This place is bad... I've tried it many times hoping for a better outcome.. I live nearby so I was hoping it would improve. It's a good location in an attractive building but lot's of traffic to get there. There are a few people that are good but mostly the men and hard to book. I would not recommend getting a manicure unless you want your fingers sliced & picked to bloody bits. The nails are never filed properly and smoothly. Always rough around edges so snag and need to be redone within a day. They don't know how to apply nail polish smoothly. I don't know if they do this on purpose so it snags and constantly needs to be redone? And the gel fingernail polish removal !! This itself is horrible! , good luck with future nail bed heath! I was recommended by a friend about this place, the first time I went, the lady did a pretty okay job, I liked it even though all of them cracked within a week and a half, but oh well. This second time I went, I got this guy and he completely messed it up, I've NEVER had nails as bad as these ones, yet I still paid and tipped 20%. These pictures are from yesterday which is exactly One week from the day I got them done. Please everyone, you be the judge. The day I got them done, I said something about the flower, and the bubbles and the guy said "it looks ok from afar!" Those were his exact words. I want to go get them fix but I'm scare they won't compensate for this terrible work. Have always had a great experience here!! I always walk-in and have never waited more than like 5 minutes for service. I've had manicures (Gel and Dip and regular at various times) and regular pedicures - every time with a different nail Tech/stylist and have been pleased every single time. I think pricing is very reasonable (recently $113 for a dip manicure and regular pedicure- entire appointment took like 90 minutes) Facilities always feel clean, sanitary and comfortable. read more

I took my mother there on Friday 2/7/2025. It was way over priced for the service we received. We both got gel pedicure. We felt rushed from the start they never spoke to us. If I could do no stars I would. SO DIRTY. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The pedicure I had was the $60 one. Top of the line. I was there for a total of 35 minutes. No callouss removal. Five minute massage and a crap cuticle job. This was my first time here. There are only two people working and six people waiting. I did not get what I paid for. It should have been an hour pedicure. Not 35 minutes. She was very rough with me too I can only assume it's because they got busy right after I came in. I told her I did not want stones and she did it anyway. Just had the worst experience at a nail salon. I simply asked for black French tips and as you can tell from the pictures they are uneven. I simply asked for them to be cleaned up and the lady in charge came over was immediately rude. She started asking what the deal was and I explained to her the issue. She was not professional and her tone of voice was so rude like I was the issue. My friend was there with me defending me, the lady in charge was yelling at her and put her finger in her face and started calling her a b*tch and to get out and never come back. Worse $150 I ever spent! No one has proper hospitality, especially the owner of the business. Now I understand why my situation was so poorly handled. Just a complete turn around for me and this was my 3rd visit. That green "dip set" in the picture I attached is not even a week old. I called to speak with a manager and a man came to the phone and he's like I'll take care of you..... So I'm good RIGHT?? NO, NO I AM NOT. I get there and ask for a manager and a lady comes to the front with a major attitude. She looks at my hands and tells me to pick out a color. She never asked what my concerns were or anything. I've never seen or spoken to the "manger" before so I'm trying to voice my concerns and she's brushing me off telling me to pick a color. As I'm trying to explain she interrupts me, telling me the service I once was getting is no longer available. I asked to speak with someone else because I didn't think she was understanding what I wanted. She gets loud and start turning red and yells "I'm the owner, if you can't speak to me you can speak to anyone else. Go pick your color. You don't like color." I'm like I love the color. That's not the issue. I ended up just leaving the situation. I made an appointment to for Friday morning at 10:30am. I got there and the receptionist tells me the 'nail tech' would me 15 minutes late. I responded no problem, it happens. I needed time to pick my color anyway. Then the receptionist tell me I think it'll be a good idea to start on your toes. I'm like it's okay, I can wait. She's like really pushy so I'm like dang okay. Anyway I give in and they start on my toes while I soak my nails. Still no 'Nail tech' That 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes which then turned into an hour. So when she finally gets there, she's just rude. There was no apologetic greetings, nothing. She was basically speaking to me through another person. Then asks me is there a reason why you don't want dip and I told her. And she's like oh yeah yeah I remember you. Now I've gone there twice, no problem. She, (the nail tech) always delivered what I wanted so yeah ima go back. Never had a chipped nail like it was perfect. I always get colored acrylic applied with a brush instead of dipping constantly. It's easier and faster to me and it lasts longer For Me! I don't like dip because it never lasts, as you can see from the photo. Anyway end of my spill. NEVER AGAIN! 0/10 Do NOT recommend! read more

This isn't the worst nail salon I've ever been to and it is so disappointing because they have so much potential to be great! Their prices are very high but it's in Green Hills and their actual work isn't bad! I always leave liking my nails but not loving them. 1. The quality of their work is high however you have to pay close attention to what they're doing and tell them if you don't like something. They're very responsive to feedback while doing your nails but you have to correct them throughout the entire process. This isn't fun when you want to have a relaxing experience. 2. Do NOT put your hands on their towels! They are way too fuzzy and stick to the polish in between coats/drying. You have to point this out to the technician so they don't paint over the fuzz. This happened to me once and I had to get a new technician to take all the dip off and start over. 3. ***Important for those that get dip powder!!!! This is the best dip application I've had in Nashville. It doesn't look like clear gel painted on top of powder. It lasts FOREVER and stays looking great! THE COLORS DO NOT MATCH THE COLOR YOU CHOOSE! The color of the dip powder you get is different than the color you picked - the staff will say it's "slightly different" but it's not. I wanted a cool nude tan color and got a peachy nude. When I complained they offered to 1. Paint over it (ehhh no thank you, that will chip or not last or look like crap) 2. Have them redo with a new color (I had already been there for 2 hours) 3. Come back later in the week to get it fixed (I saw 3 separate people come in for "fixes" because they were chipped, broken, or were the wrong color so this must be a common "solution"). I wish they had offered a refund or an apology/solution instead of an excuse. I asked them to put a sign that says that or just make dip sample nails because it's annoying when the colors are so off (see my attached picture). read more

My daughter and I went in for mani/pedi. Three days later we both have chipped and peeling nails. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. Also, be prepared to add an additional $30 to your pedi cost if you choose to use gel polish. read more

I've come here before and it's been fine, but this last time they didn't let my gel polish cure all the way (which could lead to developing an allergy) and the nails are lumpy. I get so many compliments on how pretty and neat they are. I've gotten manicures and pedicures from her. OVERPRICED. These nails were $70 that I got not even a full week ago. The gel was so expensive (an additional $25) just to peel right off after 2 days. My sister got an arm pit wax for $45. WOW. & she still had a lot of hair left. My total was $150 (with tip) just for these short basic nails and a pedicure. I get these services every other week in my hometown (Atlanta) and its NEVER even over $100. You can tell they use very cheap products. First timer & forever returner! DIANE is marvelous! She is very attentive and dealt with my ridiculous ingrown delicately with finesse. She even noticed my overly dry, cracking heals and made sure to soothe them back to perfection. I chose the orgánics II option & selected the soothing avocado & pressed kale. The massage is ideal. She felt for my most tired and tense pressure points and rubbed away both during the exfoliating scrub & at the end. It is hygienic, friendly and the ambiance is overall soothing and relaxing.
