me...right? Nope no one ever did. It's hard to look by yourself because there are tile samples on top of each other and stacked around. Soooo, you kind of need an employee to at least guide you in the right direction. It's a small store and there were tile samples that had like 4-5 other samples behind it. Anyways, my 25 min drive was a total waste of time. No one was interested in helping me out so I spent 15 min in there and left. If you plan on going here, you might have better luck with the lean blonde lady that seem to really be helping the other customer. Unfortunately, can't recommend this place. Regarding Bryan's comment below... 1. There was only one other customer at the store being helped by the lean blonde lady. The man that was at the front was not doing anything but looking at a blank Home Screen on the desk computer. So I'm perplexed as to your "multitasking" comment. It's not like it was super busy prime time hour. 2. If your recommendation is to make an appointment then that should have been communicated by your employees. So this is a great learning opportunity for your team. 3. I ended up going to another tile store in Long Beach (also a small business) off Atlantic and had a completely different experience. They greeted me, asked what I was looking for, asked me about my style, gave me a catalog to look at, and provided recommendations. We ended up picking the tile for one bathroom and scheduling an appointment for the rest. So instead of apologizing and offering to make an appointment...you recommend a big box store? That's concerning. Something for the Yelpers to think about. read more

I was blown away walking into this beautiful space of tile and flooring. We are remodeling our master bathroom and although I had ideas in my head, Nicole was the PERFECT person to talk me through them. We pulled together different looks and landed the exact plan I had I've been dreaming of. She was so knowledgeable from start to finish asking me questions to gain the understanding of space and design. I could tell right away I was in the right hands. They have the best and most beautiful assortment of tiles and flooring not to mention the hottest trending tiles. We just moved into our beautiful newly remodeled home. We could not have done this remodel without the help of Nicole and Bryan. They have an amazing talent for design and helped us choose beautiful tiles and countertops for 2 bathrooms, vinyl flooring for the house, fireplace and the the backsplash for the kitchen.
