Called a bunch of places before deciding on SOL, wanted to get an estimate over the phone for a broken garage door spring. Most people I spoke to were pretty vague or wanted to know the length, and diameter (how do I measure that?) of spring. David was definitely the most helpful person I spoke to and was able to quickly give me a firm price. He arrived well within the hour that he stated and actually had to wait for me to return from the bank up the street. Very fast service. On his arrival he showed me that my door was actually "oversized" and bigger than a normal 2 car size, thus needing a bigger and more expensive spring to lift the extra weight.
