    I bought a top of the line hot tub here in 2022 which came with multiple issues straight away…read moreincluding a tear in the cover, multiple lights that didn't work, broken grommets, and the dials were on backwards and some of which didn't work. I called and emailed them 20+ times over a three year period and never got everything fixed. They did end up replacing the cover which was awesome, and tried to fix a couple things but never made it right or worth the money that I paid. I would avoid this company.

They just string you along, we'll im done playing games. SEE YOU IN COURT!!! Do not purchase from Half Price Hot tub! I've purchased two tubs from them in the past 10yrs. Been getting the run around since January when I was lead to believe the new cover would fit my tub. After paying for the cover, delivery, and tip find out its too big. Had to put a water logged cover back on thats been dropping rust in my water and all kinds of debris is falling down will I leave constant messages via phone and email that all go unanswered!! Go in to the Brookhaven store to this guy, Jim who is useless and gave me the wrong email address to the owner (Keith). I went back to the store all irate and demanded a phone number since I'm storing their cover still waiting on mine with no answer...he refused to give me anything. Only to find out Nick left the company (even though his name is on their phone) and they got rid of tons of staff. Owner calls Saturday, says give me till Monday. UPDATE: Keith saw the review, told me to take it down. Cover will be her next week and we will pick up the wrong size cover. Never heard from them again.

I visited the showroom and found a hot tub I was interested in purchasing. The following day, I called ready to move forward based on the pricing and details I was originally shown. However, once financing was discussed, the terms changed. The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

Very shady.

    Enlisted this company for their valet pool service, as they were already servicing the pool in a…read morenew house that we bought. I didn't know anything about pools and wasn't living in the house and so was relying on their services. But this company proved to be unreliable, unresponsive, and low quality in terms of service and manager team. There's too much to say so I'll try to summarize - 1) will almost never call you back. left 5-6 messages for the valet service, and only called back once over the 6 weeks or so. same for the general line, and no one ever called back from there. the only way i managed to get through to anyone was calling repeatedly. Maybe once Tristan (?) called back with more info like he said he was going to. Generally unresponsive. 2) valet team unable to recognize that pool is no longer clear and should probably be shocked. i told the teams over and over again that i am new to pools and need their help and tried to learn from them what i could. i tried to be there for every service, and i even tipped them at times bc they were always patient and tolerant of my questions. but in retrospect the pool was becoming cloudier and they did nothing about it and kept telling me it was good to go. 3) the valet team lead doesn't know what she is doing - i sent her a picture with algae on the walls (uploaded separately) the day after the team serviced the pool and she told me it was from heavy use or dirt blowing in. none of which makes sense as i explained to her that dirt doesn't accumulate on walls and we don't live in the house and use the pool much. she doesn't have enough knowledge to process that, or to know what algae looks like. 4) the pool turned green after this despite two visits within days of each other, and she said it was my fault, and that their only job is to keep a pool clear, which also they did not do. i scheduled a service call to address the green pool, and she decides to deliberately screw us over and fire us as clients the day before they are meant to arrive because i complained about the quality of their service and inability to know what algae on the walls looks like. 5) there's a host of other things that went on including low water levels and a possible leak (which their valet service failed to understand). their inability to actually figure out the leak despite sending out a team (fixed by a different company i found), shutting off my pump and not telling me, servicing the pool multiple times in a week and still having an algae problem immediately following their service day. - During this process I even emailed her saying, this would be a lot easier if we could just talk on the phone, and still no phone call. Turns out she is one of the owners of the company and even the valet teams were face palm-ing at how bad she is at her job. - they are so unorganized that even after she fired us as clients, the valet team still came out to service the pool on their usual day. - if you read some of their responses to poor reviews you can see how unprofessional they are. - the only consolation is that they refunded me for the "leak detection", which was a failure, using an air pump that kept a poor seal. I asked for the last several service visits to be refunded since they were clearly ineffective. that one service they refunded was just a small percentage of the time and money i wasted on this company. Since you can't argue with people who don't care that they don't know what they are doing, I left it at that. I would stay far away from this company. In the google review you can see the obvious lack of knowledge in the pictures.
