As David knows, I have a very tall son which is why I needed something custom. The whole depth of the sofa was the size the cushion was supposed to be not the entire sofa! I'm sure you have satisfied customers who come in and choose something on the floor and just change the fabric, but horrible for a custom made sofa! Really??? I purchased a new custom coach. We spent $7800 which is a lot of money. The cushions came deformed, the fill is as cheap as it gets even though we paid for the premium option, and the fabric was literally falling apart and shouldn't be offered for coach's. When you sit on the coach the back cushions just collapse. We called and tried working with the store for months to be offered to fix it for thousands of dollars. This should have been done for free. Wayfair quality! Save the money. Don't get ripped off. read more

I ordered new Cushins with wrapper with zipper. Sales person Vicky does not comprehend what customer wants, and very irresponsible, she made the sale, and I can't find her. She is out of town, she doesn't feel good etc, etc. Too many different people are running the place. Everyday is a different person, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Bad communication between the store and the manufacturer. My original Cushion is lost, they made something I did not asked for. I wanted is my deposit back they were furious. They yelled at me, to a Senior citizen. They did not want to give my deposit money back. UPDATE: Finally I got my new cushions, after 6 weeks thanks to Manager Eugene... They did loose my original cushion, which I liked. They have decided without asking me replacing my cushins with new ones (mine was better). Can you imagine you give your cushion as a pattern, so they can make it exactly to the size, that's the only reason I gave it to them, and they throw it away, wow! Do not go there, if you do your next visit will be small claims court, and law suits, aggravation, confrontation. And final advice: Never, ever, never give cash deposit to anyone, always use your credit card, so you can be protected, and do not sign anything says "No Refund, No Returns" run away from merchants like these. read more
