One thing that stood out immediately was that their pricing was highly competitive with the other companies I considered. While pricing was important, what really set SunMade apart was that they hold both solar and roofing licenses. This gave me additional confidence because I previously had a bad experience with another solar company that damaged my roof, failed to fix the problem, and later went out of business, leaving me to pay for the repairs myself. Our sales representative, Jon Bernal, was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. There was one item that the system designer later clarified, and although it wasn't a major issue, Jon personally reached out to notify me of the changes. That level of integrity and accountability meant a lot to me and demonstrated that he genuinely cares about his customers. The installation crew was professional, arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and communicated well throughout the process. After installation, I noticed a section of concrete that had become uneven due to settling. I contacted SunMade, and they returned within days to correct the issue and followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. The entire process moved efficiently. Our first meeting with Jon was on March 28, we signed on March 30, the system was installed on April 27, the meter collar was installed on May 13, and we received Permission to Operate about a week later. Jon also helped us identify and secure available rebates. I would also like to thank Tara in the office. When I needed copies of my contract documents, she provided them promptly and without hesitation. Another positive observation is that the owner, Oz, appears to be actively involved with the company and personally responds to customer reviews. I noticed this during my initial research and felt it reflected a company that values customer feedback and satisfaction. At the time of this review, SunMade Solar Energy held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, they delivered competitive pricing, excellent communication, professional workmanship, and outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend SunMade Solar Energy to anyone considering solar for their home.

After all of that, I narrowed it down to two companies, Nova Energy and another local company in Fresno.Ultimately, I chose the other company because they hold a roofing license as well. This was very important to me due to a previous bad experience with SolarCity damaging my roof and not fixing it. I ended up fixing it out of pocket. That being said, Nova Energy truly stood out. Justin took the time to thoroughly educate me and presented a very well-designed system tailored to my needs. Honestly, I would have gone with them if it weren't for my prior experience and specific concerns. What impressed me most is that they genuinely care about their customers. Even knowing I was comparing multiple companies, they were patient, transparent, and focused on making sure I understood exactly what I needed for my home. Even after I told Justin I had decided to go with another company, he still took the time to make sure I was fully informed. He reviewed key details with me such as solar panel quality, system performance stats, degradation rates, and the difference between kW and kWh, just to ensure I was making the best decision for my home. That level of professionalism and integrity really stood out. In today's world, many companies treat business as just a transaction, sell a product and move on. Nova Energy is different. They take the time to understand your needs, educate you, and guide you without pressure. Their approach is honest, professional, and customer centered. Their pricing is very competitive, and they don't try to oversell. Instead, they explain your actual energy usage and make sure you don't overproduce unnecessarily. That level of integrity is rare. They also have excellent reviews, offer a strong 25-year roof warranty, and clearly stand behind their work. Even though they didn't end up installing my system, I believe my hesitation around roofing, despite them having a 25 roofing policy, was more related to my previous negative experience and my need for extra reassurance. If anything, if you are in the market for a solar system, I strongly recommend giving Justin a call. He is honest in his evaluation, does not try to oversell, and takes the time to answer every question you may have.

This is the second time in a row that Solar Maintenance Pros has failed to show up to clean my…read moresolar panels. To be honest, I haven't been happy with this company for quite some time. Even when they do show up, several panels are often missed, and I have to bring them to their attention. In addition, they have broken several roof tiles in the past and had to replace them. The people performing the actual cleaning are usually young adults (kids, in my book) who seem to lack basic customer service skills when I communicate what needs to be done. Today, when I called to ask whether they were still coming for my scheduled cleaning, the customer service representative asked, "Did you receive an email confirming that we were actually coming? All appointments are scheduled as tentative." That's not how appointments are supposed to work. If you schedule an appointment, you show up. If you can't make it, you notify the customer. According to their system, customers are apparently expected to assume the company will not come unless they receive additional confirmation. That approach is completely backward and unacceptable. Needless to say, I will be looking for another company to maintain my solar panels.

I called PGE - they shrugged as if to say 'so what', and said, we don't do that kind of thing. Terrible company to send inexperienced people out and suggest that they are working with our energy companies. I have image from my ring camera but I'm not going to put this young man at risk.

