They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Instead, the response doubled down without verifying the facts. Daniel, with respect -- you were either misguided or too quick to take your team's side without doing your homework. Either way, dismissing a customer's experience without investigation is not customer-first service, and that is a miss. To be fair -- response times were prompt. I just wish the responses had also been courteous and professional. Here is what actually happened: 1. I asked to reduce the scope of work to reduce the price. That is not asking for a discount. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. I asked basic questions any homeowner should ask -- can I see your COI, and will you respond within 15 days if something goes wrong after installation. 3. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4. One of my asks was simply: if someone gets injured on my roof during installation, I should not be held liable. That is not unreasonable. That is common sense. Screenshots are attached. He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. We are having an issue with this group. Our Richardson home has a very steep roof, and we had water…read morerunning out over the gutter onto the front walkway a few feet beyond our covered front porch with any heavy rain. They suggested a diverter strip. We agreed, and paid for the installation. When, sometime later, we finally got a good, hard rain, the water came up over the gutter again, but not where it used to. Now it comes over the gutter onto the covered porch, right in front of the front door! We believe the diverter was not positioned quite right. It does not have an end on it, and it does not go all the way to the end of the short gutter line it is attached to. We called the company the day after the heavy rain with our issue. They came out promptly, but all they would offer is a major redo of our front gutter system. We are not in a position to do that right now. We told the owner of this group that we just want the diverter extended to the end of that short gutter run, and an end cap of some sort put on it at the end where it is directly over the front porch. We said we think this is a logical next step to try, and that we fully expect this to come at an additional charge to us. We were simply told they "cannot do that". (Of course they can.) We explained that the current situation is much worse than what we started with, and if they cannot/will not do what we think is likely to help, that the diverter needs to be removed. Having a very large amount of water coming down on our front porch right in front of our front door is not OK! The owner wrote in one email that he was being "yelled" at when he was here. Reading this was a total shock to both of us, and is absolutely not true. The gentleman was standing 20+ feet from us, and we live just one house in from a VERY noisy 6-lane road. If we were raising our voices at all, it was in the hope that he could hear us! We are both seniors with some hearing loss, so (as we further explained to him) possibly we do speak somewhat loudly, but "yelling"? Absolutely not. We have told the business owner we have no ill feeling toward his company and just would like to get this taken care of one way or the other (prefer to extend and cap the end of the diverter; or as a last resort, remove it). Now, they are not responding to our emails. We had one previous dealing with the group that turned out to be quite satisfactory. Excellent service and a more than reasonable pricing for the work we needed done!!…read more Recently had an issue with clogged down spouts and water flowing on the property. We reached out to Grizzly Brother Gutters for an estimate on a cleanout with gutter covers install. We were contacted by Nicholas who was extremely understanding of the situation. He quickly got us an appointment for an inspection and estimation. During the inspection, we found that the existing gutters were installed incorrectly and we had water pooling in some gutters. He was able to get the initial estimate on the stainless steel mesh covers we wanted. But after finding the other issues, he wanted to get us set up with a reliable setup without incurring too much expense. We advised that we were okay with a full replacement and continued with the process. We agreed that upgrading to 6" gutters and 3x4 downspouts was the way to go to address the water flowing issues. They were able to get us setup with a replacement solution in a weeks time. We addressed all the pooling issues and relocated some of the downspouts. The process was extremely painless and they took care of everything needed. **After a couple of weeks we found that a cap had a slow leak above the garage. Everything else has been doing splendidly. We reached out to Nick and he replied to me in a few minutes was able to get someone out to correct this the next day. They even made some additions for us to finish off the look of the gutters. He took really good care of us and we really wanted to show our appreciation for the care they brought to our home.

Phillip said after he was done with my neighbor's inspection he would look at mine at no charge. He took about 20 minutes and checked my roof. When he came down from the roof he explained what he saw with photos and laymans terms. He was not pushy and said I did not need a new roof at this time. Fast forward two weeks and another bad storm in Garland. He and one of the owners of the company was back in the neighborhood looking at other roof's. A part of siding had fallen and I asked him how much he would charge to put it back up. He said give him 20 minutes and he will do it. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. They looked at my roof again and everything was okay. The honesty and customer service is off the charts. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need and was honest about my roof. Helping me with the siding issue and not charging was very kind. When I do need a new roof I will call them and if anyone in my circles need a roof I will tell them to go to TC and no one else.
