I had two to go orders done incorrectly in a row. I had to try to get the second one corrected and doing so led to an unpleasant argument with the restaurant. But the owner reached out to me the day after, explained the confusion, took responsibility and sincerely apologized. Trying to be a better Christian and knowing that they are just trying to make a good living also, I am updating my review and make it more positive. Because to be honest, their pizza is very good and my kids love them. We go there at least once a week. The owner also committed to get future orders right this time. Ordered a pizza and an Italian sandwhich. Good- very freshly prepared. Looked super good. Pizza was really good and had lots of toppings. The Sandwhich had nice fresh ingredients and looked good. But the bread was so big and thick that the ingredients didn't sit in it. And the dressing was on the side. But it made it hard to eat because everything fell off and bread was dry. Our go to place for takeout pizza. Overall, the pizza is good. The crust is right and they do a good job with the toppings. Big Al is one of the pizzas that we get on a regular basis. Prices are a little high for a 16" pizza. But most NY style places have raised prices. The meatball app is also really good I wish this location had the grandma pizza that others have. While we haven't eaten in the restaurant, the inside vibe is very similar to Long Island pizzerias. read more

Not consistent with the Bronx House Pizza franchise model or other locations. Very disappointing. Do not recommend. This is the only location that I am consistently disappointed in.. They are cregularly out of slices and stop serving them early unlike other locations. They also do not offer the Detroit style at this location, which is also disappointing. Several of the young girls that work here have been rude to my wife or I went in dining and do not seem to care about much more than collecting a check without a smile. As soon as another quality competitive pizza place opens around here, which will happen soon with this population. I do not see this location doing well. Was the pizza good and crispy like new york? Yes. Were two slices and a drink worth $14? No. Was the service friendly or bubbly? No. Also I was asked if I was dining in or taking out and all I wanted to do was grab some slices and sit down but I ended up with waitress service which I didn't need. It was almost like there was no option not to be served. I could have picked up my drink and two slices at the counter and just sat down and ate. There are many other places that are better. I honestly don't think I'll be coming back here mostly because customer service is very important to me and if it's not friendly then I'm not satisfied and will spend my money elsewhere. read more

As a native New Yorker this pizza is some of the closest to what I'm used to back home, which is hard to come by in Florida! They have a ton of different options and we've eaten here a few times and have enjoyed everything we tried! Classic pizzeria vibe and friendly staff. I stopped in because it was pouring and I had just wasted just another hour at Verizon. Moments before I left the sky opened up and I would have been soaked going to the car. Since I hadn't eaten all day due to work I stopped in and devoured the garlic knots and a Pepsi zero. I admired them on my last visit when I had only a salad. The knots are amazing with the marinara. My family is on a Keto kick while I am avoiding it whenever possible. I am taking Simvastatin and my husband had a severe gall bladder attack. No straight Keto for us. It would be difficult to sneak in a pizza to our Keto home so I just had the marvelous knots. You will love them! read more

We decided to give Bronx House a try because of the positive reviews as well as proximity to where we were watching the Jags smoke the broncos at mile high - Dec 2025). Fast and friendly service, the pizza was good but we agreed as a group our normal pizza joint was better. The crust was very good and well executed but the sauce and toppings were not as good as our fave in the area - just further. Also, our normal joint makes their pizzas a little larger than the box where Bronx House fit quite well in the box. It's not a negative but better pizza and more of it is nice. I won't name the other joint in this review but feel free to reach via DM if you'd like that opinion. Overall Bronx House beats the chains for sure. #SupportLocal read more

So we tried Bronx Pizza for the first time via Uber One eats delivery. I can't believe no one is mentioning how INSANELY expensive their food is. We only got a Margherita Pizza and added pepperoni and a promo free chicken cesar salad. I am originally from up north so I feel I've had my fair share of amazing pizza from MD & NY. The water truly matters. I did enjoy the sauce and the dough was tasty. However....OMGGGG $37.50 for a pizza only adding pepperoni??!!!! And IF I hadn't gotten that salad it would have cost $17.50! Sorry not sorry but there's no way I'm paying this kind of money again for a normal size pizza nothing extraordinary. So I tried it. Never again. I can get an amazing much cheaper same pizza from V pizza MUCH cheaper. Sorry Bronx. I know you're a chain anyways also. read more

I was very excited when I saw a new pizza place on CR210. Especially when it was only a few miles from my house. It's in the same shopping center as the original CR210 Publix. It was about 11:15am and my wife had run over to grab a few things at Publix. I grabbed the opportunity and asked her to grab a pizza and a calzone for us from Bronx House Pizza. I called in the order and was told about 20 to 25 minutes. The woman who took the order was very nice and polite. She also answered my questions about prices that aren't on their menu. My wife arrived about 1135am to pick up the pizza. She said the line and wait was so long that it took about 30 minutes to pay and pick up the order. She said there was one person making pizza and one person on the counter who was also running around doing other things. The counter woman was very nice and polite helping my wife but it was obvious she needed extra help. By the time my wife arrived home with the order the pizza and calzone were cold and had to be reheated in our oven. We live less than 3 miles from the location. The pizza was very good. The best on CR210. It had a thin crisp crust. The sauce is sweet and very good. There were a lot of fresh and flavorful toppings on it. Sadly the cheese was a little tough and chewy. I enjoyed the pizza except the cheese really knocked it down. I just wished the cheese was of better quality or maybe just fresher. I asked my wife if she liked the calzone. She replied, "It's good, but nothing to die for." She added that she has had better sausage than what was in the calzone. I was disappointed when I went to their website and discovered that this was a chain pizza place. However, as far as chains go this was the best "chain pizza" I ever had. It wasn't on their website when we ordered but a large cheese pizza is $19 and change. I paid $21.99 for a large 2 toppings pizza. If you like N.Y. style pizza try Bronx House Pizza. It's the best pizza in the CR210 area. I'm wishing for a better cheese supplier. read more

