I used their website yesterday to order a pickup "to go order". The website was easy to navigate & it was easy to make substitutions and/or additions to your order. I arrived on time to pick up my order. It was lukewarm as if it had been sitting there longer than my quoted pickup time. The Roast Beef & Havarti sandwich was decent. My biggest shock was paying $1.99 up charge for the million dollar potatoes as my side. I posted a pic of what I received vs what the photo looked like online. The potatoes I received didn't even match the photo nor the description. They were not crunchy (mushy at best) and the bacon was burnt. It also included caramelized onions which wasn't part of the description. After a few bites, I threw them away. What a waste! I've tried to support First Watch over the years. Yet, they continue to fall short again. Close to $18 for these two items.

My coworkers and I came back for lunch and we had another great experience. This location always has the best service, fresh food, and a cozy atmosphere. To drink, I got the kale tonic. It's so refreshing and just sweet enough to not make me mad about the kale. For my meal, I had the double bacon parm hash. The potatoes were perfection, the parm sauce was insane, and the bacon was perfectly cooked. The fresh arugula salad on top was bright and evened out the dish. Overall, a perfect meal.

One of my favorite First Watch locations in Central Florida. This location is always fairly busy, but that doesn't stop the staff from being friendly and kind. I've always loved the farmhouse look of these restaurants. I also love that all locations have their own mural and decor to honor the local city they're in. The food is always delicious! I come for the seasonal meals. The best ones are the hash bowls and different burritos. I'll definitely be back! They are a chain, so you know you'll get consistent service.

Great server and service, I got the the heathy turkey sad to say barely any turkey. And the potatoes were bit undercooked. The restaurant was very nice just a bad day I guess .

This is my second time trying First Watch and I was impressed once again. It's rare to find so many healthy options at a diner so that's big to me. The service was good and they were willing to accommodate my substitution requests. This is a down to earth place to get a good bite with the fam for breakfast or lunch!

A nice cozy experience here at First Watch in Longwood. Service was quick and friendly. My omelette was excellent.

5.4.24 We had a party of 15 and arrived at 10:30. We were told that they only do call ahead and not reservations. When we arrived, we were informed the wait would be about 20 minutes. It ended up being closer to 40 minutes. I thought we would be seated together, but we had to sit separately at three different tables. Aside from the wait time and having to sit separately, the rest of our visit went seamlessly. The service and our food was fantastic. I loved my tri-fecta which included bacon, Belgian waffle, and two eggs (scrambled).

Love First watch! We came on Mother's Day and could not believe they were able to seat us in less than 20 minutes. I got the millionaires bacon and a traditional eggs Benedict. The meal was fantastic and I love their breakfast potatoes. My friend is gluten free and they also had gluten free bread which was a pleasant discovery. They have lots of healthy as well as lots of indulgent breakfast options. Always a fan.

Million $ breakfast sandwich and a purple haze beverage to drink...both off the seasonal fall menu...
    Brandon M.

Possibly the most expensive brunch I've ever had, but also one of the best brunch meals I've ever had. I tried the purple haze beverage and the million $ breakfast sandwich off of the seasonal fall menu and both were fantastic! The sandwich featured the million $ bacon on a pork sausage patty, cheese, a runny egg and fresh arugula all inside a lightly toasted English muffin. Served with side greens with a little lemon vinaigrette, but you can substitute potatoes or fruit as a side option. It's not often I eat everything on my plate, but I think I've discovered one of my new, favorite brunch spots. The dining area was clean and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The only thing keeping this from a five-star review is the cost, but I don't expect less from a delicious, non-GMO brunch-spot. I'll be back soon to try some of those lemon ricotta pancakes.

Yum yum! This place has become my favorite brunch spot. The food is consistently good and SURPRISINGLY seasoned! I want to go here on a daily basis staff is fine and the atmosphere is the same as your typical brunch spot.

It was tiny ! We couldn't even chew it. It was too fatty. Breakfast tacos could've been better the tortillas weren't good maybe they just need to stop doing the brunch. The seating area outside looked nice. I liked the cozy section we were in on the inside. Jamarcus (waiter) was nice and customer service at the front was nice but the food was disappointing. The crab legs were not looking as good as I remember. It just seems thrown together. Warm salad, warm deviled eggs... I'll pass !!! The shrimp and grits were hot and fresh but the shrimp were all gone when we first got there. Grits were kinda too thick. They may have not been hot enough in the crockpot. The candied bacon was really good.