And when I finally did find out when it was it was way past and I had to deal with fees. He also said, don't worry, the fees are small anyway. Come to find out, they were $4000!!! How is that a small fee???!!! He also lied about the sizing of the solar system. He said he got it up to 7.2kW and when I received info from the solar company it was a 4kW system. He then told me that it was the correct size that we talked about and that it would produce 7.2kW a year. Flat out lies... I was told I was getting a 7.2kW system! Tell this guy to take a hike if you see him. And don't sign anything on a contract until you thoroughly read it, no matter how nice the sales rep seems to be.

Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago. My biggest concern was that the company began tearing off my roof before obtaining the required city permit. I wasn't informed until after the roof had already been removed. When the city questioned my patio cover, I had to work directly with them to prove it was part of the home's original construction. The job site was also poorly managed. During demolition, the crew covered my jet ski with roofing debris and staples instead of simply asking me to move it. Communication was lacking throughout the project, and there was very little supervision. The crew also damaged my patio cover during demolition. The contractor claimed it was pre-existing due to dry rot, despite previous repairs and the city's only requirement being replacement of one small section. That section was left unfinished, and I was asked to pay a change order to have it painted, as well as another change order to repair the patio cover damage. For the premium price I paid, I expected professionalism, accountability, and quality customer service. Instead, I experienced permitting issues, property damage, poor communication, and repeated requests for additional charges. A friend recently asked me for a roofing recommendation. Had my experience been positive, Magellan's Roofing would have earned that referral. Instead, I recommended looking elsewhere

Solar Negotiators is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! I have no regrets in choosing them as my solar installer. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone wanting to go solar! I did a loan-to-own option financed with Mosaic Loans with no issues and Solar Negotiators assisted with each step and never failed to answer my concerns and questions. I got a 25 panel/10.05 kWh and opted for the 110% PGE allotted overage system. I also contracted some additional energy savings upgrades through Solar Negotiators such as a new HVAC and attic duct cut in, windows, and insulation removal/replacement. I was able to wrap all this into one financed loan since it was all going towards improving the energy efficiency of the residence. Daniel Gibby was my first contact with the company; he explained everything, was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every single question I had and if he didn't know the answer he found it out for me. I greatly appreciated his assistance - he kept in contact with me from start to finish, provided updates on progress, and always responded. He was very professional and personable; he is undoubtedly an excellent company asset. Chandler Rowland was another incredible person that coordinated all the contracting work. He was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable but able to explain things so it made sense. He helped schedule and coordinate the different teams and always stayed in touch with me about what was going on when and worked with my very difficult schedule. Fynaut Heating & Air was contracted for the HVAC project and Dan and his team was absolutely brilliant. They were in and out in a couple of days and the crew was very. There were a couple home issues that were out of Fynaut's control such as a gas line leak and possible code issue and a new line had to be put in on the fly and they called in extra crew to get it corrected and done same day! The paperwork process was a little overwhelming between getting all the quotes and sign offs done but Jackie Healy, Shelly Parker, and Brooke Alanis kept me well informed and let me know what needed to be signed and when and what permits were approved when and the time frames for everything. I was able to sign almost all of the documents over DocuSign which made it easy to get things done in a timely manner. I was also relieved that mostly everyone was willing to communicate by text message! The company also uses two monitoring apps Solar Edge monitoring and NoTrueUp. Solar Edge lets me monitor the overall health of the system and individual panels as well as production input and output so I can contact the company if any issues arise and NoTrueUp gives estimates of power production and usage and estimated annual PGE True Up calculations and the company was kind enough to have a learning session where I was shown how to use the applications and what the information/graphs mean which was really appreciated. Not to mention a bonus for me is the fact that the company also runs Solar Maintence Pros which provides professional annual cleaning of the system panels! Overall, I cannot express how pleased I was with this company and the process - the cost was very much worth it in the end and I am so happy with the result and highly recommend this company for anyone looking into getting Solar. read more

