I initially came to visit the jewelry department but no one was there. I kept waiting and came back around and still, no employee attending the jewelry department. They didn't have much selection anyways, so I took it as a sign. The clothes were a bit messy, not much to pick from either. This location used to be my favorite but lately it's becoming less of that. Large parking lot available otherwise and this store is two floors.

When I was driving out at the toll machine I was already trapped by a car behind me :( I paid and left... That being said.. As you walk in, looks like it's supposed to be a higher end warehouse shoe store. All the products look great, but the customer service... I tried asking for assistance, but it was hard to find someone and when I did, I felt like I was slightly disturbing their day. At check out, the person there seemed quite dismissive especially when I didn't want to sign up for a member or give any points away. As I finished the sale, I was trying to find my parking receipt and just said out loud my thoughts of, where is my parking ticket, with out even looking up, they said in quite a dismissive way and shaking their head, ' it was the first thing I handed back to you.' There was one person there who was friendly, but it did not equal the rest of my interactions. The products there are fine. Prices seemed reasonable. There was a nice selection, the store looked nice, but the personal experience there... well... when I first walked in and looked around, my expectations were high, but in reality not the best.

I hesitate coming to this Target because every time I ask for a product that is locked up…read more(cleansers, pimple patches, etc), the associates that come to assist always act like I am severely inconveniencing them. Today, an associate slammed the case in my face. Mind you, I wasn't being indecisive or rude-- I knew exactly what I wanted and said my please and thank yous. And after standing there for 20 min and the line moved 2 people I asked if they could call more cashiers up. The response I got was rude and dismissive I was told they "don't have any employees working." That would maybe make sense if there weren't multiple employees visibly walking around in pain sight with the blue necklace, on their phones, doing go-backs, or just standing around instead of helping check customers out. Clearly, staff was there. The 4 they had aren't being used properly. Long lines, poor communication, and zero urgency to help customers. This isn't a staffing issue, it's a management issue. Completely unacceptable for a busy store Not my first experience in the store.

Today 6/20/26 found one of the item was further discounted on line. I called customer SVC they confirmed I can have a price adjustment at the store. Apparently not at this location. I was informed by the Mgr in a rude way that 15 days is their policy for any exchange, credit and refund. Then the cashier suggested I could take back my transaction to Palm desert 2 1/2 hrs away. I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. This rude behavior discouraged me to return ever to this store. Unfortunately.

Worst customer service specially from assistant manager. Dont know what I did to these employees but I didn't get a greeting like other customers who walked in after I did. I asked for help assistance manger reluctantly answered my question and walks away to greet and help someone else. I was looking around store waiting to see if came back but nope, he sat infront of door I had to go to him and ask for a shoe size. Ended up not purchasing anything else, will do my purchases on line and avoid this location.
