I'm from out of state and was traveling from Oklahoma to California. Our connecting flight got rebooked so we had to stay the night in phoenix. Looked for dispensaries near our hotel and this location was only a 6 minute walk from La Quinta. This dispensary is huge compared to the ones at home. They have so many varieties and the products I chose were great. I still have the disposable vape and I'm really sad that I can't find this brand here back at home! I go to this place pretty normally. Today I came with my (22yr old) friend. She is Mexican, from Washington. They checked her ID, and said there was "bleeding" (I looked under their light and saw no such thing). While she's in the back double checking my friends ID, another worker checks my ID and says it's good. This lady comes back (don't know her name, she was white, dark hair, brown eyes, eyeliner) and says we can't take this it's fake. At this point we are bamboozled because it's a real ID and honestly shocked. Then she asks for my (Arizona) ID and says it is fake as well. She proceeds to try and break my ID in half because "real IDs don't bend like that" and it didn't "look" right. I threaten to call police because if she breaks my ID that is a crime. Security is called over, they check my ID with UV light, and also bend it and eventually say that it's good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They say to my friend "bring back your passport and we will give you a free pre roll".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We bring back her passport, and again the lady upfront (dark hair, bangs, white, eyeliner) is saying that her PASSPORT doesn't look right, and that there's fake markings. At this point, it's beyond bizarre because I have never had a problem like this (because I shop there 3-4 times a week). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I ask for a manager again and he comes and says the IDs are both legit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This lady offered ZERO accountability and ZERO apology, but thankfully the manager gave us both a single free pre roll for the trouble.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is the worst customer service experience I have personally ever had.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I loved Sol Flower but lost so so much respect today. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I go to get cash and the guy tells me to "make sure I hurry" which, I will admit, ticked me off a bit after seeing no hustle to clear the line from anyone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] With a 30 second turnaround he was helping another customer.
