And this group messed up out installion so a new team from Arizona had to come and fix it? Better yet we learned that the Texas crew has made mistakes before, so we weren't the first ones. Did you know that after the fixed install another guy came out from their place found another issue which he fixed? Where you aware that the battery pack they sell (we didnt want Musk) they clearly do not know that it requires a piece inserted to get Maricopa County inspector to sign off? Who knew. Not us and clearly not them. Don't worry they had the piece the second time the inspector came out. For the final inspection sign off it was an added cluster. Ignore the times they give you because they are just hypothetical. Let's see 9 to 12 pm doesn't mean 2.45 pm. Where did these times come from? The cable guy does a better job. Bonus - Did the company ever call us to apologize for their ineptitude? Nope. We had to reach out to get them to give us a small refund. Which was pulling teeth. Don't fret though they send the bill faster than they finish the project, and we totally understand the inspector time-frames which are beyond OWE control, but for a company who strives excellence I make a small recommendation. When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

I received the design drawings, made some minor changes and approved them. Financing company sent paperwork and all good.. Got a call from the crew saying they were about 3 weeks out but that will be enough time to get all the material in.(that struck me as strange, solar company that installs is waiting 3 weeks for material ???) oh well that's fine.. 3 weeks latter got a call from the install crew stating everything is ready and would be on site Monday morning. Monday morning 8:00 am a crew of 6 showed up, and by Friday I had a 36 panel system installed,(changed from 33 panels to 36 due to replacing skylights) I was told the the 3 extra panels were not a big deal but would have to be redrawn for city approval. (An extra week or so) Ok,, this is where it starts going down hill. #1 when the equipment was ordered the company pulled a draw off of my loan so that started the interest on the loan. So for a month I have had to pay the interest on the equipment, now the job is finished and they pulled the rest of the money, now I'm paying interest on all the loan..(NOW THE DO SAY THAT THERE ARE NO PAYMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS) but they don't tell you that you are stilling paying the interest. #2 install was completed by March 1, 2024 it is now June 2 2024 Fusion has yet to call me and tell me where we are at in the process. I have taken it upon myself to call the city and find the they reviewed it but there was an error so it went back for redesign and now it will be reviewed again. The short and long of this is 1. DO NOT APPROVE/ ANY MONEY OR HAVE THE WORK EVEN STARTED UNTILL ALL (ALL) PERMITS HAVE CLEARED The workmen ship looks to be good and the products are name brand so I think whenever it is turned on I will have a good system. Fusion did say when we are finished they would refund my interest that was paid. (Waiting to finish so I will let you know latter on that part also)

This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. I followed a trusted salesman to Solar Gain, Inc. in Tucson following an installation…read more I called them to have an additional battery backup installed. Following that installation, I discovered that two components in my home had been blown out. Solar Gain basically told me to pound sand. After a series of very poor reviews, Solar Gain agreed to repair the issues if I bought the new equipment. I agreed and moved on. In July, the battery system failed. At 3 AM, I'm on the phone with support in India trying to figure how to bypass my system to get power back to my essential appliances. The next morning, I called Solar Gain for assistance and was treated like some sort of inconvenience. Eventually they agreed to send someone out at a cost of 625 dollars to look at the system. All they did was turn the system back online which I could have done. They showed no concern for WHY the system failed. Now comes Labor Day. 6:15 PM and the system fails again. After an angry phone call, I finally hear from the salesman three days later saying that a new manager would be calling me to resolve the problem. His idea of a resolution was to charge me another 600 dollars or so to come out and do what I had already paid 625 dollars for. Needless to say, I left them and went elsewhere. The new people came in and found that the settings in the system were incorrect. The system said I had NINE batteries rather than 6. They found that the firmware on the system was wrong and required what the tech called "A fifteen-dollar piece of equipment." The tech then troubleshot the entire system, made a few adjustments, tested for different conditions to ensure that all was in good order and gave it a good grade. Exactly what did I pay Solar Gain, Inc. for? The answer: Absolutely nothing. To top it all off, I found that for 601 dollars I could be covered completely for a whole year. Stay away from Solar Gain. Either their integrity or their professionalism is in serious question.
