I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. We have since tried two other companies with no help with the first and insufficient help from the second without paying exorbitant service charges for onsite service. Requests for help from Generac eventually resulted in Dave from Sunny Energy RX calling and doing an outstanding job of providing help which, at least initially, is making the problem manageable. Only more time will tell, but I do wish to express my thanks for his interest, knowledge, quality of service and timely follow-up as we are now monitoring to see if further adjustment is needed.