I have always loved the idea of solar power, but it wasn't smart financially to do until recently when companies began to offer financing. Now you can have solar panels and your payment can be less than your normal pg&e bill. I talked with a couple of other solar companies, but I was not impressed. The other companies were not good about getting back in touch and when I asked them specific questions for example, 'What kind of solar panels do you offer, polycrystalline or monocrystalline?' one company responded, "The good kind." I should not know more than the company I'm hiring. Some of the numbers they gave me didn't add up either. I strongly recommend using a mortgage calculator when speaking with people because their job is to sell you on something and it is easy to massage numbers when you are dealing with a lot of different factors. When I spoke to Dewey at solar negotiators he was very knowledgeable and could answer every geeky question I had and more. The numbers they gave me I was always able to verify and it wasn't a high pressure sale. They were about 20% cheaper (about 16K for a 4.125KW system) than I was quoted by other companies, and worked with my on my specific requests. I decided to have my roof redone at the same time, and wanted to go with a metal shake roof so I would never have to replace it. They contracted with APEX roofing (which was also great and very affordable) Now I have a beautiful roof that will last as long as the solar panels, and I don't have a heavy pg&e bill. Solar negotiators made a complicated project easy. I only had to sign a couple of documents and make one or two calls. They take care of all the permits, and dealing with contractors. I am a picky individual that can be quite demanding, but I found them to very knowledgeable, professional, hard working, and I am very happy with the outcome. For those of you searching through reviews for facts to help you make your decision. My average electric bill was $75/month (yes I conserve electricity, you will probably save more money if you are a bigger consumer) So let's say electricity prices stay exactly the same for the next 25 years, it would cost me $22,500 My monthly payment for the solar system is about $132.45/month for 12 years. That will cost me $19,072.80. None of this factors in the 30% federal credit I am getting or inflation of electricity costs, both of which will save me substantially more. read more

What a refreshing experience. I called for bid, they came out, gave me a bid, and we scheduled install. They contract with General Contractors to do the actual work. I was a little concerned but communication was excelled and they delivered as promised. Sub was Kirkendahl Construction that did an excellent job and installed system very quickly. We did run into a problem as i already had an existing system in place and wanted to add a second system. PG&E ended up creating more work for them after the fact (long story) to the tune of $10k in parts and labor that they absorbed the costs on and didn't ask me for additional money. I spoke to the local County Building Department. They said they have had a good working experience with this company and their subs but couldn't say the same for other competitors out there. They also make a point of ensuring you know how to check your system to see that it is working. Some owners don't check and get a big PG&E bill months later after realizing the system didn't work properly. They came for a follow up visit and showed me how to use my phone app to track my system real time. I actually found a problem with one panel as they walked me through it. They directed me to their sister company Solar Maintenance Pros who promptly came out and fixed it. Fast forward a few months and they still reach out to check on me to see how the system is working. I also received a couple of free panel cleanings i forgot about. Solar Maintenance Pros reached out to me today to schedule. read more

