I felt the whole process was probably the most transparent auto purchase I've ever had. I was able to check out several different cars and never felt pressured at all. It took me several visits and some browsing on the Carmax website. I found the car that checked all my boxes and it was close enough to Jax that shipping was free!! Once it arrived I test drove it, and again there was no pressure to buy. Robert was very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions! I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I think their customer service is very good! Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful! I've had my car since February and I absolutely Love it! Thank you CarMax!

They listened to our exact requests and did everything they could to get me leaving with a new vehicle the same day. I could not be happier with the service I received and with my new car. Bogdan was extremely helpful during the paperwork process. I can't remember everyone else's names but everyone we met and spoke with were amazing. I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee…read more When I first bought the vehicle, I pointed out a leak and a faulty headlight. I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

Unlike my earlier attempts to escalate, Eliot actually listened, took my concerns seriously, and didn't make me feel insignificant as a customer. He offered real solutions and structured the remainder of the process to respect my time -- arranging for as much of the transaction as possible to be handled remotely with the vehicle delivered to my city so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Jacksonville. Eliot paired me with Katie in sales to handle the in-person portion of the transaction, and she was everything the previous experience was not. She came fully prepared, was knowledgeable, efficient, and -- most impressively -- proactively addressed relevant details before I even had to ask. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the process smooth and takes pride in her performance. I'm leaving the original review in place because that experience happened and others deserve to know. But I also believe in giving credit where it's due -- Eliot and Katie earned it. They turned a deeply frustrating situation into a completed purchase decision that I'm confident in. I am also quite impressed with the responsiveness and exceptional follow through provided after the sale was complete. If your experience puts you in contact with either of them, you're in good hands. ---------- I am highly disappointed with my first experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had selected two vehicles online and confirmed their availability via text prior to driving over 1-1/2 hours to Jacksonville. I was to see Katie upon arrival, but was paired with Daquan since she was unavailable when I got there. I provided him the stock numbers and the text confirmation, he had me test drive alternative vehicles while I waited for him to find them. Hours later, Daquan admitted the vehicles and keys could not be located due to inventory issues. The following week, he contacted me to inform the vehicles and keys had been located. I returned that Saturday and test drove the vehicles then let him know which one I intended to buy. I requested a second key and interior cleaning of the stained seats for that vehicle then was assured these items would be handled. When I called back for an update the following week and to advise of my arrival to complete the purchase, I was told the second key would not be ordered until after I arrived which meant additional waiting for me. This was extremely frustrating after already losing two Saturdays and incurring travel expenses due to Enterprise's disorganization. I attempted to escalate the issue to Herbert in management but never received a follow-up call. I have been forced to cancel the transaction with my bank due to the poor communication, inadequate preparation and lack of respect for my time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales.

Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and "sales" aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It's almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!

I started getting suspicious when the person managing our paperwork was smoking up a storm after we signed the paperwork for the car and proceeded to drive it off the lot. Not even a month later the power steering went out. We were told at the time of sale that any lawsuits would not be managed through them but through a third-party. First, the finance department added approximately $4,000 in service, maintenance, and warranty products that I specifically did not want. I was promised a refund within 4-6 weeks, but I am still fighting to recover the money owed to me. Next, the dealership failed to submit my registration within the required 30-day window. After weeks of chasing them, they finally submitted it - incorrectly. They messed up the paperwork required to secure accessible plates for my husband, a 100% disabled military veteran (despite being given all of the necessary information and repeatedly told how important these plates are to his mobility). Think they cared about fixing this? They could have cared less - I had to take hours out of my day to go to the tag office and correct their mistake myself. Finally, they sent me home with the wrong key fob. When I called and asked them to correct their mistake, I was blamed for it (how was that my fault?!) and arrogantly told to, "calm down, lady." Instead of arranging a reasonable solution, they required me to make another two-hour round trip to retrieve the correct fob. I previously bought two Subarus from this dealer under its former ownership and received excellent service. The contrast under the current ownership could not be more striking. I deeply regret this purchase and will never return. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

He was transparent and explained to us the dealer fees, etc. Fast forward to the next day, we go check the car out and it had been in THREE accidents.. 2/3 were FRONT END and they still wouldn't come down on their price. On top of the car price being unreasonable, the guy on the phone did not mention a MANDATORY warranty that was a couple grand on top of their dealer fees which were not the same numbers as the ones we were told on the phone. The warranty covered paint chips? Like what?? They're a used car lot so that's just absolute garbage! OHHH & my husband asked why their dealer fees were so much higher than the other lots and we were told it was because they're a smaller dealership. HA! Are you kidding me?! Why are the customers paying your overhead? Oh, wait...probably because you can't sell any cars because of your trashy reviews! In summary, don't go here unless you want dealer fees that are 1/3 of the price of the vehicle. Do your research on the vehicle. I like Bumper.com. Its $1 for 7 days of free reports or $5 for 7 days of full reports. I definitely recommend the $5 report because it will show how many times the car has changed ownership, liens out on the car, accident reports, and recalls.
