Love, love this place! Bartenders are fantastic and wait staff are cool and fun to chat up. Food is DELICIOUS. This last time, had the fish fry, all you can eat, and had the steamed fish with butter and O.M.G it was YUMMY. They give you side of butter ($0.50 cents extra but soooo worth it!). Then I tried the fried fish next and yep, again, did not fail us. Hubby doesn't care for fish but he was taking many 'samples' of mine! Had to smack his hands but then he had to smack my hands back because I had to 'sample' his, too. vvvvv Hubby HAD to have the Bog Balls and the Cheesecake Balls and of course they were yummy. I managed to snag ONE bite. Yes, this was his DINNER, folks. Do not judge. All you can eat fish, cole slaw (not like Mama makes it but tasty just the same) and french fries for $9.95? Great deal. Very busy restaurant a reservation is recommend hint hint. For starters you have to order the chicken bog balls. When they are served a bell is rang and everyone yells Balls out. The chicken wings are cooked perfectly with a big selection of sauces to choose from. Very generous portions off the menu. I ordered meatloaf which was served with brown gravy, mashed potatoes and string beans. My plate was emptied which means the food was delicious. read more

My wife and I have been going to dinner on Friday nights and have gone past this restaurant plenty of times. Some friends recommended coming here and we did, several times now. They have been very accommodating for when have shown up earlier than the reservations we made. We have tried the fish and chips, Pierogies, shrimp basket, potato skins (a little to overdone) and our daughter has the wings. Very plentiful and very good. Just emerged from Happy Hour and we are indeed happy. Heard good things about the food and saw it was true! Had the chicken bog balls -- golf ball size arancini with risotto and chicken with spicy sauce -- delish! Also had the fried fish -- batter was light/airy, shatteringly crisp and tasty. They will no longer take a to go order by phone and there is no way to sign up for the online ordering system, ChowNow, without having to agree to receive their daily emails. I'm done doing that and having all these online ordering systems clog up my email account with daily nonsense. It's a shame because we live down the road and like to order food from this place. I totally love this place as does my husband. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. The place needs painting and the floor needs replacing, but it's a comfy sports bar and restaurant, regardless. We go often. It's a great Saturday afternoon place to frequent in our house. I recommend the mussels with white sauce. You can order it with linguine or garlic bread. The bog balls and wings are good if you are not in the mood for a meal. Last week I had a French dip sandwich that was delicious. The meals are very nice, and not typical of standard bar food. Friday's are known for their fish fry. They serve Haddock, not that nasty Swai. You do need reservations for that. Every time I go, I make it a point to try something different. read more

From Northern NY, came to Myrtle to vacation, stopped in and was told that My Uncle, Aunt, Myself & my 2 children under the age of 12 was considered a "big table" and they did not have a big table until 7pm, (this was 5:30p), and they also stated "we only have tables of 4", so apparently the teenagers who were greeting customers at the door couldn't come up with the solution of putting an extra chair at the end of a table to seat 5. When Looking around there were several tables available but they must not have needed our business. Definitely won't stop there again and will let my many friends who vacation in Myrtle know that it isn't worth the waste of their time either. read more

What's not to like? You see the same friendly faces every time you're in there, the food is always great, and the prices are super reasonable. If you do nothing else, try that shrimp and grits. Came on a Friday at 2:30 to beat the famous Friday all-you-can-eat fish and chips. I don't have the patience to wait an hour for a seat which is the case every 5-7. It's an all day special tho. A hidden gem in Socastee. They have the Best wings in the area. Also, they offer curbside for those worried about dining inside currently.

They have good prices for what you get but some things are lacking. The bathroom was pretty horrible and the server got several things wrong in a row. The seating mostly consists of cheap looking tables and chairs. However, if you're looking for a very good deal, it's hard to beat this place. Notice that their happy hour prices have increased and the old pictures of the menu and chalk board are both outdated. read more

We went to dinner here on whim based on a recommendation from some local folks. This is a hidden gem for locals, off the beaten path for the tourist crowd! Don't let its beat up appearance stop you. And it's busy, usually full and noisy, highly suggest calling for reservations. The menu is typical local pub/bar food but it is done right and good size portions. We had to get the "doggy bag" for our nonexistent dog. Everything was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. DON'T spread the word, we want this as our local go to place! read more
