Well well well, we meet again. I had been tot this place before but ate all the delicious food so fast I forgot to take pictures, and was so happy with the meal I forgot to leave a review. This place is a treat, great lighting, seating, decor and location. Really great service and quick to respond to requests and take ownership of their tables. The food made me think of my grandmothers biscuits and gravy, and so I couldn't help myself and had to get some, which they were the peak of excellent southern comfort food. I am from the Midwest, but my language of love is southern soul food and home cooked meals and this place didn't disappoint. Very very good, and I can't wait to return, high marks all around. I always love trying something new when I come to First Watch, but the one thing that always stays consistent with my order is the Morning Meditation juice. It's a delicious mix of beet juice, citrus, and ginger. In my opinion, it's truly a great pairing with anything on the menu. My friends ordered iced coffees, and it came out looking like a glass of milk over ice, and it sadly also tasted like straight up milk. We weren't aware that the iced coffee is made with a coffee concentrate and if you want an iced coffee, you should order a cold brew and then milk or creamer on the side. My friends were apprehensive on letting our server know that they weren't satisfied with the beverage, but Mario ended up being very understanding and offered to bring them cold brews instead, and that ended up tasting 10x better. Shoutout Mario for that! In terms of food, I decided on the farmhouse hash with over easy eggs. I ordered this with no cheese, and added mushrooms. It was a 10/10. The flavors mixed all together so well. I also snagged a few bites of my friends cinnamon chip pancake which was UNREAL. It tasted like a cinnamon bun married a pancake. We were able to put our names on the waitlist about 10 minutes before we arrived, and with it being a busy Saturday morning, we showed up to a line of people waiting for a table. Luckily we only waited about 5-10 minutes upon arrival before we were seated at our table. Mario was great and the food and drinks were phenomenal. I'm a big fan of First Watch so I was thrilled when my mom wanted to go when I was in town visiting her. We were able to get seated quickly, even with my pup. We got a little seat outside and the server brought over a bowl of water for my doggy right away :) Our server was really sweet and attentive. I used their website yesterday to order a pickup "to go order". The website was easy to navigate & it was easy to make substitutions and/or additions to your order. I arrived on time to pick up my order. It was lukewarm as if it had been sitting there longer than my quoted pickup time. The Roast Beef & Havarti sandwich was decent. My biggest shock was paying $1.99 up charge for the million dollar potatoes as my side. I posted a pic of what I received vs what the photo looked like online. The potatoes I received didn't even match the photo nor the description. They were not crunchy (mushy at best) and the bacon was burnt. It also included caramelized onions which wasn't part of the description. After a few bites, I threw them away. What a waste! I've tried to support First Watch over the years. My coworkers and I came back for lunch and we had another great experience. This location always has the best service, fresh food, and a cozy atmosphere. To drink, I got the kale tonic. It's so refreshing and just sweet enough to not make me mad about the kale. For my meal, I had the double bacon parm hash. The potatoes were perfection, the parm sauce was insane, and the bacon was perfectly cooked. The fresh arugula salad on top was bright and evened out the dish. Overall, a perfect meal. read more

One of my favorite First Watch locations in Central Florida. This location is always fairly busy, but that doesn't stop the staff from being friendly and kind. I've always loved the farmhouse look of these restaurants. I also love that all locations have their own mural and decor to honor the local city they're in. The food is always delicious! Possibly the most expensive brunch I've ever had, but also one of the best brunch meals I've ever had. I tried the purple haze beverage and the million $ breakfast sandwich off of the seasonal fall menu and both were fantastic! The sandwich featured the million $ bacon on a pork sausage patty, cheese, a runny egg and fresh arugula all inside a lightly toasted English muffin. Served with side greens with a little lemon vinaigrette, but you can substitute potatoes or fruit as a side option. It's not often I eat everything on my plate, but I think I've discovered one of my new, favorite brunch spots. The dining area was clean and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The only thing keeping this from a five-star review is the cost, but I don't expect less from a delicious, non-GMO brunch-spot. I have always enjoyed ordering breakfast to go from this location. They always package it up nicely. I ordered the coconut with fruit and almond butter toast. I also ordered a kids' meal with the half waffle and chicken sausage. The otder was made at 8:06 a.m. and it was ready to at 815 a.m., so fast. The location is a nice, cozy spot. Not gonna lie, the bar had been set pretty high by every First Watch previously visited before this location. I went in with the same expectations. The front of house interaction was great, friendly, receptive- despite being a busy Saturday morning. The restaurant was bustling and the noise level was definitely at the obnoxious level, but that part of First Watch is always consistent. lol. Our waitress was appropriately attentive and friendly. The food order was correct according to menu, all the ingredients were there. I ordered my favorite breakfast sandwich, the elevated egg sandwich. The egg was barely on the bread and the cheese was half-on/half-off the bun too. It looked like the kitchen just threw the ingredients on the sandwich and no one cared what the presentation looked like. So I pulled my sandwich apart and slid everything back into alignment. The worst part was that the sandwich was not even lukewarm, the same with the home fries. My partner had the same sandwich, his was an inappropriate temperature too. He had the grits, which were practically inedible. Just gross. He also had fresh fruit. The pineapple pieces made my tongue tingle and they were like the hard, fibrous inside of the fruit and very hard to chew. We couldn't eat them. It was like the head chef didn't know what all of the other cooks are doing- like there is no oversight for the quality going out to the tables that First Watch is known for. This First Watch location was not only convenient on the highway but also they offered fast service. Today I ordered the avocado toast with the egg, and it was simply divine. The avocados were fresh. The toast was soft, yet firm, and the eggs were cooked perfectly not too runny and not fried hard. I appreciate it the service, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Went in for breakfast, and the lemon ricotta pancakes ($11.59) had my name on them. They were large fluffy pancakes with fresh sliced strawberries atop them. The lemon curd was a very good-sized spoonful, which I spread o to both. The syrup soaked into the pancakes, and the flavors were perfect.
