    Don't buy from this guy, Daniel "Danny" Posada! I inquired about a 2024 Certified HR-V online. The…read morenext day, I received two text messages and two back-to-back calls from Daniel "Danny" Posada. I knew from the back-to-back call that he was not someone I should deal with, given my several years of sales experience. I gave him a chance because he seemed like a great guy, but I later discovered otherwise. The car was for my young daughter. We flew in from New Orleans to make this purchase. To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership. Website: Available Packages & Options Optional Accessories ZakTek $1,098 *(This is optional so don't let this dealer or saleman include it to the cost of your car) *-- Unknowledgeable or unskilled salesperson *-- We were not given a comprehensive walkthrough and demonstration of the vehicle's features before we drove it off the lot. I was asking questions, trying to get him to start the process, but he seemed clueless. *I asked questions to prompt him, but he seemed clueless. Instead of sitting in the front seat and showing my daughter the features of the car she was about to purchase, he sat in the back seat and said nothing. **Frustrating Experience:** During our 8-hour drive home, it was difficult not to contact the dealership while my daughter was on YouTube trying to learn how to use the features of her new car. This was the most bothersome part of the entire experience. **Recommendation:** Please avoid dealing with this careless, unknowledgeable, and deceptive sales associate. I will also be writing another review about the finance director, who was excellent and deserves recognition. Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase a vehicle from Daniel "Danny" Posada.

Lots of waiting room seats, but no outlets near the tables. I knew I'd be there a while, no big deal. At least have some spots for me to plug the computer in. The service was good. Furthermore, the interaction with the lady who drove my car in the area for me to take home demonstrated a lack of basic courtesy and proper communication. Her abrupt departure without acknowledging my presence or offering any assistance as to how to get the door to open conveys a disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, whoever disconnected my video camera without consent and failed to reconnect it properly raised concerns about the handling of customers' vehicles and attention to detail. Moreover, the confusion surrounding the garage door and the lack of proactive assistance in facilitating my exit from the premises indicate a lack of efficient operations and customer-centric service delivery. Overall, my experience reveals a systemic issue within this Toyota of Fort Worth regarding communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and prioritizing customer needs. I won't be going back there for my car to be serviced after this distasteful experience. Hopefully, you all have a better experience than I did.

Car salespeople earn those reputations and they are exhausting. A friend had just bought a new car from Hiley Mazda in Hurst and really liked them, so when we decided to look at Subaru, we went to Hiley Subaru here in Fort Worth. To say this was an incredible shopping experience is an understatement. From the moment we walked in, Jacob made us feel welcome, listened to what we wanted, found us a couple of options, went over all of the features and safety that Subaru offers, and we knew if they made the numbers right, we'd found our car. Mr. Bailey made the finance portion of the sale super easy and wasn't forceful or condescending. We were able to keep our payments in the range we needed and got an incredible interest rate. We love our new Crosstrek, and we can't recommend them enough. 5 Star service well earned. Go see Jacob!

    I will no longer take my car here for service. They the oil change and tire rotation. I have a…read morewilderness and it is in the handbook that all 5 tires get rotated and so they have supposedly been doing this. I marked my tires in the spare compartment and did they do it like it says it's supposed to be done in the manual, nope didn't touch it. And the lady said she vacuumed my car but it clearly wasn't vacuumed. So what else are they going to lie about??? Nope I'm make the drive elsewhere.
