Ordering was super simple. You can order online, but we had a gift certificate, so we called to place our order. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough with the instructions. I even needed to change our delivery date by a day, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. The lobster arrived right when expected and was packaged extremely well in a secure box with plenty of ice packs. And the fact that they delivered fresh Maine lobster all the way to Northern Michigan was pretty awesome! We kept the preparation super simple--just grilled the tails with a little salt, added a drizzle of fresh lemon, and dunked them in melted butter. Absolutely immaculate. It also helps that our brother-in-law is basically a grill master, haha! I would 100% order from The Lobster Guy again.
