I've been coming here for 15 years (I'm 28) and they always do a really good job. I get gel pedicures and dip. I like to upgrade to the more deluxe pedicures because it's actually worth it here. Great massages, which is hard to come by. There was a time about ten years ago where I stopped coming briefly because one girl didn't do a good job but I came back shortly after and they've gotten much better than I ever expected in the last few years! Loved my pedicure. But the customer service was not good. The employees are kind of rude. Not friendly at all.

Brought myself and kids for mani pedi. They do not clean their tools or sanitize appropriately. It was was quite gross. Nail tech didn't fully polish my toes, the nail polish was clumpy and not going on smoothly. I asked them to soak my daughters gel nails as I didn't want them to use a drill on my daughter. She didn't listen and did exactly that. I asked her to stop and for another nail tech. They just left her sitting. I asked them to just remove the polish and didn't get gel manicures for me and my daughter. The tech claims it's this way because they are understaffed. Just do yourself a favor and believe the reviews. The biggest complain I have is the fact that my toe nail color chipped less than 24 hours after I left! Less than 24 friggin' hours.... she put on 5 coats to solidify the yellow color and then it chips?! Not at all what I expected. The only reason I am not giving this a 1 star is because customer service was okay. It was a little difficult to communicate with my nail tech, but we vibed through despite the language difference. I didn't mind it. What I do mind is being charged an extravagant amount of money for a pedicure that should have only been worth $15 and the quality of the experience. It wasn't anything to write home about nor was it something I would want to experience again. I felt she moved too quickly, the quality of the nail done was poor, and obviously the aforementioned about my nail polish chipping. This isn't something you want to happen two days before you're walking in your graduation day. I ended up wearing close toed shoes due to the chipped nail polish. She rushed the pedicure and the end results looked reflected of. The French manicure lines were thick and some thin, lacking consistency. She didn't even get all the cuticle cleaned up. DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I would have read the reviews before meeting my friend here. The pedicure was HORRIBLE!!! They do not know what they're doing. The girl asked me if I wanted my toenails cut and I said no. She cut them really short anyway. She asked me if I wanted her to use a razor on my calluses and I told her no, just use the pumice stone and scrub. The next thing I knew, she was razoring off the little calluses that I had. I paid $266 plus tip to get my nails done, my two daughters got tip and dip. My dip usually last 3 weeks when I get it done at my normal place. We were shopping at green hills mall and I wanted to have a special time with my daughters. All three of us walked out not happy with our nails and they all chipped and broke within a week. Have been here multiple times and never had an issue until today (only reason I'm doing 2 stars instead of 1). The pedicure and waxing was fine, but my manicure full set is awful, walked away in t are because of how messed up it was (didn't have more time to sit and ask for it to be fixed, was already there for two hours). I wanted almond shape, but they couldn't get them even so I just asked them to take them off and put on a new set and do square because I was running out of time. They couldn't even get the nails filed to be even. I then said I'd like ombré to white and this is what I got. Some have the color running down to the very top (covering the white completely) and then others have them white showing midway up the nail aka not consistent at all. I then asked if they would be doing a white cover up and he said "no this is ombre and my nails are too short that's why they look like that". I gave up, paid and came out to my car to then notice that my thumb nail has all these dents in it and is not smooth at all (picture attached). I go a lot of different places to get my gel pedis, but this is one of my faves, largely because you never have to wait. It is large and there are always plenty of people working so you can always get right in. They also have a much wider array of gel colors. Free champagne, wine or water. The employees are always courteous and I have never gotten cut here, unlike a lot of other places I've been. Hanna is especially awesome. She knows how to use the pumice stone on my ticklish feet without making me squirm and kick!! Update: Hanna cut me! Not once but twice! So much for that. Plus. I got charged $65 for JUST cuticles on my hands (no clipping, filing or polish) and the least expensive pedicure (albeit with gel). this was the worst dip I have ever received. not only was I cut multiple times to the point where I was bleeding, but my nails look horrendous. My cuticles weren't cut/prepped before she started my dip. she cut them AFTER? the shape is different on each nail. they are extremely thick. and to top it off, she didn't take her time with the clear coating, so she missed large areas on my nails, which is unfortunately very obvious. towels appeared dirty, pretty sure they don't sanitize their tools and everything felt rushed. avoid this place! read more

She spends extra time working on my heals and my nails always look fabulous! If you think your nail tech does a good job you TIP them! If they do an "ok" job you still tip them, if they do a horrible job, tell them they will fix it. If you can't afford to tip you shouldn't be getting your nails done. Show your gratitude! My fiancé went there to go get a pedicure as a nice treat before the wedding and it was just a horrible experience. The supposedly 30 minute pedicure was done in 15 minutes, with 5 of those minutes being our nail techs disappearing. They barely buffed our feet which left my feet having patching of visibly half buffed skin. Then I smudged my nails because my nail tech literally cleaned up all her supplies and put me in the flip flops before finishing the pedicure. When she came back, she literally laughed and rolled her eyes at me before fixing my nails. When we went up to complain about the service we were basically told it was our fault that we didn't ask for the sugar scrub that we didn't get as part of pedicure and if we wanted it we should have asked and then also if we want our whole foot buffed we have to ask for that too. At this point I started looking at my feet even more closely and my polish and noticed when she redid it she painted my skin. I literally started tearing up at this point because this wasn't how I had pictured this moment going and they then tried to tell me it was our fault because I didn't say spa loud enough when I asked for the pedicure even though I was also pointing at it on the menu. read more