Stop wasting your money on outlandish electric bills! Go Solar, and do it with Solar Negotiators. The installation was clean and quick. You can read the other reviews about the advantage of buying over leasing (and all the dressed up names they give it). I just knew that I'd rather own my own system, rather than being part of a solar farm where I produced the electricity, only to turn it over to someone else for an agreed upon rate. Chris Moran and Solar Negotiators put in a system that was thousands less than the other quotes, but Chris was also keen to point out that my 16 year-old air conditioner was eating me out of house and home. As a result, we included and energy efficient replacement that compliments the savings of generating my own electricity. What I liked the best was the no pressure sales approach of Chris. Simply laid it out and got me goal-oriented. There is a long back story the goes with the initial quote until the day of purchase, but Chris hung in there patiently, and even got the project going sooner than I thought I would be able to. I'm looking forward to that tax credit on my tax return, after which I will own my system free and clear. And the contractors were oh so excellent and professional! As a side note, I took an average of my utility and decided an amount to pay to my bank savings account since I'm not forking it over to the utility company. We also used Solar Negotiators for our second system. Both systems work great, but Solar City was horrid to work with. SN Was much easier to work with and did the job right the first time. They sub contracted ours out to Energy Concepts because they said this company was used to doing commercial installations as I needed in my largest garage to offset the cost of lighting & Air conditioning this 1500 sq.ft. garage. Our Solar City system is 8 kw. it provides all the energy needed for our home for my wife and I. In Jan 2018 we hired Solar Negotiators to install second system on my metal building/second garage. This system is 4kw however the inverter was sized large enough to handle twice as many panels or 8kw if it is not covering the additional power used when I am working out in the shop. We were very happy with all aspects of this job i.e. communications (written oral emails) engineering construction. I thought that this was a first rate company and I have worked in the HVAC industry all my life. Our Solar Negotiators representative was David Press . David was great to work with and did a great job understanding what my needs were and getting the right sub contractor for the job. Also Shelly Parker and Jackie Healy. Were very prompt in there communications, getting contracts to me letting me know how things were progressing and I assume poking PG & E with a stick to give my system their blessing. I talked to numerous solar companies that told me my house was not a good candidate for solar. I had given up on the idea of solar even though PG&E kept going up and up. In the spur of the moment one weekend I sent Solar Negotiators an email. As they say, the rest is history. Scott came out to the house after I got home from work, listened to what I wanted, put together the perfect system, all the permits and plans were taken care of, everything was explained down to the smallest detail, communication between Solar Negotiators, RJ Construction and myself was outstanding. The process was quick, easy, amazing. I have USA panels on my house, a 25 year warranty, 30% tax credit and the best system on my house. I cannot begin to explain the whole process but Solar Negotiators are pros. They know exactly what they are doing and contracted with an amazing construction company (RJ construction). Last fall we finally decided to start looking seriously at getting solar installed. I had been skeptical but was tired of the increasing PG&E bills. I had heard of Solar Negotiator's ads on the radio and saw that one of my neighbors had them install it. I got a few quotes and SN came in far lower than one of the big guys. Chris also promised he could get installed by the end of the year (which the other company couldn't guarantee with nearly a 2 month lead time). Chris was prompt, professional, and to the point. He told me up front that we could probably get a better rate for buying the system outright (which we did). I checked some of his references and everyone had nothing but good things to say about their experience. Bottom line, he delivered as promised, and my system is producing exactly what he said it would. Cindy has been great with the customer service from start to finish, even in having the installer come replace some roof tiles that were broken during installation. My monthly home equity loan payment is less than my solar bill...I own it outright and am projected to have pretty close to a zero true up balance after my first year and I run my house cooler during the summer. I began looking at getting solar for my home in 2013 or early 2014. I had 3 or 4 estimates when I heard an advertisement for Solar Negotiators and Chris Moran on KMJ-580am on my way home from work. I called for an estimate and solar analysis and Chris came and helped me out. Solar Negotiator's estimate was considerably lower than the other companies I had estimates from. Another thing I liked was the time Chris took to explain how the solar installation process works and how it interacts with PG & E's grid and other questions I had. Solar Negotiators also built my system based on my power usage and needs. Some of the other companies that had higher prices gave me quotes for systems that were to small to meet my power needs but had a lower payment to entice me to purchase from them. With Solar Negotiators I was able to get a large system to meet my power needs and a lower monthly payment than my average PG & E bill, a win/win for sure. Financing was a breeze thru Matador savings & Loan, this was also set up by Chris during his visit to my home. Utilizing Solar Negotiators to have solar installed on our home greatly facilitated the process and made it easy to follow the "steps" involved with the installation. Initially, Charles Rowland met with us and fully explained all the details of solar installation and the advantages of contracting with Solar Negotiators. Beyond that, we were assigned a project manager by the name of Jackie H. She was on top of every phase of the operation and went out of her way to make sure we fully understood each step of the progression to completion. The contractor who accomplished the solar installation, Sol-Tek, had professional, knowledgeable employees who accomplished the work in a short period of time. After the system was installed, a Solar Services Consultant, Dawn Souza, paid a visit to walk us through the new system (she was very competent, thorough, and professional). Additionally, the extras Solar Negotiators provides (solar panel cleaning {lifetime} and system monitoring {free for the first two years}) is another factor that makes using the company even more attractive. Anyone new to solar and contemplating solar installation could not pick a better company than Solar Negotiators to get the job done! read more

