A little pricey ( for a small portion and smoothy $23) but ingredients are indeed fresh. The pace is clean and service was helpful!

I enjoyed yesterday's warm bowl much more than today's salad. Several ingredients in today's salad could have been fresher. The salted sunflower seeds (didn't realize they would be salted, since at home I eat unsalted ones) seemed rancid; at home I keep my seeds in the fridge to prevent this from happening. The raisins were edible but very dried out; not plump and juicy. The spinach leaves and Romaine lettuce I requested as my base included some dark greens that looked like neither Romaine nor spinach and the greens, in general, were not the best greens I've ever had. The cucumber slices were edible but hadn't just been sliced. The items that were tasty were the avocado, ahi tuna (with no sauce, as I requested), goat cheese, black beans. I started with the house salad, deleted the onions and added several items. I'd love to return to this restaurant, but I'll stick to the excellent warm bowl I had yesterday and vary the toppings each time.

I was always hesitant to come here thinking it was expensive. It's totally worth it! The restaurant is bright, nicely decorated, clean and cute. When you walk in, you're greeted by a very sweet lady. She even provides suggestions which I took. My bowl came out beautifully, looking fresh and delicious. I chose the comfort bowl which comes with quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, goat cheese, and chicken. Went with the citrus as suggested. It's accompanied with a kale-basil pesto which was a delicious addition. It's a power bowl! It's nicely balanced and every bite is delicious. I had the infused water to go with my meal which was perfect. I definitely recommend you swing by and try whatever they have to offer and post your feedback!

Great salad, and bowl. Lots of veggies. We added a lot to both. We're both vegan and had lots of options.

First time trying SoFresh. 10 minute wait. Very comfortable seating. Grab a Refreshing beverage while you wait. You'll thank me later! The price is so affordable and the menu has tons of great healthy, tasty options. Almost feels like farm to table how organic everything is. I will definitely come back to try new menu items every time i come in now.

Food is decent with good ingredients but service was slow and frankly just low vibes. Other SoFresh ingredients are way more efficient and enjoyable.

Predatory worker compensation structure - Be aware…read more We recently dined here and noticed the tabletop signs explaining a mandatory 20% "commission" added to every single bill. When speaking with our server, she informed us that management classifies the waitstaff as 1099 independent contractors, meaning they receive a $0 hourly base rate from the restaurant and rely entirely on this mandatory guest fee for their paycheck.I have a physical copy of the check showing this automatic fee. While the sign claims this "supports our team," classifying standard restaurant servers as 1099 workers instead of W-2 employees is a massive red flag that contradicts federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines. Independent contractors set their own hours and operations; servers do not. Furthermore, a restaurant cannot legally leave a server's direct hourly base wage at zero by relying entirely on automatic service fees.We love supporting local staff, but we want our money going to businesses that respect basic labor laws and compensate their employees legally. Hopefully, public pressure will force management to fix their payroll structure. The server said the restaurant was on the verge of bankruptcy and had to make changes. Sadly they chose to break the law. On that note the service was lovely, the food very tasty. I asked to sub corn for flour tortias and she was able. We don't directly live in the area, and its been a while since we've been here. Its always good, with good portions and not a chain. Its so unfortunate.

This place is absolutely adorable…read more I think this street is the perfect place to hit up a couple restaurants for a progressive dinner. A lot of the restaurants are closed for lunch though, which is how we ended up here. It's a lot larger than it looks. There's a really cute covered outdoors area in the back with a stage for performances. There were only a few diners there for lunch on a Friday so it was easy to grab a spot. I got a skinny strawberry margarita, it made me happy to see a skinny version of a flavored margarita on the menu. It has a sugar rim and was delicious. It's on the sweet side and I'd definitely get it again. I requested it without soda water. For my main I got the salmon bowl. I wouldn't get this again, but it's because the base is mainly fried wontons. I thought it would be a scattering of fried wontons but nope, it was a hefty portion. I didn't eat most of the fried wontons because I'm trying to be healthy. It's a delicious dish, just not for me. Service was great, but we were an easy table because we were chatting the entire time. I enjoyed our meal here, so we will definitely be back!

A gentleman was standing in the kitchen, & he just looked at us with no greeting. We sat down, looked at a menu, & waited 7 minutes before he came out. Finally he appeared & we ordered the small chicken shawarma wraps. The gentleman replied we could not have chicken shawarma wraps today. I laughed & we ordered a beef shawarma wrap, a falafel wrap, & a side of baba ghanoush, & 2 waters. We sat for 23 minutes, lol. I told my wife this is turning into such a bad experience. Finally the man showed up with the wraps. I mentioned we also ordered waters & baba ghanoush. He seemed confused but brought them out. A moment later I sank my teeth into some of the most delicious beef shawarma I've ever had. The shop owner was from Egypt & his beef had been marinated in warm spices like cinnamon. It was unexpectedly excellent. Then I tried the baba ghanoush. Wow!! It was not the usual flavoring that I love. It was totally unique & also excellent. It also had a tiny bit of heat in it from a chile pepper. Finally, the falafel was way above average, tasting so great. Anyway, I was ready to give Zalabia one star, but it always comes down to the food. And the food was 5 stars.
