Somehow, this location gets better and remains affordable for everyone, especially for children. I still love how this place is run by a mother and daughter living their dream, and their focus is on supplying children with sweet treats. This place is near schools, a church, and a project building. Since COVID, a lot of smoke and liquor shops have popped up, making this place like a flower in concrete. Their cookies are innovative, soft in the middle with a crispy edge. They are simple in taste and creation, much like Crumbl cookies, especially with cereal and candy pieces. Shalonda, the mother of the mother daughter duo, is down to earth and willing to listen to feedback. The service was fast as she pulled my cookie off the baking rack as it was done baking.

A sweet little discovery. I'm new to the neighborhood for work and spend my lunch breaks casually strolling and happened upon this little gem. Tiny in size but it packs quite a punch in flavor, in its bright pink quaint location. Owned by the lovely Shalonda this little cookie shop has some of your classic flavors: sugar, chocolate chip and red velvet but then they add their unique spin on things with flavors like the Cobbler, pineapple upside down, bday, lemon Oreo. I had the red velvet, coconut caramel drizzle on my first visit and most recently, the strawberry milk and smores...to die for! So good! Just go! You'll meet your cookie identity at a great price and with excellent customer service. P.S. each cookie is on average about $3 and they've recently added banana pudding and cornbread. Just watch the carbs.

Super cute little bakery with lots of options, including vegan ones! Got 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies as well as a standout cereal cookie which we loved!! Staff member who assisted me was kind and helpful. Love this local place, will return :)

I rushed over to visit Sofia & Grace cookie 10 mins before closing. They were still open and I got to meet mom AND Sofia & Grace! How lucky was I!!?!! I was greeted with warmth. I love when business owners show customers love. I ordered a pretty in pink and my friend ordered an apple raisin oatmeal. Both were delicious. The employees were friendly and helpful. The ambiance was cute. Think elementary school classroom without the desk and chairs with a kitchen in the back. Smelled heavenly inside.

Came here about 3 months ago in August 2023 These cookies are so worth the trip to BK! I am a TRUE connoisseur so I try ALOT off the menu, Just to see if it's worth my time to come back ! These cookies didn't disappoint! This is a grab and go shop, there is a nice bench outside in case you wanna enjoy your cookies right then and there, no indoor seating. Shop is clean and I like that you can see production in the back. Shop owner greeted me kindly and was very helpful with my order. I tried one of each flavor they had to offer and I must say that the Vegan cookies were fabulously delicious! You could not tell they were vegan, fully flavored! It was too late for me to try any sandwiches but I will certainly be back to try! Give this place a try! You won't be disappointed! That's all YELPies! Enjoy!

Great bakery in the heart of Bedstuy. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was warmly greeted. I ordered two cookies: chocolate chip and banana walnut and they both were so tasty and fresh. For 2 cookies it was $4.50. Also enjoyed the variety of flavors available. Would highly recommend this bakery! The ambiance is warm and friendly as well. TLDR; perfect cookies for the perfect day to satisfy your inner Cookie Monster.

We got here just a few minutes before it closed on a Saturday just after a meal we ate at a restaurant not too far here. But we definitely wanted to patronize this store for dessert. Number one because it's black owned and number two it was featured on social media. I can tell, and I said this to her, Miss Shalonda works hard. However, her demeanor and graceful attitude didn't say that when we walked in. She says she LOVES this place. Despite having two masters degrees in early childhood education, she said she took the money her grandmother left her to open this place. She said she was on the brink of closing before the tik tok video premiered. Miss Shalonda said it was a quick turnaround. And we are glad she didn't close. Besides making awesome baked goods ( my cookies melted in my mouth and I could taste every ingredient) a grant given to her by the district helps her give away children's books and hold computer classes. ALL this makes Miss Shalonda's cookie company a distinct asset to the BEDSTUY neighborhood. As I write this, the three cookies I bought are waiting for me in the kitchen. I know they will taste even better slightly warmed with a cup of tea. If you've got a few moments, PLEASE stop by SOPHIA AND GRACE ( named after her two daughters) COOKIE COMPANY. You will not be disappointed. Parking can be a challenge depending on when you go.

One of the best spots I've been to for coffee, cookies, and vibes. Musics on point and you can tell they care about their community from being inside. Nice and cozy. Games and books for kids. Dope spot.

So I absolutely loved the lady working in the front and the man working in the back. THEY WERE SO KIND. I came when they were about to close, unfortunately. Things came up and I had planned to go earlier during the day, but I ended up arriving at 6 when all the good cookies were sold out. I was lowkey disappointed because I had a list ready for all the cookies I wanted to try, BUT it's great to hear the cookies are freshly made every morning! The cookies that I did try were soft and delicious. My favorite by far was their peanut butter cookie and I'm not even a huge fan of peanut butter! I might visit again to try their fun flavors, but we'll see as its a 30-minute drive from where I live. tl;dr - The staff is kind and welcoming. The cookies are soft, delicious, and FRESHLY MADE EVERY DAY!

The service was okay. I believe the young lady was a bit overwhelmed. The cookies were bland and clearly not worth $20 for 6 tasteless, dry overcooked undesirable treats. I really tried but never again..

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start, or which flavor of cookie I like the most. I like the red velvet cookie, but those that stood out the most may be the death of me. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie is pure evil, as is the pecan caramel cookie... SINFULLY DELICIOUS! I cannot describe the flavors, except to say they are decadent. I don't want to think about them because I ate the last cookie, and to give you a full description will only make me want more. Nevertheless, I DO want more but not right now, which is a lie but I am trying to avoid a sugar overload. LOL I'm a cookie monster that used to bake with my girls, but I do not have time to bake anymore. Sofia and Grace Cookies have filled a void. So I FINALLY had the opportunity to stop in at Sofia and Grace, and had a wonderful experience! Victor embodies customer service, and I had a lovely conversation with him while I waited for my dozen of fresh baked cookies to become "chunky girl/cookie monster" perfection. The shop is cute and inviting. There are additional sandwiches, as well as salads on the menu. The seating is minimal, but doable with a view of Ralph Avenue. Although the shop is close to home, I rarely travel in that direction. In the future, whenever I am close by, I will, without a doubt, get my cookie fix.

We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

Anyway, I was in Brooklyn with my brother to see a concert and had just finished dinner. We had some time before doors opened so we decided to grab a little ice cream before heading over to the venue. Farmacy was steps away - it all seemed like it was meant to be, so off we went. Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.

The extra dollar for marshmallow made the chocolate even sweeter, so it was overwhelming and I wouldn't recommend. But. The extra dollar for whipped cream would be nice because the their homemade whipped cream isn't sweet, so it will just thicken up the drink and give you that extra texture oooomph that you'll appreciate. Flavor-wise, I tried the masala chai, black cherry cardamom, and the saffron soft serve. The saffron soft serve reminded me of the leftover milk from ras malai turned into soft serve, which was interesting and nostalgic. The masala chai and cherry cardamom were more subtle than I hoped. Some tasted unique upfront but left a slightly weird aftertaste that kind of lingered.