However, after I left I realized my nails were SO thick, chunky and the nail polish didn't cover the whole nails. I called back to ask them if I could come back to have them fixed, they were very nice and say said yes. The same woman did my nails. Her argument was the body was thick, but the nail bed was and still is thicker than the body, and the tip of the nail is as well. The redo set has already chipped the day after. I went to get my acrylics off and get dip on my natural nails. The lady cut the acrylic off but also cut my nails too. She didn't even check to see if she was cutting my nails. Then there came a point when she was trying to get my previous acrylic off (which I had gotten done here) she just quit and left some on my nails and put the dip on top. If that wasn't bad enough, during this whole thing she was talking to her friend next to her. She was not paying attention to my nails at all. She didn't even make sure all my nails when the same length. They are all different lengths. She didn't shape them the same. Some are square and some are round. I asked her to fix a few but I didn't feel like asking her to fix every nail. Like if I can see it so can you. I just left my appointment and I could cry. My nails look the worst they've ever looked. I knew from the beginning that it was going to bad. The guy doing my nails cut them with the cuticle scissors to begin. It was as if he'd never done nails before. He kept dropping everything and when I asked him to fix something he made it worse. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt hoping it would get better with polish but it got worse. Instead of painting my nails with the polish, he tapped them with paint instead of stroking and it left globs of gel polish on my nails when they dried. Again, I kept trying to guide him and correct him but I finally gave up after he made them so thick and uneven with paint on the third "correction" coat. I just wanted to leave. It was clearly obvious this was his first few times even looking at nails. I'm furious that I had to spend $50 to be his Guinea pig. Someone train him, I'm having to go home and take these off because I couldn't stand being in there anymore. I will not be returning. Don't go here. read more

To start, I have bed to this spa quite a fee times and have somewhat enjoyed their treatment (it wasn't great, but it was fine). But today my pedicure was so bad that I had to post a review. In total, today I have been cut and I've bled five times. Twice from the emory board cutting the tops of my toes (you can refer to the pictures) and three times from the technician yanking my nail out of the nail bed. I've also been scraped all up and down my leg from the dead skin scrubber they used. When I indicated that the pressure was too much for the technician, they blew me off. And finally, I was burned and scalded by the water they put into the little foot tub and the pedicure station. I attempted to tell the technician that the water was too hot THREE TIMES and every time the tech forced my feet back into the water and acted as though I was causing problems for them. I admit now that I should have been more insistent that it was painful and that the water needed to be changed, but I don't know, it's hard to speak up repeatedly in an environment like that. Eventually, the tech realized exactly how hot the water was after they accidentally turned it to the highest possible setting and I kept unconsciously pulling my feet away from them because it hurt too much, but by then it was too late and I had burned the entirety of my left foot and most of my right leg (where they were running the water). In all honestly, I'd be willing to forgive and forget if the my nails didn't look so bad. There is paint all over the place and the nail cut is so awkward (see the pictures attached). Like I just want to know why I basically paid to be a masochist for an hour if my nails were going to look this bad anyway. I'm so upset and disappointed with the treatment I received here today. I will never go back to this spa. read more

Terrible experience... This is a day after I got my nails done and my fingers are in so much pain. She nicked almost every nail bed they were bleeding. She used a thin drill to go under my nail and went to deep on a couple nails causing them to bleed, I even flinched in one finger because it obviously hurt and she resumed to drill after I pulled away ( this finger was already bleeding while she kept in drilling). She only apologize for making me bleed one time and it was because I was bleeding excessively but she didn't stop to clean up the blood just kept on drilling. She also filed way to deep on my thumb causing my skin under my nail bed to be exposed she just painted over that so now I have gel stuck to my raw skin. I've been getting my nails done for years and I've never wanted to get out of a nail salon so badly, don't go here for a relaxing appointment I was in pain and so upset by the end. I didn't even get the color I asked for but I just needed to leave so I didn't say anything. After this horrific service I had to pay $60 for pretty crappy nails didn't even get anything fancy like nail art just the solid color. read more

Went here yesterday because I had a gift card I wanted to use. In the past I've had a decent experience here but yesterday's experience really made me not want to return. I got a dip manicure which the mail tech put on extremely thick. I was concerned with how chunky and think the nails were looking and asked if she could just make sure they are smoothed out. She proceeded to tell me that dip has to go on thick or the nail could break....and suggested next time I get gel. I've never had an issue getting dip in the past nor needed it to be so thick. She took the grinding tool and smoothed the nail making it less thick but as a result left 4 out of 5 fingers on my left hand bleeding because of how much she was digging in. I am usually a big fan of Venetian and in the past would recommend it to my friends, but the past few times I have paid for services that are not up to par. A few weeks ago, I went in for a pedicure with a friend of mine, and while we had paid for the same pedicure, she received a longer session with hot towels and a massage. My nail tech not only picked my cuticles to the point of drawing blood, but made me feel as if I was a burden to her time. I did not appreciate the attitude I was given or the way I was treated. Yesterday, I decided to go back and give them a second chance. Maybe my nail tech from the time before was just having a bad day. The same friend and I were there yesterday, this time for gel manicures. Once again, my cuticles were cut and ripped far too short and multiple times I was reprimanded for "ruining the manicure" to the point where this nail tech was pissed off for having to redo the top coat. I did not receive the lotion/hand massage my manicure should have included, and the nail tech literally ordered me to get out my card and pay before she had even done the hot towels (also included in the package that I was charged for). Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the services I was looking forward to and I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. read more

Halfway through she decided she didn't want to do the pedicure first and switched to doing my nails. My "square" acrylics turned out round with five layers of gel polish on them (despite me telling her multiple times that I didn't like the shape or how thick they were) and decided to skip out on the rest of the pedicure. She tried to pressure me into a "quick ten min pedicure" after I told her multiple times I did not want to. Ended up paying way too much for a horrible experience. Do not recommend at all. read more