I worked with 5 different companies to get quotes and determine the best value of our solar system. Solar Negotiators offered the best value for the money and did a great job on installing the system. From the first meeting with Scott (the sales representative) through final installation and start-up I felt comfortable and well informed as to what to expect. Everyone was very knowledgeable of each step along the way and informed me of the activity and schedule. The system was installed earlier than promised and everybody worked with my availability to make that happen. I was very impressed with the quality of the installation. The installers paid attention to every detail and when they ran into an obstacle, they explained the options and recommendations then worked with me to reach a decision. I have dealt with several contractors over my lifetime and I have to say that these were among the best that I have worked with. The system is up and running and we are generating electricity. We have been operational for about 3 weeks and the system works great, generating more electricity than promised. We decided to go solar and went though a lengthy process of vetting every company in the Fresno area. We found that Solar Negotiators had the best price, best rates, and best quality with added benefits and warranties. Their customer service has been outstanding from day 1. Our representative Daniel Gibby was excellent in answering any questions we had with the whole process and called us with updates as the installation process moved forward. The team that helped install our solar, Mike Whitford (Lead) along with Javier Ramirez, Omar L, and Markel, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was within our wants and needs. 5-Star Review for Solar Negotiators - Ground Mount System We just had a ground-mount solar system installed by Solar Negotiators, and the experience was honestly excellent from beginning to end. Our property is in a pretty rocky area, so I was a little nervous about how installation would go, but their team clearly knew what they were doing. They did a really solid site evaluation and came up with a custom plan that worked with the terrain--no cookie-cutter solution here. Their crew was professional, on time, and super respectful of our property. Even with the tricky ground conditions, they got everything installed cleanly and on schedule. The communication was also great. They walked us through the entire process--permits, inspections, timelines--and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Now that the system is live, it's producing exactly what they projected (if not more), and the monitoring app makes it easy to keep an eye on things. Solar Negotiators were one of 6 companies who bid on our church's solar panels. We were concerned about being able to afford solar panels based on some price checking we did a year prior to actually purchasing our panels. Bids initially were in the mid-70's - a real stretch for our church. A year later some of those same companies had lowered their bids, but still nothing below $60,000. When Solar Negotiators came into the picture they blew away the competition! At one point we were looking at a cost around $ 49,000. We were so excited we added a few more panels for a final total of about $ 53,000. Still far below the competitors' bids. Last fall I wanted to put solar in on my property, I interviewed four companies before someone told me about Solar Negotiators. Reluctantly I call them to see what they had to say. It was the a God send I truly believe. Their rep Falah came to my house and was awesome, he listened to what I had to say and realized quickly I had done my due diligence, he treated with respect and acknowledged my knowledge about solar. To make this short, they were the only company that was willing to negotiate with me at all, and they had the best price to begin with. We quickly came to an agreement and I was able to get the system I wanted for the price that worked for me!! I couldn't be more satisfied. Our experience with Solar Negotiators was excellent - from the estimate with Scott Clark, our first contact with the company, all the way through the follow up after the installation. Everybody was friendly, professional, and respectful of our time. The price point was excellent: in our opinion, the best quality of panels and installation for the best price. Also, the price was by far the lowest we had gotten. The project management team kept us up to date regularly, our email questions were answered within the hour and when we called, there always was someone picking up the phone and taking our message if the person was unavailable. The install crew, Energy Concepts, did a phenomenal job. They explained to us what they were going to do and were very mindful of our house. All of the cables are hidden as much as possible and honestly, we do not notice the panels at all. The follow up after the installation was great. Across the board, from the first time I called Solar Negotiators all the way through the final activation of our system they have been incredible! Dewey, the initial representative we first talked to, was very helpful and did not push the "sale" of the system. He really was there just to answer our questions and help us get the process started. Once we signed the paperwork, Robyn took over and provided such quality care of us throughout the approval and construction process it was like having a personal friend in their office. The installers from Kuykendall were polite, clean, efficient, and went out of their way to make sure the installation was approved by the City. We just had our final "walk through" with Mike and, once again, the staff at Solar Negotiators wowed us with their professionalism and helpfulness. I had spent much time researching various solar options. There were many instances of fast talking sales people who spoke like I was familiar with the whole process even when I asked for clarity. I had heard Chris Moran's Solar Negotiators advertisements and decided to give him a shout out and am very happy that I did. Not only was he perfectly willing to explain the process in lingo that made things clear, he saved me a lot of money on quality materials. Nothing was sacrificed for price. The whole process was completed in a relatively short period of time. The service was great, from the initial meeting, the roof replacement and of course the solar installation. I opted for the extended service that includes periodic panel cleaning and am equally happy with the service. Chris Moran and his crew have helped me save lots of money. After Chris looked at my home and my PG&E bill, he was able to find a local contractor to to install solar panels at a cost that was lower than my monthly energy bill average. The first year of use was the hottest summer in recorded California history. My PG&E settle up bill for the entire year was $26. I was rewarded with a $266 dollar credit this last year. When my entire payments for the system is done in 7years, I'm going to do nothing but have free electricity with credits for my natural gas use from PG&E.. What a selling point if I ever decide to move. I think I just batted 1000% with Solar Negotiators help. Service and follow up with any of my concerns were UN-beatable. I love the computer monitoring program that came with the purchase. I can see instantly that my system produces more savings every time I clean the dust from my panels. read more

