A beautiful slice display showcasing 6 different pizzas, and plenty of local options for soda, beer and wine. They make NY style pizza here at Rhody Slice. The staff here are always friendly and efficient. The person helping you is usually the one making it, so it's nice to be able to speak to your pizza maker directly if you have specific needs! We were pretty simple today, half pepperoni and half meatball. I love their crust the most. It has great texture, and it's so tasty. You can really taste the care they put in the dough. They tend to go lighter on the sauce, so keep that in mind if you are a sauce-forward pizza lover. The pepperoni are all beef and the meatballs are clearly homemade and tender. Now, I am not a shake gal - I prefer to eat my calories - and every healthy concoction I've tried up until I stumbled upon this wondrous spot has tasted chalky, artificial, or worse. Not so at Slim Possible, whose numerous flavor offerings run the gamut from Coconut Cream Pie (when the cheerful cashier asked if I wanted an Oreo layer blended into my shake, my answer was tears of joy and a resounding HECK YES), to a convincing Lemon Poppyseed, which tastes like a liquified version of the popular cafe treat. No matter what you go with, you won't be disappointed. I'm still working my way through their massive menu, and I look forward to updating this review when I get a chance to go again. Next on my list? Cranberry-Orange! Slim Possible is nestled in a small business plaza off a main road in Middletown, and can be easy to miss while driving by.