We've stopped in here before picking up orders for food delivery and have been wanting to stop and eat here. We were not disappointed. The joint is small, but the interior is so cool. Service is quick and friendly. We had Haley who mentioned she was new, but she did a lovely job! Efficient and never missed anything. We started out with the garlic knots. I cannot stress enough how superb these bad boys were. Crispy and warm, served with marinara sauce. Plus, they're sitting in a garlic butter sauce that just added extra *chefs kiss* to it all. Then we split a large pizza, the Big Al. The crust was thinner and so crispy all around. We really enjoyed the toppings of this one, I definitely wanted more. Dipped the crust in ranch which was tasty. The ranch did cost extra, but they were both very good sizes and felt like I got my money's worth. Food and service are outstanding. The pizza is traditional NY style. They've got a great menu for everything else. Wings, pasta, hero's and the portion sizes are huge. You will have leftovers. Same order from August 2025: 16" Butcher Shop for $25, garlic parm sliders for $12, garlic knots for $8 is now: 16" Butcher Shop for $32.50, garlic parm sliders for $15, and garlic knots for $10. It was already expensive before for the little amount of food you get, but now? That's insane. $12+ more for the same order in 6 months. They've been opening more locations recently, so clearly they aren't short of being successful. These prices are rip-offs, and what was a local favorite is something I can't support anymore. Maybe if they ever stop price gouging their customers. There's better pizza places nearby that care about their food and customers. read more

Best NY style pizza we've found in Mooresville. Service was friendly and take out order was prepared quickly on a busy Saturday evening.

We ordered a meal for pick up, paid and tipped. Once we purchased and walked outside, we decided it was beautiful weather and we might as well enjoy our food and eat at their out side seating. There was not one customer inside or outside. We started eating out food and an employee came out and told us we were not allowed to eat their take out food at their restaurant. We were told the manager said we had to leave because , "it looked bad." We told the employee we did not know this rule and no signs are posted. We asked if we could just finish our meal and we won't do that again and we were told no. We will not return and will recommend friends and family take their business somewhere else. What terrible customer service. I now understand why no one was inside or outside at this location. We were also told by said employee just be glad I came out and not the manager. read more

Finally decided to branch out from our usual local pizza spot and tried Bronx House. Unfortunately they only deliver a 5 miles radius so we had to pickup but that's ok. We ordered a large cheese which is 16 inches and a Calzone. The pizza is perfectly in line with what we love from our favorite place with an "S". The only downfall is the size at 16 inches vs 18 for the same price. They cooked it perfectly well done. I'm super picky with Rolls, I don't like ricotta. I was easily able to request no ricotta and it came out fantastic. To be honest out of the 3 family pizza joints in this area of St Johns this is MY FAVORITE ROLL! The crust almost tastes pretzel like, has a great cook and flavor, filled with cheese and surprisingly NOT greasy at all. This will bring us back over the others. Customer Service here is trash. I ordered a pizza ahead of time over the phone during knowing I wouldn't have enough time to wait for it there and then eat it. I didn't even ask for it in a box and when I arrived I ordered a fountain drink and sat down to continue waiting. When it was finished the kid shouts my name out and just leaves the box on the counter too bothered by what ever he was listening to on in his ear buds to aware of anything else. So I walk to the counter grab the pizza, sit back down, and start eating. My second slice in he sees me and tells me you can't eat inside with boxes. I said I didn't ask for a box can you give me a metal pan to put it on so I can finish eating. He says no you have to leave now, it's the owners rules. The kid made no attempt to recognize that I clearly intended to sit down and eat before putting the pizza in the box. Showed no respect or care for the misunderstanding once recognizing his mistake. Kicked a paying customer out for just sitting down and eating the food that they payed and tipped full price for. Yeah that's right, I even tipped them at register when I payed (no good deed goes unpunished). Anyone who thinks this is their only option for good New York quality pizza. Sarafina's is right down the street and they mineralize the water in the dough to match New York pizza just the same. Only they actually care about their customers unlike this place. read more

Bronx Pizza House is so amazing and fantastic! Both me and my mom loved the pizza, which was crunchy, perfectly cheesy and saucy. Our other food items were also fantastic, the garden salad was great, and so were the delectable garlic knots, drenched in garlic butter, cheese, and seasonings. The service was great, both people working behind the counter were very kind, and fast.