This is the second time we went solar and the first was with a company that was more than happy to put us into a lease and we were lucky the buyer of our former home was able to qualify to take over that lease (bad for them). Amazing how far the technology has come in less than 7 years. One less panel than before (35) and we are generating enough for 2 homes and a shop. Everything was easy and hands off and the contractor they brought in was professional/friendly and in and out in 3 days with our beautiful ground-mounted system. We paid PGE on average $500 per month and now the solar loan for 12 years is $327 per month LOCKED!!! At this point with the efficiency of these systems and the utility rates I can't see how any home owner doesn't go solar. You really will save that first month you don't have a PGE bill. I have $175 extra dollars per month now. Too bad the wife and kids already spent it! read more

Solar was on our list of things to do. We did our homework and made an appointment. The initial meeting is very informative and no question wasn't answered. We signed on the dotted line, we were finished exactly as promised. All of the contractors we were involved with were very professional: knowledgeable, excellent at there jobs and always willing to answer any more questions. The few changes that needed to be made, we're done and at no extra cost then quoted. Communication from all parties is great! Every appointment was on time or even earlier in most instances. No mess to clean up afterwards. You didn't even know they had been here. System worked flawlessly. When we moved to Clovis about 6 years ago, first thing we did was contact Sol-Tek to install a new system on our new home. Haven't done the math, but pretty sure our 2019 system has already paid for itself. But recently, we noticed four of our 20 panels were underperforming; each of the four panels was generating about 25 percent less electricity than an average panel. Sol-Tek came out, verified the problem and submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer. With a 20-year warranty, no problem, right? But the solar panel manufacturer was now under a new owner, and the warranty service provider had changed ownership twice. But Sol-Tek stepped up. When the manufacturer and the warranty service company were less than responsive to requests to replace the faulty panels, Sol-Tek replaced the four underperforming panels out of their own pocket and will continue to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer. Didn't cost us a dime. This is what great customer care looks like. I don't hesitate to recommend Sol-Tek to my friends and neighbors. Five stars in my book. Mike R., Clovis

This review is from a long-time solar system owner…read more Planet Solar (PS) installed our Fresno-area home system which began producing electricity in early 2014. Until mid-2022, PS attempted to maintain the system's electrical production, except for identifying major warranted system component failures, then to now, by using daily data produced/provided to PS by the production system (which, we believe, is currently working). Comparing production periods (no data is available for 2014-2016 due to inverter failure; also, in 2017, 9.6 MWh was reported as produced): the 4-year production, 2022 -2025 to 2018-2021 was 49% (of the earlier period). From 12/4/2016 to 12/31/2025, roughly 108 months, no production occurred on 556 days, more than 18 months, or ~17% of the time. From July 2022 to February 2024, 20 months, including summer months, there was no recorded production. From June 26, 2025 -November 24, 2025, and from January 20, 2026 to today, May 21, 2026, no production has been recorded; however, we believe that production has been achieved in more recent months. At this time, our economic benefits, if any, from installing and maintaining our PS solar system remain unclear and highly uncertain. FYI