You forget where you parked in no time. The drinks: bottle of Tapestry, bees knees with tequila since they ran out of gin. They also ran out of St. Germaine liquor son only two rounds of putting on the fits, the fireside cinnamon sip, an old fashion and a espresso martini. They were all deliciously hand crafted and made to order.. The food: we were a group of 6 ladies and we ordered the Georgia peach salad, the tomato bisque (soup of the day) homemade bread (supposed to be focaccia but was actually French bread), salmon, cheese wheel pasta with shrimp, lobster linguine (I believe), filet and the cheese wheel with filet. For dessert: some molten chocolate (which burned my finger to no one's fault by my own as they did warn me) and the apple pie. The standouts: Georgia peach salad and tomato bisque, salmon & the cheese wheel pasta. As well as both desserts. Additional note: the service was great. The attention to detail to accommodate our coats and purses was thoughtful The cons: who charges $3 for a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese ? The chef is Italian and didn't think that the lobster one should have cheese on it. That's strange. Was it worth the hefty price tag - probably not Would I go again? I've had experiences at certain First Watch franchise locations that left me questioning not only the meal, but several of my life choices leading up to it. So when I walked into this location in the Fern Park/Casselberry (Altamonte Springs) area, I'll admit it... I came in cautiously optimistic at best. Thankfully, this visit reminded me why the chain became popular in the first place. Right away, the staff stood out for being personable and genuinely pleasant. Not the robotic "corporate friendly" where someone smiles while dead behind the eyes. Actual warm, attentive service that made the place feel welcoming. And here's something restaurant owners should probably frame on the wall because it's becoming weirdly rare these days: the food was cooked correctly and served hot. Hot. As in actually warm when it hit the table and not sitting under a heat lamp long enough to qualify for Social Security. I ordered the omelette, and it absolutely hit the spot. Comfort food done properly. Fluffy, flavorful, filling, and exactly what I wanted breakfast to be. My daughter ordered the steak and egg hash, and visually... let's just say this isn't a dish entering any beauty pageants. It kind of arrives looking like breakfast got into a small argument with itself. But one bite in and none of that mattered. It was rich, hearty, luscious, and cooked just right. The kind of dish where every bite feels indulgent enough that you briefly stop caring about cholesterol or responsibility. This location honestly felt dialed in. The kitchen was on point, the service was strong, and the overall experience reminded me that consistency is what separates a good restaurant visit from a forgettable one. Because of my mixed history with First Watch overall, I can't quite bring myself to throw five stars into the air like confetti... but this particular location absolutely earned four stars and deserves credit for getting it right.

They enjoyed the half griddled ham and Brie cheese with Caesar salad and the Peach Valley House Salad with multi grain bread with chicken salad. Both said their dishes were very good and they enjoyed them. I ordered the Griddled Ham and Brie cheese on sourdough bread with grits. This sandwich was delicious and so were the grits. It was a perfect time for reflecting on our friendship and selecting our next date for our next get together.

Our server was so kind as well was another employee that stopped by to chat with us. They offered suggestions and their fave menu items. My food was good. I really enjoyed the grits. My country fried steak was ok. I ordered rye toast but received multigrain. It was still delicious. I really wish they offered fountain sodas rather than cans at $2.99. Next time I would order coffee so I can get my caffeine fix. Also, I would prefer that they offered really butter instead of a butter/margarine blend. My last suggestion would be offering actual hot sauce mini bottles rather than a plastic cup of nondescript hot sauce. I have faith that this place will be great. They've already hired the best employees and service was great. There's just a few personal preferences I think the could add. Pay them a visit.

The restaurant is clean and the a/c is working. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the wheat toast and grape jelly were delicious, the eggs were very good. I did not care for the hash browns. They were not bad just not crispy enough for my taste. The coffee was hot but not a strong blend which I prefer. Our main server Savannah was so kind and efficient and the head server/ manager checked on us often during our breakfast. They both were amazing and kind. I think it was a good breakfast with a good price. I am sure to come back again to try some other items from the menu.

The food was just as good as I remembered from a few years ago. It can be difficult to find consistency in restaurants these days, so I really appreciate that the quality hasn't changed. It's nice to have a spot like Sourdough to add variety to the rotation of mostly American breakfast spots. I ordered the Sourdough Bread Plate, which is a large portion. Even though it's listed on the lunch menu, I was still able to order it for breakfast. Their bread is incredible, and everything tasted so fresh! The ezme is a wonderful addition to add to the avocado and labneh toasts. I also tried the Turkish coffee, but as someone who doesn't drink black coffee, it wasn't quite for me. I would recommend it mainly to those who enjoy strong, black coffee, though it was a nice touch that it came with a Turkish delight! My only minor critique is that the staff weren't around very much. Our server checked in on us once, and after waiting a bit for someone to bring the check, we eventually just walked up to the counter to pay. Nonetheless, everyone was very friendly!

The turkish coffee was also strong for how small the cup was, with a little turkish delight to take the edge off. The bacon was beef, which was nice. Overall, the food was delicious. However, the service wasn't the best, there was about 3 customers in the restaurant when I went, but the server left all of us when we had to pay, leaving all of us to stand in a line waiting to pay. For a weekday, that felt a little odd. I think the food definitely makes up for it.
